These guys were great! I am a truck driver and am always gone so it was great to meet Brian and the rest of the guys. The work we got done was on my 80 year old moms car. They made it so all she has to do was get out of her car wait a few minutes for the repairs and then leave. They are Mom approved when she said, Theyre really nice! If you have a classic car,, stay away! Did an ok job mounting four new tires. Best of the old tires was to go on the spare rim. Asked the tech if he had a hard time getting the spare tire out, he said it wasnt any problem. In truth, he didnt even pull the spare tire out of the undercarriage holder. When another tech discovered he hadnt replaced the spare and told him to do it, the first tech started cussing and kicking stuff like a five year old. After watching him prying on my 47 year old classic car, I told the manager Id take the car elsewhere. Update: just left, they put the balancing weights where the caliper hit them, made it two blocks before turning around.

The Technician that mounted and balanced my tires was awesome and did a great job, how ever the gentle man behind the counter ( younger not the older gentleman) was incredibly rude, told me he loaded my old tire back up in my SUV and when I asked why they didnt dispose of them he told me there was a charge todo that, I asked why I wasnt told this when I called to price the mount and balance he said because I didnt ask, generally a fair and valid response, how ever I dont work there or in the industry so I dont know to ask that. Tire pressure was off so I asked them to look at it and adjust them again the counter person tried to talk over me and I had to be a little snippy at him to check his attitude. Technician side Id give 5 stars customer service 4 stars and the counter guy no stars. Sorry not sorry

Had a flat on our rental car while visiting family from out of state. Budget wasnt helpful at all, but Robert and Big O Tires coordinated with my State Farm agent and had us back on the road fairly quickly. Highly recommend. They were amazing to us and did way more than they had to. Car was having break problems couldnt quite figure out what was wrong but they went above and beyond to help us. We came back 3 days in a row to have it looked at but each they didnt get mad. They just took it in worked to figure out what was actually wrong and then worked with me to make sure everything was taken care of. STEVEN at Big O and BIG O is the only place that I will take my vehicles to. Heck I even brought them lunch as a way of saying thank you for everything they did. The lunch wasnt for just the main staff and the mechanic. It was for all 5 people that were there. They didnt have to do all the work they did let alone be as thorough to make sure it was as good as it turned out to be.

I hit a pothole on Friday evening in Columbia & completely blew out a tire. Saturday morning I had it towed to Big O Tires (Missouri Blvd) & within an hour I was back on the road with a new set of tires. I was pleased with the professionalism & the variety of options that were presented to me. Every time I go in there; whether it be for an oil change or new tires, Ive always had a good experience.

Staff is friendly and has been able to get my vehicle needs taken care of promptly and properly.Update: Took my vehicle in to get a front end alignment on a Saturday. After waiting all day for a call saying the car was done I stopped back in the store and was told they didnt have time to look at it. I agreed to let them keep it and look at it Monday. Monday afternoon I had to call the shop as they had not tried to contact me. I was informed that my car was broken and needed two parts to fix. I stopped in after work to get the details. As the tech was telling me what parts were broken I started doubting his accuracy. I informed the staff I was not willing to spend the 800$ they said it would take to fix and would take the car. As I left the lot I realized my car was now so far out of alignment it would destroy the tires. It was not that bad when I dropped it off. I took my car to another mechanic who found nothing broken and was able to align the car correctly.TL;DR Big O messed my car up then tried to sell me parts I didnt need.

We woke up to a flat tire at the hotel, put the spare on and came to big O tires at 2410 Missouri Blvd Jefferson City MO 65109 at 9.20 on a Saturday morning. The service member was very courteous and helpful. He quoted me a 30-35 minute window, to fix the tire and mount it on the vehicle. They completed this job in the 30 minute window, and put the spare tire back under car all for no charge. They saved my vacation. I really appreciated everything about my visit at big 0s tire and would use them in the future and recommend them to anyone needing automotive services.

Greeting clerks at customer service team are lacking compared to previous associates. Generally felt like I was trying to be taken advantage of on tire purchase when they called back over the phone. Very transparent bought tires elsewhere that were a better ply, 70,000 mile vs the 40,000 you guys were quoting for $30 less per tire. Just disappointed in general. This used to be my favorite place to go and now its more expense and I dont feel you are giving the service to justify that.

I definitely will not be coming back to this big o. I left my car for an oil change on Saturday after one o’clock. Waited for a call no one called me. Went back they were closed with my car inside, my house keys and all. I was without a car all weekend, had to pay to get into my house. I’m a nurse so I can just call off work so I had to pay people to drive me around all weekend. Very inconvenient. When I called on Monday associate was rude. Claiming that they told me when to come pick my car up. If I knew my car was finished why would I leave it there? I had gone to be O for years and have recommended it to my friends and coworkers, not anymore. Now I’m going to pay $65 for an oil change when I paid probably just as much or more to get around all weekend.

Fixed my flat tire.

