Abed, the owner, has been truly awesome! Extremely helpful, and patient throughout. We had flooring redone at our home and our investment property. Wood look tile throughout! We then asked for a fireplace make over and here is the result. We are so very very pleased with Grand Floors & More. Sadly the pictures do not do justice to the fireplace or flooring. Both the crews that installed our flooring and the fireplace were outstanding. Next we look forward to our master bath makeover.. again we have Grand Floors &more that will be in to do the makeover. Abed has a very keen eye for colors and details. So very happy we walked into his store a couple of months ago.

Mr. Adam Hassan was extremely helpful in explaining the different floor options, very detailed and took time to come to our home, did the measurements, brought in different samples to demonstrate how the floor will look in the app from his phone. And the installers were very accommodating to move the furniture and above all Raymond came the next day to move the furniture back the way it was ! And guess what he also sweeped & moped the floor with the cleaner that was recommended by Adam ! Can’t say enough for the service provided☺️

The floor of my house is carpeted, so I was thinking that I would have to work on the floor someday for the familys health. In the end, we took about two months to get estimates from various companies and compare samples, of which the samples we looked at on the Grand Floor & More were displayed as the best and most commercially available floor materials. It goes without saying that customer response is the kindest as well.Finally, the three-day construction was completed recently, and the staff who came for the construction completed the work meticulously and satisfactorily. If you are thinking about floor construction, I would no doubt recommend you to consult here.

This fall, our household decided to convert a lesser used upstairs room into a home gym fitness area. I had the pleasure of working with Wayne as my salesperson. With his experience, he was able to guide me along during the process, offer suggestions, while being transparent & not pushy -- something you dont typically see with sales people anymore. Originally looking for laminate wood, Wayne suggested I take a look at the vinyl selection. He proceeded to ask me about details about my house and my household. He also asked why do I want the change, & what Im looking to improve and avoid.My wants were: gray color, wood-like appearance, easy to maintain, scratch resistant. Knowing all of this, Wayne recommended LVT because it checked all of my boxes & added waterproofing -- which I never considered and should because of flooding here. I looked at several manufacturers as Wayne guided me through their selections. During the entire process, he was forthright with the numbers as we moved to the pricier materials.I picked out a couple shades & Wayne suggested to take the samples home and look at them in various areas of the house in natural daylight and at night to get a feel for how it would look -- this was a genius move. I originally took three & left the maybe. Wayne suggested I take it anyways. To my chagrin, the last one was the color I picked -- super gray. All of the other ones were too dark of a contrast & didnt look right in my house. He told me as soon as you lay them down, youll know which one you like. He was 100% correct.The next day, I returned the samples and asked for a formal quote. Wayne showed up on time & was cognizant of the fact I mentioned my elderly parents live with me, by wearing a mask the entire time he was measuring. He made it clear he would love my business, but also wanted me to be 100% happy as this was a big investment.Sales ProcessMy quote consisted of moving most furniture (big items are listed in the contact as not included -- safes, pianos, etc.), pulling up all the carpeted areas, leveling (floating) the floor, install LVT, install transition pieces, install quarter round redo staircase, minor clean up after.The biggest questions: did I want white or color matched quarter round & white or color matched risers. I asked for the cost of both, and Wayne (expertise again) recommended doing white quarter round & white risers. He said the color matched would be a couple hundred more, but white was the way to go. He was so confident, he backed it up by offering to color match on his dime if I didnt like the white. That made me confident.I came in the following week prepared to make a deal & slid my counter-offer to Wayne. He started making some phone calls to get some approvals. As we waited, Wayne was forthright & let me know that there would be an additional charge for each bag of float. I fought back asking for an all-inclusive quote. He explained that they only charge for the number of bags used after the fact. He and the owner have seen other companies over charge for bags not used & did not want to operate in that manner.Everyones big concern is: who is going to be in my house. they are fully licensed and insured.DeliveryI have 3900 sq.ft. Ramon was the lead; Raul his helper. Ramon s was going to try to finish in four days. Shortly after Wayne arrived to make sure everything was clear with the instructions. Let me tell you: these guys are efficient & pay attention to detail.They finished in four days. Only one piece of quarter round that needed to be addressed-- nothing major at all. Every room they finished, they vacuumed and wiped the floor down before moving the furniture back in. I cannot rave enough about the professionalism and hard work of this duo. On completion, they showed me all the bags of float they used & asked me to initial on the PO acknowledging the 10 bags of float. Hats off to Ramon. This guy is a master at this craft. He hand-painted the transition pieces.If I ever do floors again, I will go to Wayne at Grand Floors and more & request Ramon for my installer.

