We are so thankful for our decision to go with A+ floors to do new floors in our home. Allen was beyond helpful, friendly, and we so appreciated his experience and opinion when choosing our flooring. We went with this vinyl wood and could not be happier with it! Not only is it beautiful, but very durable for our kids and pets. We fell in love with our home all over again! The installation crew was very careful to hang plastic on our cabinets when busting up all of our tile in the kitchen, and also very detail oriented. Jesus and his crew worked very hard to make sure we were satisfied. They did very great work, even taking extra effort to match the caulk color to our fireplace so we didn’t have to put trim around the fireplace. Weve used A+ Floors 4 U twice now. Both times, we worked with Sam who we would highly recommend to anyone looking to install flooring.For our old house, in around 2015 or so, we hired A+ to install engineered wood floors in our master bedroom and closet, to match the floors in the living area. We were very happy with the work product.At our new house (new build 2020) we had a significant water damage event during the freeze in Feb 2021, requiring much of our brand new hardwood floors to be torn up and replaced. We got three quotes. A+s quote was the least expensive. Sam was very helpful in explaining the various options we had for replacing the floor, and made a significant effort to help try to preserve as much of the existing floor as possible and so minimize the disruption. The two workers (Daniel and one other) who did most of the work did an excellent job. In total it took nine days to complete the work, primarily because of the difficulty removing the old floor and prepping the surface for the new floor. The workers were extremely hard working and were very respectful to us throughout the process. Also, the supervisor who came by every day was very nice.We could not be happier than we are with the final product and we will have no hesitation to go back to A+ in the future if we ever need any more flooring installed.

Ayman was very helpful in selection of flooring and color. We were kept up to date every step of the way. The installers did a great job and kept the work area very clean. This is our second time to work with Ayman and will definitely use him again in the future. Very satisfied customer.

From the start, Ayman helped us to select the right carpet for our home that would fit our lifestyle. He measured our home and got back to us within a day or two with a quote. (Turns our his sq foot estimate was incredibly accurate btw). We paid half the total up front. The installers were very professional, hard-working, and courteous. They showed up when they said they would and called when they were en route. They cleaned in between steps so as to not slap new carpet over dirty subfloor, and vacuumed when the new carpet was installed. They checked with us to make sure furniture was put back in the correct placement. The end result is beautiful soft Shaw carpet meticulously installed. Stairs, corners, and floor transitions look crisp and seams arent visible. Thank you for a job well done!

Got vinyl floors throughout my whole house. Some areas float and you can feel the ground sink a bit. I also got new baseboards in some areas and needed two toilet reinstalls. Before payment and install, salesman was wonderful- after payment, did not seem to care at all anymore. Never addressed one of the door stop springs they forgot to install, nor one of the toilet installs I needed a refund for.

Great experience having carpet installed in 4 rooms. Shopped a few different places and happy I went with these guys. They weren’t the least expensive but the service was top notch and end product looks great. You get what you pay for. We worked with Ayman and he was great. Stayed in contact throughout, was very helpful and accommodating in the carpet selection, and he saw everything to completion. A+ was easy to work with and responsive. Allen helped us a lot with our remodeling for master bathroom. He is knowledgeable, polite, very nice and gentle. 😆😆They have format porcelain tile 24x48in which we want to put it on the shower wall and best price on it! We ordered mosaic for shower floor as well.When we picked up from the warehouse somewhere else (not A+floors 4u), they broken some pieces of tiles before handling to us.Allen helped us order another tiles because we were in hurry at that time. The one we wanted to exchange was $1/sqft more than what we ordered at the beginning. But Allen and the manager gave us same price of the old one and didnt charge us a freight fee! We were very happy and glad we choose from A+floors 4U! 👏🏻👏🏻Will definitely recommend to anyone and will be come back when we need remodeling for floors and carpets!

