I usually dont write many reviews, but this flooring/tile place made me write one. They did a great job with my modern bathtub renovation. I am a picky customer, but they took their time and helped me with my decision. I would highly recommend this place in Katy.

At the recommendation of a friend we hired Floor TX for our kitchen granite counter top and back splash tiles, wine cellar granite, as well as back porch slate tiles. The whole process was quick and easy from start to finish. Mike helped us chose tiles and design for the back splash and it turned out beautiful, we could not be more pleased with the result. We highly recomend this company.

Floor TX just finished a substantial project on our new home (6000+ sq ft), and we could not be more pleased with Mike and his professional, hard-working team of sub contractors. We had our first floor completely replaced with large-sized porcelain slabs (which are difficult to work with), our wood stairs and 2nd floors completely re-stained, all the carpet in the house replaced, our kitchen repainted, and our study converted to a formal living area. I am extremely picky and hard to please but was very satisfied with the quality and price of the work. Further, Floors TX completed the job on a very tight schedule.Mike is a man who stands by his work and stands by his word. He was always available on-site when needed even though we live fairly far from his store/office, and he made sure the job was done properly and perfectly. He and his crews all have a keen eye for detail and are knowledgeable in their respective crafts. And on a personal level, Mike is just overall very friendly, kind, and easy to work with. I will not hesitate to hire FloorTX for future projects and recommend them to others!!

Mike and his wife could not be nicer. They are honest and give fair estimates. They put in my hardwood floors, stairs, and bathroom tile. You would never know Hurricane Harvey wiped out the first floor. We love the transformation. Thank you

We have used them for a couple different projects and they have always delivered as promised. Mike was very good and explained where it was worth spending extra on laminate and what was a waste. Very happy with the service.

Didnt even bother to show for initial meeting, called cell and office without answer and voicemails are full; NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT USE:Received call hour and a half after set appointment from Owner; said store shut down due to illness, but no one to monitor phones, no employees?; Forgot or never listed our appointment, sloppy book keeping if so, reset appointment for 6 PM called back at 5:30 and said I was being unfair for my review above, due to the fact he forgot me and was too busy to do his job. He has my address which was given during first appointment setting and if he did not have me in his calendar, how did he have my address. Very, very unprofessional and argumentative.Just saw response; we met for 20 minutes Monday with wife at store, she gave me his card which I called and gave him my address and time to meet. When stood up, I reset for 6 PM and was willing to discuss the issues but he was argumentative and did not feel it was worth his time to meet. CUSTOMER BEWARE!

Ive had custom made cabinets and hardwood floors done by Mike and Floor TX. I am very happy with work done, and would highly recommend Floor TX to anyone.

I went in and found a large selection of American made flooring. The manager was knowledgeable and friendly. I will highly recommend Floor TX Katy!
