Pretty well stocked store. The store mostly has collectables and action figures but still has a moderate inventory of games available. Trade ins are pretty much a waste of time like at any Gamestop. Employees are mostly friendly and the store looked pretty clean. Took away the 5th star because the small strip mall its in has an even smaller lot and it can be a real pain getting in and out of there with the Walmart traffic as well

So me and my wife are huge gamers and we went to preorder the new Marvel Avengers and apparently we pre-ordered Death Stranding and completely forgot about it. They said it was on sale and they honored it all so we ended up with it for just about 2 bucks. Thats some awesome customer service if you ask me. If your big in to physically copies of games or cool licensed nerd swag game stop is the perfect place to go.

For when you want to go somewhere to buy a game. Staff are nice and helpful.

Since my Wii has gone out of style, I havent had the need to go into this place. But I usually walk by it when I walk the mall. Its almost empty now.

Bought a new wireless headset from one of the best workers there. Always polite and very helpful. They even give you a chance to geek about games and gear.-------> Headset ended up not working and had to return it. But, they gave me a betterheadset in exchange. THANK YOU IAN!!!! YOU DESERVE A RAISE!!!!

Always has all the good games that you like. whenever I try to find something thats a little bit obscured they always are able to find what I need at a reasonable price. Always enjoy coming to the one in Ithaca and also the one in vestal. All the employees have great customer service and have always been super friendly to me. I would always recommend checking them out first if you need a game that you need. Plus oh, its always cool to do pre-orders and get some bonus content to come with them.

Do not goto Gamestop! The company is horrible to their own employees. Customers are bombarded with BS plans, warranties and NO I dont want to trade my 800 dollar cell phone for 11 bucks. So please DONT goto Gamestop.

I will start off by saying the staff are wonderful, this review has nothing to do with my interactions with employees of this GameStop.GameStop as a company however, is terrible. Pitiful trade in values, I stopped trading games in years ago. Went in today to purchase a copy of Little Dragons Cafe and pre-owned with no original case its $34.99. Thats the very same price they would offer if it did have its case and artwork. Online I can purchase this game brand new for the same pricew free shipping. Many games and consoles you can find much cheaper from other sources. There is absolutely no reason to shop at GameStop. Save your money and go elsewhere. Sell your own games on eBay and get their actual value rather than be scammed by this company.

Worst. Ever. As per usual, they offer you nothing for a trade, act like you have no idea, ask waaay too much for their used products, and this particular one has the worst customer service Ive seen. Twice Ive been to this store, and twice I have left angry and disappointed. Lost my business.

Store manager Alex was phenomenal. Kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my questions thoroughly and grabbed everything I needed from the shelves, as oppose to just directing me to look over by the such and such. Even showed me the next hot amiibo coming out and helped me pre-order it for my son. I would recommend stopping in to see Alex at GameStop.

Low trade-in value for non-members but if you game this is a great place to fine reasonably priced used games. Not to mention a plethora of up to date games and gaming consoles

Okay. Some games are over priced, others are pretty fair. Dont sell your games to these guys unless youre desperate for money. Theyll rip you off. Some staff are friendly, others not so much. I recommend it if youre looking for used cheap games.

Guy at the counter was kinda rude when we walked in at 845pm. He was like do you know what you want, we close in 15 minutes. I ended up buying a game while I was there. Please dont hate a customer that come in close to the time you close.

The three male employees behind the counter were more interested in their conversation than helping me find a game.Selection in store was adequate.

This stores staff has always been helpful to me. One of the few Gamestops Ive been to where the staff has knowledge and recommendations of games outside of FPS.

There ok, to buy games . But they suck big time when it comes to trade ins . You pay 50 to 60 bucks on a new game then when you trade it in they give you 10 bucks, sometimes less. then sell it for 35 to 40 buck. So what ever you do dont trade your game.

Employee was very rude sat and talked to her friend the whole time. Ignored other customers. Lack of selection unless u want the most current selection you can get anywhere.

If no one else is in store you get excellent service. If there are more than three customers, service goes down dramatically.