I needed to get my girlfriends A/C fixed before we left town. We didnt have much time, but Christian the assistant manager made sure everything was running great for our trip. Everyone at Big O was extremely friendly. They even had a technician named Tommy drive me home while I waited. Great place to get your car worked on! Thanks guys!

Friendly service and did repairs in proper amount of time. The waiting area is clean and there are plenty of chairs. The only thing that I found aggravating was I had a state inspection done and when the inspector replaced the sticker on the windshield he left all the trash on my dash. After spending $540 on repairs and inspection, it should have been picked up. Makes me wonder what other attention to detail was overlooked.

I appreciate the fast service. I have to drop my car off on the way to work and getting in and out fast is important.

My dad took is truck there for an inspection and they said that the the ball joints are bad but 3 weeks ago he had them fixed

I always go to Big O Tires to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. They sell great quality tires and for a great price too! I never have to wait too long and if I do they offer to drive me somewhere if I want! They have great customer service!

I went in for a state inspection last week, they said I needed $700 of work done to a bearing and knuckle part on my tire to pass the inspection. I went to Warehouse tire the following day, where they have actually replaced the bearing in the same tire they were referring to and said there was nothing wrong with it except maybe a little loose. They fixed it, changed out my wiper blades, gave me my passing inspection and saved me $700. Im not sure if its because I dont look like I know much about cars or what, but I wouldnt advise women to go Big O tires unless you are getting a second opinion else where.

My wife brags about the service she gets at the Missouri Blvd location from all the employees and makes the drive and takes our vehicles to this location whenever possible for brakes, tires, and oil changes fo our vehicles. She indicates Robert and Tommy are especially top notch with customer service in getting parts and tires when needed.

Took my husband’s truck in for new tires and an oil change. The guys were super nice, but once they pulled my truck out I assumed it was waiting for something else to be done. 45 minutes after it was sitting outside, finished, I told them I was ready to go. Apparently it had been ready to go the whole time and nobody bothered to tell me. I was super aggravated.

The team at Big O Tires on Missouri Boulevard are top notch. No matter what your vehicle needs they get it done with the best quality around. Ive gone to them several times for just about every service they offer and I have yet to be unsatisfied. Went there to have a Walmart mess up fixed. Rounded off oil plug. Walmart could not fix it in Lufkin TX or Jefferson City MO. I asked to have my oil changed, told them the plug was rounded off, and why. Cost me a much needed oil change price and less than $5.00 extra for the new plug! Folks....That is Service! I spent 3 hours in each WM, left Big O Tires in less than 30 minutes fixed and on the road!

Worst customer service. Manager will lie and when they ruin a brand new set of tires they do not take care of the customers. All this company cares about is money. Even dealt with corporate and didnt get anywhere since its a franchise. Be ware spending money here! I will never recommend another big o tires to anyone ever again!Also the response is fake. They dont want to help. Currently in the process of going to court now. Have all paperwork to prove them wrong. Pretty bad when a corporation like this wont own up to their own mistakes.

Here’s why I like Big O Tires. My 5 year old MINI was giving me a ‘service’ light. Been about 7 months (and 5,000 mi) since last visit to the dealership in St. Louis (100 miles away) so I took it by Big O Tires (Missouri Blvd Jefferson City) and asked them to check my fluids and hoses (and stuff like that). They have a Free 22-Point Vehicle Inspection (no appointment needed).At some places (a lot of places!) this would just be come-on, sure to find something that needed to be fixed. But after 15 minutes or so one of the managers came over and asked if I had been having any kind of problems? No, I explained, just the light and I thought it might be time for a look-see. He said they checked everything and found nothing that needed attention.Great! How much do I owe you? Nothing, he said. No charge.I don’t recall EVER taking one of my cars to dealer for service where they didn’t find something that need an expensive repair. Never. This has happened more than once at Big O Tires.

Very helpful and useful place. The staff take a seat next to you in the waiting area and explain the problems with your vehicle and the cost. Most importantly they give you options and sometimes coupon discounts.

Best service in town. I kept getting slow leaks. I went to two other places prior 2 weeks before Big O. Big O found the tiny nail with ease no slow leak since going to Big O. Only going here from now on.

Recently, my daughters car needed a new alternator and the guys went out of their way on a Saturday afternoon to stay after closing and finish it so she could get to work on her own. Super friendly staff, they told us we were in control on what we think is needed for our car, they gave us recommendations and we discussed about pricing, they helped us out every step of the way. I felt more comfortable with my car being in the hands of professionals!