After getting quotes from various companies I decided to go with Mario and Grand Floors. They were reasonably priced and were also able to provide flooring I liked from another company. We hired Grand Floors to remove tile, carpet, and replace with vinyl flooring. While the floor itself is beautiful, we were very disappointed in the clean-up and damage left behind. The response of our sales rep when we expressed mild disappointment was also a let down. Our walls have minor but pervasive paint damage (throughout the first floor of our home), our bathroom sink is loose and has moved away from the wall and our cabinets and pantry are covered in shards of tile and dust from tile removal. When we expressed disappointment we were pointed to the portion of our contract that recommended we remove all wall paint if we wanted to avoid damage. No attempt was made to improve the situation or even express remorse. It is clear that this is a common complaint for the company. While I enjoy the final product, I will not be working with this company again.

Grand Floors & More put vinyl planks in our home in May 2020. We had one of the planks come unlocked. I contacted Mandy in installation and she had the owner call me that day. The owner then had an installer call the next day to set up an appointment to come fix the issue. The floor is perfect now and I am very happy. All this was done in 3 days! I was relieved to find out they continue to care about their customers even after the job is done and paid for!

I had purchased a fixer upper and I was referred to Grand Floors and More to replace the carpet in my living room, dining room, and bathrooms. I was really hesitant to make the financial leap and was considering installing myself, but I am so glad that I went with Grand Floors and More! They were extremely professional every step of the way - from helping me choose the flooring that would match my entryway and kitchen tile to calling midway through the project as well as afterwards to make sure everything was going well. I am so pleased by the superior customer service I received as well as the floors that transformed the entire feel of my house! The contractors arrived to begin working on my home at 10am. They worked from 10-7 and they were extremely efficient and clean! All debris were swept up and they would routinely pick up materials. The next day they worked on the bathroom and installed the trim around the floors and they were so detailed that when it came to the fireplace and the wood was lighter and not as appealing visually - he went out and purchased a stain to fix it! It didn’t bother me because it was such a small amount of space (and unnoticeable) but they wanted to make sure that everything was just perfect! I was discussing how I would remove the carpet on trash day with my partner and when we stepped out into the garage they had already removed it! The owner Abed, called multiple times through the process and after it was all said and done my partner (who is a big grump when it comes to spending money and was initially anti the project for right now and wanted to hold off) told me that he wouldn’t go with any other company and that Grand Floors and More was the best experience he has ever had with contractors and he owns multiple properties that have needed renovation over the last few years. We have recommended them to all of our friends who are now at the stage in their lives where they are purchasing first homes! Really happy with overall product and service!

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but thought this sitautioin warranted it. After placing an order with one of the larger chains because of their diiscounts and special financing, I canceled my order when no one called to schedule an install. Within 4 days of making my selection at Grand Floors & More, my new floors were ordered and installed. The owner came out personally measured my house and made some good suggestions about which color to use. The installers were extremely courteous, considerate, and professional. I couldnt be more thrilled with both the finished product and the buying experience.