So happy we went with A+ Floors 4 U! Our salesman, Allen, got us great pricing and coordinated installation without any hitches or surprises. Cant say enough good things about the install crew. Vinyl plank had been installed throughout half our house by another company as result of an insurance claim approx 2 years ago and we just had A+ install the same flooring in all the rooms. The transitions are seamless and the workmanship on the trim work installed by A+ is far superior. The install crew were real perfectionists, polite, easy to communicate with and went way above and beyond with cleanup.

Great Experience. Would definitely recommend them. They installed about 4 rooms of 100% water proof vinyl flooring. Although I looked at several different flooring places around Katy and Houston, their vinyls were most appropriate for the current look and feel of the home and the prices were very reasonable. The people who came out to do the installation were very professional and hard working. The floors turned out great. I can usually find something during an experience which I might think could have gone better but everything from getting help finding the right flooring for my needs and price range all the way through the last payment was very non-stressful and without any unexpected burdens. After a water leak event flooded our house we had a large scope of work including removing tile, laying hardwoods, laying carpet, retiling a laundry room and putting stacked stone on our fireplace. We had a few fairly big projects done through A+ Floors 4 U. We tiled out outdoor patio, the utility room, bricked our fireplace, and recarpeted our media room. We also had all of our interior rooms covered with luxury vinyl planks and we couldnt be happier. There were a few roadbumps along the way but Chad and his team took great care to resolve any issues. I contacted a total of 4 stores for my flooring project. I was adding the existing laminate into my bedrooms to elimate any carpet in my house. I had already known what the laminate was so all I needed was a measure & a quote. Ayman was the only salesperson I contacted that did everything perfectly. I normally do not leave ratings but I had to this time. We had the most pleasant experience with Sam at A + Floors for u. We walked in right at closing time not sure what we were wanting. Sam stayed well past closing time to accommodate us.He even went out of his way to show us a better quality of floor that was at a better price. Within a week our floors were being installed. I highly recommend A+Floors4U. We have built 5 houses and this was by far the best experience dealing with any service company. They are very competitively priced, honest and professional. We purchased a home that had a flex space that had no flooring. My husband works from home and wanted to use the space as his office but we needed to get it within a weeks time. We called several other flooring companies who said they could not accommodate us that quickly, except A+ Floors 4 U. Chad told us right from the get go they could get it done. A+ Floors 4 U is a great choice to install your floors. We have used them to install new floors in two homes now and both times were very positive experiences. If you are in the market for new floors call them up and ask for Chad, you will be glad you did.

First of all, I could not have made this happen without the exceptional work of Sam. My project (the planning phase) took much longer than I had anticipated, and, we had to wait even longer for other contractors to finish their part before flooring could happen. But, Sam was helpful during this waiting period; never making us feel rushed. Also, he was very patient as I changed my mind many times to find just the right flooring for my home. He was diligent in seeing that there would be no issues with the install (we had an uneven surface). A+ has a great selection for all styles and budgets. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The pricing is competitive as well. When the time came to install, their contractor was amazing ... he showed up in time, worked fast, efficiently, and did a beautiful job. A friend recommended this store after my house got flooded due to Harvey. I purchased my kitchen & bathroom cabinets and laminate flooring from them with a very reasonable price . Chad was my point of contact. He was always very nice and caring about what I was looking for. Overall the process was transparent and smooth. The installation guys were very nice. They all worked very efficiently. Overall, I am pleased with the quality of work and professionalism. I strongly recommend anyone to check this store before buying flooring, cabinets...etc .

In short: Saif (sales person) is AWESOME, the installer showed up on time and did a fantastic job. We are absolutely relieved to have found a great flooring place. We would highly recommend this place.For the longer story: We came into the store looking for a luxury vinyl option. We wanted a light color, wood looking vinyl because we thought it would look more transitional. We met Saif and he recommended something a bit darker than we were thinking. We brought a few samples home and made the appointment for Saif to come and measure. Saif showed up on time, wore a mask, and measured the areas. Once he saw the house, we clashed on what we wanted and what he was suggesting. We went back to the store about 6 times, brought home almost 20 samples in total, and finally settled on something closer to what Saif suggested originally. (Good job pushing back on us professionally and not just taking orders). We were replacing all carpeted areas on the first floor and did our part removing as much furniture as we could. The installer showed up on time and was very professional. They did a phenomenal job, matched all the quarter rounds, even in places that needed a different color. The floor looks great, it looks clean, the joints and transitions were done meticulously. We are very happy with the work and the price was very fair. We will be back.

