I would send my sister or mother to another store.Time - 6 pm, Wednesday 07/21/2021I went it for my own self, to see about a promo although the person assisted didn’t seem too willing but it’s whatever he was knowledgeable enoughThen I was hanging in the store to gather some details that I needed, I was the only customer in there then a young hispanic lady with a child walked in the store she was initially there when I first walked in then she came back…as she was approaching the front door the employee who was helping me called the other employee who helped her before ‘Hey..your baby mama is back’ and they laughed then few minutes later she left and a black lady in her 40s was approaching the door and the esteemed Verizon employees were having a quick conversation among themselves trying to figure her gender in a demeaning way/tone and when she just walked in I heard one of them say …it’s a womanI didn’t confront at that time because it wasn’t to the point where causing a scene would do any benefit right then but this was my experience and how I saw it, do with it as you may

Stopped by this location on a saturday to run in and purchase a power cord to charge my dying phone. Shouldve been in/out less then 5minutes. Instead the clerk stopped me at the door to ask if I had a mask. I politly said I couldnt wear one due to medical issues. He said he couldnt help. I replied with Im just trying to buy a cord and leave. There was no other customers in the store and I said Im not trying to be an a%% I just need a cord and I truly cannot wear a mask. He said but you are being an a%%. I feel like this clerk was definitely not meeting the customer in a very positive manner. I understand the mask issues. Yet there are some out here in the world that can not wear one. I paid for the cord and asked for a receipt. This is when he said for me to wait outside. No big deal right, except its pooring down rain, lightening, and the roads was flooding. Just to paint the picture of what the manager was wanting me to do. 2 major things...when did customer service go out the door and why would Verizon have their clerks treat their loyal customers basically like dirt and try to force them out in a storm to wait on a power cord and a paper receipt?Pretty discerning what a corporate store will do. Ill stay away from the corporate stores for now on

I am or was visiting from Indiana and my phone and wallet was stolen and called to have phone shut off until I could either find or purchase another phone. I was unable to locate my phone so I called the general Verizon number and made an appointment to purchase another phone. When I arrived at the store I was met at the door by a Verizon representative and advised them that I needed a new phone and the reason I needed it. I was told that they were usable to assist me because I did not have an ID. I told them that I just need to buy a phone and I will have my sister in law reconnect the phone. I was told that it would not be possible but that I could go to Bestbuy and they could help me. I went to Bestbuy and did not have any issues. I called my sister in law and she had the phone reconnected. Then my text messages were not working in or out so I stopped by the Verizon store for assistance and the told me to call customer service at 611 if I needed assistance. I think that having someone come all the way down to the store and then not even trying to help to just have a customer running around who is already frustrated and in a difficult situation is wrong. So I guess Im suggesting that u never have anything stolen and be out of town because ur not going to get any help from this store.

Hernan the “Store Manager” would not accept selling me a SIM card to transfer my service although i had the Verizon people on the phone with me speaking to him, and he was EXTREMELY rude, said we’re done since you’re not buying anything, and threatened to call the cops so i can leave the store. This guy is no where close to being a manager, and the customer service at this location is not where its needed. If i had 0 stars i would rate them at such, don’t recommend this location at all.

If i could give NO stars i would! The manager here is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of the customers. I wouldn’t recommend this specific location to anyone looking for something as simple as an accessory, they don’t want to give you anything if they aren’t making a personal profit! From the minute i walked in to the minute i walked out I felt like they weren’t trying to help. In my opinion selfish individuals shouldn’t work in any customer service setting!

Im a new customer to Verizon and my phone and purse was stolen and I set up an appointment to come in to see how can I get a new phone. So he set me up outside and didnt let me enter the building with a appointment, I understand the COVID-19 situation but if you have an appointment you should be able to enter the building instead he talk to me outside in the heat and gave me the run around and I still dont have a phone but I pay the bill on time. I would never think that this would happen to me but Verizon customer service is terrible. Please dont go to this store I felt as if he didnt want me in the store because Im black because he kept saying how much money it will be as if I was just broke but that white lady went inside with no problems just saying dont go to that store

This is the worst customer service, got the run around from store and from Verizon. After spending 2 hours on the phone and visiting the store 2 times I get the final answer of I’m sorry we are closed. I’ll say spend your hard earn money elsewhere do not waste your time and money with Verizon

The employees in this store are not very good at helping you solve problems with cell phones. Also they set up my phone lines completely wrong and tied the wrong phones to the wrong numbers. I will never go back here and I’m even disappointed I switched to Verizon at all. Should’ve stayed with sprint.

Very rude and terrible experience. Went to store to make a purchase as I referred by another store to come here for AirPods. Asked gentleman from door since I did not have a mask and several people in the store also did not have mask . The gentleman said he cannot assist from the door of the store as they did at other location and I cannot make a purchase and told me to leave . Extremely rude worst experience ever had just trying to replace head phone smh

This place is terrible. My rep NOE according to my receipt, was completely incompetent. Did not understand that I wanted to move my personal phone number to my company iPhone XRs eSIM. Finally, I thought that I had communicated clearly enough, but in spite of the time investment and a receipt for service, I never received a followup email or other communication with next steps for QR-coding my eSIM onto my iPhone. I was told it could take up to two hours to get that information. Its been 10+ hours, and nothing.It does not help that I had to wait 30 minutes while the associates dealt with all two customers in the building. The workers need to multitask better. Waiting 29 minutes for a woman to remember her account PIN could be spent assisting other customers.In the end, I decided to just cancel my personal service line. If the company wants to use Verizon, fine, but Verizon doesnt deserve my money.

