So we had to go in for a recall. They offered to drive us somewhere to eat since we hadn’t had lunch while we waited. But we didn’t have time because they were done so fast!!! Great service! Super friendly! I would buy from them again. Guaranteed their work and actually took care of it. Fabulous!

When the time came to get another car we returned to Wilson Hyundai again due to the amazing attention by Renier. We have purchased twice from him now and the service was top notch and exceeded our expectations both times.
This is the second time taking my car into the service dept and after the second time for this same reason my car is still not fixed. Not sure what I paid but this is getting ridiculous to wait in a waiting room for your car and nothing has been done to fix the problem. The first time I was told it needed a clutch. Told me my warranty would not cover it and it would be $2000. Well after reading my papers the clutch is covered so I told it back up there for the second time and showed them. Well my warranty has a deductible of $100. They supposedly put it on a machine and fixed the problem and cost me $144. Well my car is still not fixed and doing the same thing it’s been doing so I pay for nothing. Very tired of this. Very disappointed

Be prepared to not receive the paperwork you need. Once they got the sale, all customer service went out the window! I purchased a car October 8th and no paperwork has been sent. I cannot get a tag STILL due to them not sending the appropriate paperwork. No one will return your calls. The receptionist takes messages and does not forward them properly. I drove 4 hours for this purchase and wish I would have taken my business elsewhere

Recently my mother purchased a used 2019 Sonata. After looking over the vehicle had some subpar body work that was accomplished such as paint not matching and dents that are noticeable on left rear quarter panel, left rear door, left roof rail doesn’t have any clear coat, rear bumper was painted does not match quarter panel. This damage was not disclosed when purchasing this vehicle.

Bought a 2021 Hyundai palisade. I went up there quite a few times looking and was greeted my multiple people each time. Avoid this place!!By far the worst service department I’ve ever been to. They almost never answer the phone at the service department. When I arrive - no one greets me I have to go hunting for someone. I created an appointment for 10am. Brough my car in at that time. Needed a transmission flush and coolant flush. Came back at 4:15PM.. and my car hasn’t been touched. Had to wait in the lobby for an hour and a half so that the tech can do a rush job.. why make me create an appointment then??..they finally brought the car out and the coolant was still at a low mark.. so I’m not even sure if they did anything. $420 for a terrible service and horrible customer service! I’ve been to this place multiple times and bought my car from there too.. I can bet anyone that I won’t ever buy another car there cause I know they don’t care to service it and don’t care for customers after they sell the car. Customer handling is horrible! If I knew how horrible the service department is, I would have never bought my car there. Horrible place! Avoid it!!!
Renier, over a span of several months was quite attentive to my questions returning my calls on short order. He arranged several test drives to explain and demonstrate the electronics and SAFETY features of the vehicle. Pricing was fair and straightforward. I have been going to the Lakeland location for over a year now for regular oil changes, and Shellie Johnson always helps to make it a wonderful experience! I can even text her to setup appointments, and it’s so quick that I just wait there for my car to be serviced.
Would give a zero if I could. Have bought every car from there and Kia for 20 years because they are great cars, but NEVER NEVER AGAIN. The problem is the service department. There and at Kia. They appear to be running scams involving expensive repairs involving oil pan replacements. If you have an oil change elsewhere, they will blame that place for not having put a plug back in correctly, leading to expensive repairs for you. I might have believed it if Kia hadnt run the same apparent scam on my elderly parents last month. Only that time, Kia Service actually did the prior oil change, which then started leaking, but they somehow still screwed these 92 and 87 year olds out of taking responsibility for it. What about you? Have you been ripped off by service scams at Wilson? Would love to hear your story. Cant wait to tell Firestone what Wilson Hyundai is telling customers about their competence. Sure they will be pleased.
I always take my Tucson to Shelli when I need service done. She is quick to make me feel comfortable and always addresses my ‘trivial’ concerns. When I need an appointment, I will inconvenience myself to make sure she is the one that helps me.

My Mother and Step-Father bought cars here, and have sent them a lot of business, until now. We sent someone to them to buy a car and it started off good, then ended up bad, and in fact I emailed the General manager today and he returned the email stating if I bothered him again, he would take further action against me. These people have employees that are liars. My friend bought a car. Before he drove 3 hours to get it, he was told the card had 9 miles on it by the salesman. It had 125 miles on it. The Salesman said it must have been from test driving. You dont put that many miles on a car test driving. Then after the car was bought, my friend had something happen to the wheel so was nice enough to buy a new wheel for six hundred dollars from Wilson Hyundai and have it shipped to my friend in Memphis. Told the whole price with shipping was six hundred dollars. I think is was around six hundred eighty and was defective. My friend contacted the parts manager Chris who told my friend he inspected the wheel before he sent it to my friend. It was a lie. The package was never opened for inspection. The parts manager then avoided all text messages and phone calls. My friend then disputed the credit card charges which was ok with the General Manger. The salesman then called to find out what was going on, and then he avoided my friend after that. My friend asked me to drop this, but I wont. I want people to know in the Jackson Mississippi area how bad this dealership treats others. If you want a better deal on a car, shop Hyundai dealers within a few hours of Jackson and you will find plenty to beat their deal. Please spread the word to stay away from these people. I do know my friend wrote a letter to the CEO of Hyundai in Korea certified and waiting for a response. My friend wants nothing from this dealership, but I will continue to spread the word how bad this place is and to never do business with Wilson.
Well, I would like to start this review with a 100% recommendation! All the guys at Wilson Hyundai were awesome and helpful.As I pulled into the lot, I was immediately greeted by Joseph Pierce. I was looking at a Veloster N when I came in and he took great care of me. Joseph was so helpful. He let me look in the car and explained all of the features the car offered in amazing detail making this buying process all the more satisfying and easy. We were able to test drive the car and he expanded in the cars features further which ultimately led to me wanting to seal the deal!I had came into the lot with another car I had and wanted to trade it in. Joseph arranged an appraisal for my car and that whole process couldn’t have been easier. During the purchase and service appointments over the past couple of years we have had good service. Our issue is two fold. There is a defect on the 2017 Sonatas that causes the paint to chip and peel. It is a known issue and there have been class actions suits to this issue. We took my daughters car, a graduation present, to Wilson to get some help with the issue. We were told to call Hyundai customer service as the warranty on paint was expired. Understandable, but with a known defect admitted by the company we expected more than call customer service. We have tried numerous times to get some help or clarity to no avail. We reintroduced the problem to the dealership and my daughter was told tough. The cost to repair is ridiculous, and the admiration we had for Wilson has simply dropped to 0%. My daughter who is now in the work place has an embarrassing paint defect in her car she once loved. If there were any dedication to helping a multiple car purchase family in the past, it is no longer. It is shameful that a decision was made to not help a customer, even though the company they represent admitted fault on numerous occasions. Just be cautious and pay attention the the details when dealing with this dealership. The we take care of you statements are only minutely true.

My husband and I had the worst experience EVER! The salesman brought out everything we didnt ask for and I made the mistake of giving them my social without even looking at cars and 2 days later my credit is STILL being pulled. I called the dealership to ask why and the guy on the phone had the audacity to give me an attitude. Sad thing is it would have been an easy sale, but we were rushed out the door after being there for 2 hours, and said wed have to continue this Monday. So rude. Several other things went wrong while we there but I wont even waste by breath. We will definitely be taking our business somewhere else.
