Dylan at cricket wireless by papa johns went way above and beyond the call of duty today. He was helping a friend of mine figure out his voicemail and fill out an online form that was giving my friend fits. Dylan was super patient and tried absolutely everything possible to get the issues fixed. You rarely ever see that kind of dedication and persistence, and he was friendly and professional the entire time despite the difficult software he was dealing with.

I had such a wonderful experience at this store Nahsia was very friendly & professional she helped me every step of the way! Great customer service! I will definitely be recommending all of my family & friends!! It got a little busy and she was multi tasking & she did it very well! I was very impressed!! She deserves a raise!

I am so happy with my switch to Cricket I did earlier today! Nahsia was very friendly, professional and answered all of my questions. She made sure I had the phone that I wanted and gave me one price out the door and even set up my phone for me! Will definitely be returning for future purchases and telling all my friends and family.

Very very pist off went in to get new sim and number not a new line and it cost me 80 bucks.made me pay for new line when I did not need one. Also new face every time I go in. Very disappointed

She provided great advice and answered all of my questions. She even installed my accessories onto the phone I purchased! The customer service she provided was top notch. I went in at 6:30pm to port over from metro. As I was in the middle of my transaction I became overwhelmed and went into a full blown pannick attack. The girl there stopped the transaction to turn down the heat offer me water and a chair and get air flowing. I will be back for that upgrade!

I was in a couple days ago and my husband got a Moto g he loves it.But Girl with the pink hair was really pushy wouldn’t let the other girl help her she was really rude to her. Got negative vibes from the girl with pink hair however the girl with darker hair amazing so kind!. Pink hair girl didn’t really care about my needs seems like she just wanted a sale

Debating on saying anything but I’m so disappointed My husband bought a hotspot from the new girl and she’s pushy and got a sketchy vibe from her. it didn’t work so I returned it with Hailey she was amazing help. But I will be taking all my lines and my family somewhere else seems like a sketchy place to keep having my family spend money.

It was a quick and easy process once we got the leasing out of the way. The rep was very very knowledgeable and assisted us in our upgrades to make it as fast as possible. Im not one for reviews. However, weve had cricket wireless for over 2yrs now and im always impressed w how seamless the process is w this company and staff. Im extremely happy w what we got and i recommend to all who are looking for a switch to join cricket wireless nation!

Great customer service. Went there to buy a monthly plan, the purchase and setup was quickly accomplished. Unfortunately, I had some issues with the 4G not working. But Kristen saved the day and called the hotline to help me figure out what was wrong. It was quite a complicated process to fix it, but Kristen did it all very competently and now the 4G is working.Thanks Kristen for your valuable help!

Went into this cricket store to buy a phone and add my girlfriend to my account. We were helped by Derek who was struggling to add her over which was fine but every time someone would walk into the store he would begin helping them instead of finishing with us so we were there over an hour instead of a few mins. Anyways we ended up telling him we had to go because it was taking forever and we could do this another time (we had no intention of returning after this good lord) and as we were almost out the door he threaten me with a double charge on my account unless I called customer service. I was like cant you just put it back to just me and hes like nope its gotta be customer service. Of course when I called customer service they told me was already back to just 1 account so he did put it back but just wanted me to think there was nothing he could do. Super incompetent and very rude def not going back to this store again.

Went in three times trying to change my cell phone and plan from verizon. The older women I saw on my third time had absolutely no idea what she was doing, was rude and seemed completely out of touch with her own products. Couldnt find a plan I wanted so I ended up switching back to straight talk. Imo dont shop here if your looking to join the 21st century.
