Dangerous, negligent, incompetent and unprofessional. If you’re ready to die in a fiery crash and then have your family told it’s not their problem take your vehicle here. They did not install our tire properly and it fell off driving down the road ruining our ball joint and bearings. To fix it they simply slapped another tire on and sent us on our way in a vehicle that would not pass inspection. Scary that people like this can inspect vehicles and be responsible for peoples lives. They should be shut down. Take your car to Custom Complete Automotive if you value your loved ones or even just your money.

Honest, and very polite, with reasonable price will be taking my car there again and again! Thank you guys so much! Even if something wasn’t right or more problems came about having respectful communication is key to get everything worked out.

There honest and fast the owners a good guy and the mechanics have been working for the business for a while. Its the only place I take to get my car worked on I wouldnt let anyone else touch my car.

I paid over 700 dollars just 2 wks ago for power steering to be replaced. Also they said i needed battery so i got one got van back it now smokes and had a rattle called them they fixed rhe rattle well power stearing just went out

I would give this place negative stars if google would let me. I took my car in because it was making a strange noise near the fan belt area. They claimed to have ran every test possible and couldn’t find anything wrong with it, even though they admitted the car died as they tried to back it out of their own garage. They had my car for 4-5 days, and when I came to pick it up they had done absolutely NOTHING. So I was carless for no point. The man who operates the front desk (who, as I’ve gathered over the last couple of weeks apparently has quite the reputation around town for being a rude person) handed me my keys and just said “good luck” with an impatient smirk.Also, it should be noted that the men working there damaged my hood when opening it. They failed to tell me this of course. They even parked the car facing the opposite direction of the road so that I wouldn’t notice the very obvious physical alteration they did. I noticed as soon as I got home.It should also be noted that the car was making the literal same exact noise as I drove off their lot as it did driving in almost a week earlier. Two days later my car couldn’t start as I was tying to leave work, so I had it towed to another place. They had my car in their shop for a total of maybe 1.5 hours before calling me and telling me exactly what the problem was.Long story short, do not go to these people. They were rude, incompetent, incredibly deceptive, and, to be frank, I wouldn’t trust them with a vehicle owned by my dog.

Just the right price. High Quality work

They inspected my car, and told me I needed a new ball joint. After breaking a bolt, removing a spindle and taking it to another mechanic, they put it back together. When putting it back together they didnt replace the CV axle nut, which is a one time use part. It needs to be replaced after being removed. The car was NOT safe to drive. I had a terrible vibration, because my wheel was not properly and fully attached to my car.Do not recommend ever.

These guys were great! Problem turned out to be very minor and they fixed it quickly. We will definitely use them again!

I’ve taken 3 different vehicles there, they’ve always gotten it done right, and I feel they’ got fair prices. I was pleasantly surprised on my most recent visit, about 1/2 what I expected.

We were passing through town and needed work done; these guys not only did the work for a good price, but were very accommodating with our unique travel situation. Would recommend!

Be careful this place said i had a warpwd head when in fact all that was wrong was a new radiator cap. They said 1000. For labor plus parts abd a 6.00 part fixed it!

I will never bring my car back to this business. The owner Steve is one of the rudest business owners that I have met. He bullies you into leaving and almost yells at you. We asked for a recept of the parts that was put on the car and all we got was a hand written list of what was done. Not only do they not listen or do what you ask they charge a lot more than what I have had in cities like Chicago and Columbia for simple things. When I asked about what they had done Steves response was are you a mechanic and that he was tired of dealing with stupid people complaining. Save your self the headache and go to some place with an ounce of customer service and basic business practices.

Save yourself some time, money and headaches and go to ANYONE else. I would give this rat hole 0 stars but 1 star is as low as it would go. Their customer AND repair services are TERRIBLE. I went to get a diagnostic and they told me my car needed a thermostat. Couple weeks later took it back to get fixed, they claimed they had fixed it and when I picked the car up it still did the same thing that I originally to it to them to repair. Long story short I have given them 3 tries to get it right, now they say I owe them an extra $75 (on top of the $200.00 I paid to originally get it fixed...AND IT NEVER WORKED!) and I either pay them the money or take them to court to get my car back....UNBELIEVABLE!

Service was fast and inexpensive. They even brought me an air pump without charge over all a great experience.

This is the only place in town I trust to work on my cars. I have taken two different cars here and they always do a great job and if they cant fix they will find someone who can!

This dude is not a good business man at all I came in looking at truck and then he sales the truck with out telling me and then ran my credit anyway in hopes I would but something else off his lot plus everything is over priced you get no warranty on anything if you are looking at going here I strongly suggest you go somewhere
