Just got my ipad air repaied here did a great job!!

Very bad service, Took my iPad for screen repair my iPad was fully functional with cracked screen, after I received my iPad back from them it was not working, The lady behind the counter was very rude and she’s the owner and said she can’t do nothing about it and I could leave nowPaid 340.00 for nothing and they they didn’t install the screen correctly 🤦‍♂️

Do not buy used or repaired phones from these people the phones are not checked properly and if they stopped functioning you are left to deal with it on your own. The owners call theirself technicians but they are not.

I have been calling for over 4 days, no answer. The number listed is answered by voicemail and in Spanish. Left voicemail and no return call as of yet. Found them through OfferUp, message them recieved a response, had questions so I tried calling the store...same results, I tried to message once more on OfferUp..to verify phone number listed on google...no response.I live far and was willing to drive out to their establishment, but the lack of communication and customer service has discouraged me from doing business with Cell Stop.

Hey Cell Stop,When you buy from the store you buy with confidence knowing that the phone is legit you’re not buying from the street.I Purchase a phone from your Irving store that was supposed to be unlocked,Unfortunately the phone was not locked, your sales rep ignores my messages on Facebook and when I called the store, no one has called me back, to this day, no one has given me a follow up horrible customer service Can y’all make this right.I still have the screenshots be happy to forward them to you .

They sold me a stolen phone after imei swapping it.They will not own up to it and said I need proof and blocked me from facebpok.$1200 in trash thanks to their dishonesty.

It was a pleasure doing busines with this cellphone repair shop! I went in to get a quote to repair the camera for my iPhone 7 Plus so i can give the phone to my mother, they quoted me a price to fix it and they even offered me to sell it to them. I chose to sell it because I dont think my mom would be an iPhone person anytime soon lol.Anyways theyre really frinedly and awesome people to get to know as well!

Found them on Marketplace on Facebook and went into the store to buy 2 phones. They traded in some phones I had laying around the house that I wasnt using any more which was deducted from my total price of the phones I was trying to purchase. We went in to buy a phone. And they replaced my husbands battery for “a new one” come to find out it wasn’t even Apple brand. We bought in on a Thursday and the next day we had to go to Mexico for an family emergency. Battery didn’t even hold a day. We got there phone turned off and wouldn’t charge. My husband took it to get it fixed in Mexico mind you and they said it wasn’t Apple the glue they used was everywhere. Mind you we were in Mexico and they put an apple brand battery on the iPhone and showed my husband. They even wrote him a note saying what was wrong with the phone so he can have proof. And he took it when we got back and they wouldn’t refund him the money

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a phone from this place about a month ago, which was advertised as an 6s, but learned it was actually a 6. I had to take the phone in on 3 different occasions cause it was obviously used or refurbished and gave us numerous problems. I specifically ask Gloria was the phone used or refurbished she said no. I was blocked on offer up cause I continued to try and resolve this issue. Long story short... Run