We hired them to remodel our kitchen cabinets, granite, backsplash and 1200sq of flooring from taking wood, carpet out and installing porcelain. They did an amazing job!!! My wife and me couldn’t be happier! Their bid was nearly 35 percent lower than their closest competitor. We receive so many compliments on social media...this is the second time we hire them and will definitely hire them in future projects!!!

A+ provided us with the most outstanding service from beginning to end. Our sales person Saif was so helpful and made our experience replacing our floors so easy. He helped us decide on what would look perfect with our furniture and walls and everything turned out great. He made sure to check on us and answer any questions we had during and after the job was done. Jose who was the lead guy taking care of the floor job was also very professional. Jose also made sure to answer all our questions and went the extra mile if there was something we wanted fixed in addition to our floors. Great customer service by the whole A+ floors team. We installed new wood flooring and carpet on second story in our house after we flooded with Harvey. Chad was very helpful in ordering and scheduling for installation and completed our project on time without any delays. Installation crew was punctual, professional and hard working. They moved our furniture from all rooms to install new flooring without a single scratch on any piece of furniture. And cleaned up well after that. Whole process went very smooth when first floor of my house was in middle of construction. Everything was done very accurately. They are very reliable and I would use them for any work in my house in future. I recommend them if anyone doing renovation in house.

Superb family friendly company!!! We recently had our entire downstairs carpet ripped out and had LVF installed by A+ Floors.The entire experience was practically seamless. From picking out the materials to the follow-up visit after installation, it went better than expected.I couldn’t recommend a better flooring company when it comes to price, customer service, quality, and speed of installation. We just got our floors done with them this week and I have nothing but praise for Sam who helped us all the way. He is exceptionally helpful and patient. A+ Floors 4 U is an excellent group of people. We had them replace our carpet upstairs three years ago and enjoyed the entire experience. We decided to do major work downstairs, and shopped several places in the area. We could have saved time by just sticking with Floors 4! They had the tile we preferred, and we already knew they worked fast. Sam was a wonderful salesman too. He was thoughtful, polite, and knowledgeable. The crew that came to the house was skilled and efficient. They worked all day every day for a week! Very pleased with the craftsmanship too. Great service, we replaced our carpet with wood from A+ Floors and we had the best experience. The sales person and the installers were professionals. We had an incident where the installers did not see a small corner in the house and our salesperson made sure that they came back and completed the job.

Great job guys, Sam was amazing took time to listen to our needs and showed us exactly what we were looking for. When he came over brought us some more samples of the same quality which ended up saving us some money.Installation could have not gone better. Miguel and his assistant move furniture and installed the carpet as well as moving the furniture back after cleaning the new carpet. They did it in a timely matter and extremely well. Awesome job! A+ floor helped us replace our second floor carpet with hardwood last month. The final result is absolutely beautiful. We went to them based on good reviews and strong recommendation from our friends. They both worked with A+ floor recently and are very satisfied. Allen from A+ gave us professional advice about the color and type. We got our discount, set up our installation date together, and they showed up on time, did their job perfectly and cleaned up thoroughly. Their service is impeccable! And now we are enjoying our new gorgeous floor! By the way, They also helped us did a few repair job in the house. 5 stars for A+ Floor!

This place is awesome in so many ways.1st - they have the lowest prices in the area- I checked 6 other places, all have higher prices.2nd - very courteous, professional and clear explanation from the staff. I worked with Allen, he is superb. He went promptly to me house to take measurements, and in no time they started working.3rd - the installers they work with are real professionals. Not only the did an awesome job.but they were real fast, 2 days for stairs and large areas. They also offered me all the explanations of each specific step they were doing before, during and after installation.4 th and most important- I am HAPPY with their floor. Now I have my dream floor that I was dreaming about and saving for it. These guys made my dream come true.