I reserve one star reviews for places without employees. Employees asked how they could help at the door as expected great! What was not great is their inability to help with anything like detailed account information, or plan switching. This location is no more than a car dealership for phones and a 1800 number for any other services. Why do you staff this location verizon? You cut the store in half and got rid of the front desk where customer service used to be.

William was the manager on duty the day that I was in the store and he was extremely short with me. I was not rude to him and was very calm however he still acted as if I was inconveniencing him. I have been a Verizon customer for over 10 years. Every customer is important, especially the ones that don’t cause any trouble. For him to have an attitude about attending to my situation was really off-putting. He is definitely not a good representative for Verizon.

My account was fraudulently charged at this location. All they needed was a fake ID and my phone number to charge my account with an iPhone XS max and Air Pods. No PIN, password, or SS required. They somehow overlooked the fact that my account is flagged for extra security to prevent exactly this thing from happening. Avoid this location - or put yourself at risk for fraud!

An existing customer with excellent payment record over a year on Triple Play. Wanted to discontinue Home Phone, but keep TV & Internet, as the home phone place in an awkward & inconvenient location to begin with because of wiring issues. New customers can get Triple Play (as of today) for $89.99/month ... as an existing customer for DOUBLE PLAY, I was quoted $109.99/month. This is a company who clearly doesnt value their EXISTING customer base.

Horrible horrible customer service! William the GM should be fired! I was sold a tablet on black Friday and was told I could return it. Noe the sales rep never told me about a restock fee. The restock fee was more than the tablet. He told me that it was on my receipt. Which it was, but of course I didnt get the receipt until after I made the purchase! Just care about sales and this will be escalated. I will escalate this to the CEO if I have to. I told them I didnt know and Noe didnt tell me about it. The general manager told me he works next to Noe and familiar with how he works and said if he said he told me then he told me that. Basically calling me a liar! Rude, worst customer service Ive ever experienced!

Updated! The staff here told me my phone was not compatible but according to there website it is and I can sign up now? Must be commission base. Have to wait to be seen while you watch employees chat it up. The plans just dont hold a candle in pricing to other providers. They act like Verizon sends out gold laced cell waves and they are price that way!

Worst Verizon store Ive been to. Go to the other one on Macarthur and youll get a much better experience. This store loves to give people the run around.One time I tried to buy a phone outright but as soon as they heard that, they lied to me and said that they didnt have those phones in stock. When I went to the other store, they did an inventory check and going that they had more than 7 phones in stock at the store. They told me that they lied to me because they werent going to make money off me without adding a line or financing it.And today when I went to get a sim card, they told me they couldnt do that and that I needed to go to call the 1800 number. When I did, they told me that the store wouldve been able to give me a sim card. I filed a complaint with them and now Im writing this review here before going on yelp and other sites. Two times theyve given me the run around. Thats it. No more. Btw it was the manager.

This place is horrible i called in advance to inform them i was bringing in a sprint iphone5 but have a active verizon account, i asked if there would be a problem activating it and was told no, upon my arrival i was informed i could not do this and told to get it unlocked thur another company after arguing that i was told otherwise and having to prove i called them Sunil told me to go to a store down the street and come back, later john inform us it wasnt possible because of the fact that iphone5 was not supported by verizon network once used thur another provider so basically one excuse after another no help and super condescending customer service.

Ive been with Verizon for over 15 years and this store has the worst staff and management EVER!!! I had placed a phone order with them and 27 days later without any notifications my order was cancelled. I placed a second order and the same thing happened again after 19 days. They are not reliable at all nor do they hold themselves accountable. When I called back to ask why my order was cancelled again, the manager John had me on hold for over 27minuites and then I finally hung up. If this was the only Verizon store in America - I WOULDNT GO TO IT! Im going to cancel all my 5 lines, home service as well as business services. Someone find me an ATT Rep!Reading the other reviews, I see more people have trouble with this store - its hard to believe Verizon hasnt made any adjustments in that store - they are giving them a bad reputation!

Walking in with the box equipment to drop off with a very obviously sprained foot they all looked at me like I was an idiot struggling trying to open the door. I get in and tell me they arent open yet they dont open till 9 I was there at 855. so they told me I must wait in my car until they open and then struggleagain to get back inside. worst service ever. The person who attended us was very kind, they did not take long to assist us, if they had the cell phone and the accessories we wanted. Verizon is expensive but it is what my daughters prefer. One bad thing is that they no longer have internet service for the house. They passed it to Frontier and since then I have problems with Frontier. I hope you have the internet service again, it is better to have everything in the same company. I would also like you to take into account the people who have already been with you for some time to give us a discount, 😉 I say no?At the end of the day we carry on the business, and more than I have 5 lines, I think many too.