I took my van in for a antifreeze leak, I told them it was only leaking when started and we couldnt find it. About an hour later the manager comes up and says it is my intake gasket, and will cost 387. to get fixed, so I tell him to fix it, the next day he calls and tells me that the van is ready. Upon picking it up I find that it is still leaking antifreeze, I in fact went less than a mile away before bringing it back. He decides it is the radiator cap, so he calls to have one delivered. While talking with him I asked why if it is the radiator cap the back of the van is leaking. His response was I noticed that yesterday but doesnt seem connected to your problem so we didnt check it. We pick the van up a second time drive home less than 5 miles and it has over heated again and antifreeze is pouring from under the passenger rear quarter panel. We popped the hood to check the fluid and our headlight falls out, upon trying to figure this out we discover our bumper is extremely loose. so we immediately call Big Os and ask whet happened to our van he tells me to bring it back which we do, where he tries to tell us that we must have hit something after we left because the crack in the bumper is new, Im like no dude it was there when we purchased the van and I can prove it. He states he will check his cameras but even though we were told we could watch them it never happened, but he somehow checked our encased radiator without taking a single bolt out of the front end, and did all this work and it still overheats and isnt working, I picked it up today and took it to another garage after okaying this with my layer. I am not done with this, how do you expect us to drive our vehicle?

Best place Ive found nearby that is fairly priced and has been there to help with anything regarding my vehicles including owning and fixing mistakes they make on accident. So very nice to see and have now a days.

I have taken my car to the Jeff City, Mo Blvd shop for years. Not only did they keep my 12 yr old Lancer on the road the check to make sure there was no other problems before sending me on my way. Now that I have a new car I continue to go there not only for the excellent service but also because they treat me like a valued customer and also like they care about what happens with my vehicle after I leave making sure I will be safe on the highway.

They were able to patch my tire but wanted over $400 to replace just 2 tires.

Went in for an oil change. They offered to change a filter of mine. Waited there for over an hr and a half! For an oil change and they weren’t even busy. Turns out they thought they had the filter in the store but didn’t, so they were waiting on the part to arrive to the store and didn’t even bother to inform me of this. I also told them I thought something connected to my exhaust was hanging from my car. They said nothing was wrong. A week later the hanger broke causing my exhaust to drag while I was driving!

I had an incident somewhat recently where my transmission went out in my vehicle. I went to another Big O in Columbia on the business loop and ended up getting a replacement that was not functional. I went to this Big O and the staff went right to the top and got the regional manager involved and fixed my issues as quickly as they could. Although some Big Os have not been the best in the past for me, this one is amazing and gets my respect.

I came in off the street to get tires. They saw I had my babies and put a rush on it to get me out the door quicker. They were all very nice.

Just recently purchased 4 new tires, and couldnt be more pleased. The assistant manager, Craig Long, was very helpful and got me exactly what I wanted. Very kind, knowledgable, and quick service. Thanks again for the help Craig!

Prices are horrible. I got my oil changed in my car and it costed over 40.00 for 4 quarts of oil.The manager is rude. Probably wont come back.

I’ve been going to this location for many years. I took my car to a different repair shop to get something fixed and they tried to say I need a new axle. The one they said had just been replaced at Big O. So, i called Big O and they immediately called the other shop. After about an hour, the other shop called me and said I was mistaken, they never said I needed an axle. All of a sudden, the total they had told me before was cut in half. I absolutely love this place. I will go here before I go anywhere else for anything!

After trying to order my tires from Sams club and they CANCELED my order without telling me, the Missouri Boulevard Big O store came to the rescue. They sold me the same great Michelin Tires I wanted, mounted and balanced for the same low price! And the road hazard warranty they offer is covered by stores all over the U.S. if needed while traveling. Duane (office mgr) was friendly and helpful. However, a shop employee bent my running board and I had to return to the store to fix it. Duane was at lunch, and second office mgr was a grump! Hey, dude, you bent it, you fix it before you give it back!

Nice people but the person doing Inspections here dont know his ass from a hole in the ground. He failed my car for a leak in the rack n pinion.. The leak was transmission fluid not power steering.. The highway patrol passed it said it was in great shape for its age a 96 Honda.. I would recommend taking my ride else were.. The only reason it gets one star is cuz it wont let me give it none

Rebalanced my wheels after I unknowingly knocked off a wheel weight off with a power washer. Quick, to the point, and professional. No pushing of un-needed services.

Went into this location twice for a vibration in my vehicle at highway speeds. The wheels were rebalanced both times and the issue was still present. I went to the Peachtree location in Columbia, and they found the wheels were still out of balance. They corrected the issue indefinitely at the Columbia location. The team in Jefferson City was always courteous fitting me into their schedule but it was concerning the wheels were not balanced after two attempts. Overall Big O stood by their work and fixed it at another location closer to my home, hence the three stars.

Liars! We brought our car in for inspection and they found 3 things we needed to fix, and wanted about $450 to do it. We said wed find somewhere else, ordered the parts, had the issues fixed, and brought it back within the 20 day time frame. Now they are claiming more issues that will keep it from passing. When asked why these werent on the original inspection, no one could give us a reason. Took it to another inspection location, the issues Big O claimed dont exist. One of the issues they failed it on, isnt even a requirement to pass!

Its been several years ago but I bought my very first set of tires from a gentleman at the Blvd store...yes this was a while back but I remember that I didnt have a lot to spend and he helped me get into a great set of tires. Kevin was really helpful and still is a friendly face when I go to that store:)
