Mia is a wonderful server. She prepared me a Twix frappe, a drink of her own creation. Not only was it delicious, but beautiful! She is a professional worker and amazingly creative saleswoman. It has been years since I was last in this specific starbucks, but I will soon be returning!

The music was superb. A little crowded for a Sunday AM, though.

Hit or miss for sure. This location can get really crowded. Some baristas are very friendly, others couldn’t care less. Last time I went, there was a mistake on my mobile order and I made eye contact and said hi to the barista twice and was still ignored and then she was snarky when I asked politely for a change. Kind of frustrating because I had to turn back and park again only to be greeted by that. The cashier on the other hand was a delight. Good place to stop if passing through Ithaca, just mobile order in advance!

Staff does not listen. Two of our drinks were messed up and they gave us attitude when we told them one of the two was wrong. We didnt even have them fix the second one bc of their attitude. If you are going to charge so much for coffee, at least have decent employees, not disrespectful snobs .

Next in line and pulled mask away from lips to speak. Not lowering mask at all. Still over nose and mouth. Another employee snapped at me to keep mask on while in store. Told him i pulled mask away to speak. Didnt appreciate attitude. No more sales from me.

Opens early and is one of the few places I can walked to from Schuyler House

Downtown Ithaca and in a college area. Very hard to find parking and had to pay for it. Super busy with long wait for drinks. If you are from out of the are (like we were) find another Starbucks. Oh, and no restrooms.

I always appreciate my starbucks trips. Theyre always so kind and quick with getting everything to you and Ive never had a drink I didnt like.

I live this place. When I didnt have money to pay for my drink they held the order until I did. They person that made my drink, absolutely love them. The girl that took my o see was very helpful in recommending a drink for me to try. Beautiful work.

The baristas were really nice and personable, and great at making conversation while bringing out. The drinks were made quick and tasted really good. It was a great experience overall and I would definitely recommend people to frequent here.

Went there two days in a row. The associate, Lauren, was great and totally sold me on something new and delicious. The next day I went back and ordered the same thing, a trainee made it and it was terrible, but it was remade a delicious the second time. Very good customer/personal service for a chain.

As far as Starbucks go this is a good one. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a good assortment of baked goods and merchandise to sell. There is limited seating so dont except to find a seat at busy time of day! The big downside is you have to get the key from the staff and go out into the hall to use the restroom. It is like a hotel card key you need to swipe.

This town is full of wonderful local coffee houses of every flavor. I dont know why you would go to Starbucks. The coffee is okay but it doesnt hold a candle to Press Cafe or Gimme! The environment is canned. Its just like any other Starbucks anywhere.

I dont regularly go to Starbucks, but needed a pick-me-up and this was a good option. This Starbucks in particular had the quickest service of any Starbucks Ive ever been to. Normally, when I have gone to Starbucks in the past it is always packed with people waiting forever for their beverage, but the service here was so quick despite the time of day or amount of people.

I loved stopping in today. I needed the vanilla bean frappacino. I also added money to my Starbucks card. The barista was so helpful. I asked her to explain something to me and she did. Loved visiting there today. Will go again very soon!

So bad I order 2 white mocha and I get one Cup full and the other half !! .The test was water with little milk horrible !! And what makes me surprise that they ask some els if they can added sugar to my order !!!!! Worst Starbucks I ever have visited.

Consistently good service and coffee, and theres almost always at least one seat open for me to sit and enjoy my coffee and/or a book. It gets a little chilly in here though (maybe because half the walls are glass?) and the bathroom use policy can be a pain sometimes.

Starbucks inside Hotel. Bathroom key has to be requested and is in hotel lobby. Decent amount of seating lots and lots of plugs. Comfy chairs, hightops, 2 seat tables, two high counters, one six seat work table with ample plugs. Staff is usually all female, very nice and friendly. Has a Clover machine! Parking is available across the street in the town garage. Right across from Ithaca Commons. Foot traffic is highly variable, so seating can be tight but people are generally happy to share tables.Doesnt always participate in corporate discounts that are emailed out (that whole varies by store applies here).

Generally, the place has the quality I expect from Starbucks. They open early (6 AM) which I like. Once there was rap music playing which resulted in me leaving early since it was not in keeping with a relaxing and soothing place to visit and enjoy a beverage and read. But, I have not heard it played since. It being next to the city parking structure that is free weeknights and weekends helps making it accessible. I have not found it too busy to be able to get a seat.

Obviously they serve good coffee, coffee varieties, and rather pricey snacks.However, I was most impressed by the fast internet speeds of their Google Starbucks Wi-Fi. So its a great place to get work done and a decent place to get coffee.

Its a Starbucks. Seriously, if youve seen one, you know em all. Bonus star because the staff were kind and patient.

Busy often. Politely off-putting at times. Drink quality uneven, with flavorings thinned or excessively light compared to other Starbucks sites.Many of the workers here have a natural affable and charming service quality, but the sense is that management, which always sets the tone, is not personable. The excessive stress placed on their workers does not result in better quality and efficiency, but to worker discomfort and higher turnover. Im a regular at coffee houses and this Starbucks rates at the lower end for friendliness and consistency of drink quality, while highest at worker stress.

I ordered a Tall Decaf Carmel Macchiato. I drank half and was super jittery, there was obviously regular espresso in it. This aggravated me because it was $5 and I couldnt drink it. I have a heart condition and Im not allowed to have caffeine or it can damage my hear from speeding up. I checked twice to make sure it was DECAF and they said it was. Please improve on this in the future or Ill be forced to go elsewhere for my coffee.

Nice place, across from a parking garage. Kind of a hassle to get to and out of, no public restroom as its hotel operated. Every time I tried to grab coffee here there was a roadblock, construction, event, or something aside from...time consuming parking.So, I go to Target Sbux when I have time to make a drive. Sbux has few if any easy locations that accept their app payment in Ithaca. No Sbux drive thru in this town either. So its geared to a walking college crowd. Bummer, so they forced my switch to Ithaca Bakery Coffee full of politically hateful older white men making comments, someone threw a stone at me 1x inside.Id rather do Sbux.

Of course we all know about the corporate level sponsorship of evil stuff around the globe. Yet against my better judgement, I would do business with Starbucks occasionally anyway particularly if I was downtown at the summer concert series. After all, even though their coffee is way way way overpriced and theres usually a long wait while the barista seem to be fiddling way too much behind the counter, they do have the 54¢ refill policy. Not anymore... I grabbed the coffee and then went over to film at the Bernie Milton pavilion summer concert series for my television show and filmed exactly three songs a total of 12 minutes and 45 seconds. Bernie Milton pavilion is 500 feet away from Starbucks I came back in the store to get my refill and they flipped their overpriced lids... Supposedly because I left the store 4 again less than 15 minutes I could no longer get my refill. this is actually a good thing because we should be supporting local businesses Gimme Coffee is local and the coffee is much better and they buy it from fair trade farmers. Ithaca Coffee is good. Collegetown Bagels not so good we coffee overpriced food but at least theres two other great options Ithaca Coffee and Gimme.

Long line when I was there. In a very centralized location which makes it really popular. Definetly not enough seating so that was a bummer.

This location has the Clover machine which is a unique way to make coffee. It takes the bitterness out. A must try!

Its Starbucks. You know exactly what youre going to get before you walk through the door. Just like McDonalds or Outback steakhouse. The coffee is better than average, the microwaved food options are at the aforementioned McDonalds tier, the accessories and add ons such as bottled water are overpriced, and the line is too long. But.. once through, theres free WiFi and you can chill in a decently relaxing space--although at times noisy. Theyve crushed all local competitors in the convenience radius of the store, so theres also no other great options if youre downtown.

Yesterday around 2 or 3ish I had the best cup of coffee made by a very patient lovely barista. It was jammed packed and I ordered a Grande komodo dragon on the Clover. With 6 splenda. Unfortunately my mistake as I forgot to ask for iced but she remade the drink to perfection despite the horrendous crowd. The drink was fantastic and had a craftsman taste. I love that Clover machine and the crew at the Ithaca on the commons Starbucks. They never fail to make my drink perfect :)