We needed to replace the countertops and backsplash at my parents house, and I got quotes from several places in Katy. I spoke to Abed and he took time to look at the pictures of the kitchen and understand the work that needed to be done. He sent someone out very quickly to get accurate measurements and gave me a quote that was fair and better priced than others I had received.Abed worked with me to pick the appropriate stone and tile, and when we ran into an issue with the existing wall, he and Wayne (also very knowledgeable, and very friendly guy with years of experience in flooring and renovations) were able to troubleshoot and come up with a great solution that saved us quite a bit of money.The team are very responsive, and the tradespeople they work with (tilers, stone cutters, plumber, etc.) are very professional, neat, and work fast. We had contracted them to do the flooring for our home. This project was executed very well, including taking off the existing tile, wood and carpet floors, and installing a new wood flooring. The owner Abed Biadsayis a lousy project manager worshipping and not taking care of customer. Not even showing up at project once he picks up his first check. His contractors did not cover anything in the house when they were removing old tiles and dust was all over the house. We do videos as a proof. When we complained to him, he said you know how the contractors are. He told us in March/April time it will 4 weeks but we are October and he has not finished the job besides he stopped answering our text messages and phone call after 2nd check. He replaced 3 tiles contractors to do the job because his contractors were complaining that he does not pay them enough to do the job. His contractors messed up new tile floor in the laundry room which he claiming was done previously and we are lying. We asked for his liability insurance and he got furious. He stole quite a chunk of our hard earned money. Please do not deal with Grand Floor n More in Katy area because his owner Abed would destroy your home. He said that if his contractors messed up anything in house, he is not responsible for it. Please avoid Grand Floor n More so you can have peace at home. Electrician never completed the job. Plumbing work left and never touched the cabinets to cabinets. Abed is a thief who only looks for his own interests does care about homeowners as long as he collects his money he disappears

Fadi at Grand Floors is the best in town. Here are the reasons:- Timeliness: Ordered carpet for 4 rooms on a Monday and was installed on a Thursday morning same week. (Big stores took 7 days or more)- Quality: Clean and professional installation. Once installed all areas were cleaned.- Pricing: For the same brand/quality and padding got quotations from 5 different places and no body could beat Grand Floor’s price which included installation. I saved more than 50% compared to big store quotes.

We recently had carpet replaced in three bedrooms in our house and are so glad that we went with Grand Floors and More! Before making our decision we obtained bids from multiple vendors in the Katy area and we received significantly better pricing for better quality carpet from Grand Floors and More versus everyone else.Fadi the salesman at the store was great to work with, he was very honest and upfront about what they could provide and what the total cost would be after installation. From the time I submitted the order to install was only a week, could have been less if I didnt need a weekend install. Also it took a team of two installers only 5-6 hours to remove and install the carpet in all three bedrooms.

Our experience with the owner, his foreman and both of his installers was wonderful. The work was estimated and completed within a couple of days without a problem and within budget. The work was flawless. A very friendly and experienced group with which to deal.

I would definitely use them again, and I totally recommend you to use their services. I needed to change my old carpet, and was hesitant to do it as I thought it would be a tedious job. However a friend recommended I contact Grand Floors. They came over, did a free assessment, and gave me different options on spot. The next day I received two quotes for my two preferred options. I chose the vinyl flooring option, since its water resistant, and more affordable than laminate. I also wanted to move away from using carpet again as they get dirty quickly.The job took less than two days from start to finish, the finishing quality is awesome, and they left the place as clean as they got in. Reasonable pricing, no hidden fees, no hassle. Five stars from my end for sure.

We fell upon Grand Floors by chance- the manufacturer of the wood floors gave us a list of suppliers in the Houston area that we could order from. We made an initial call to see if they supply the style we needed and decided to go visit the showroom. We were greeted by Andres soon as we walked in, showed him the piece and manufacturer. He did some research and said he couldn’t locate the quantity we needed (the style was discontinued) and suggested some alternatives. I was bummed, but pleasantly surprised with the matches (and in the price point we wanted to stay in) Andres found. From the time we walked in to when the installer picked up the flooring-it was maybe a week. (and most of that was us trying to decide what we wanted). At the same time, we were also going through a kitchen reno and had a supplier in mind. Because of the great experience we had while ordering the wood floors, we went back to Grand Floors to look at tile and counter tops. I told Andres what I was envisioning and once again he helped us narrow down a few options. Andres was professional, always kept us informed, upfront with all the costs associated and extremely patient. Grand Floors/Andres was great to work with and I highly recommend the company and Andres!

We had our first floor done in Acacia Wood and Travertine in the kitchen. Price was very good, they got the job done way quicker than I expected and Fadi was very professional and helped me every step of the way. I appreciated him answering my texts throughout the process as I had questions about how the process (or re-flooring my house) was supposed to go. I had never been through this sort of remodel before. It looks amazing.

I cant say enough great things about this Grand Floors & their employees. I had my entire upstairs carpet (except the bathrooms)replaced with luxury vinyl. They matched the color & wood style to my downstairs floor, advised me on the most current trends for my staircase. & installed it quickly. Their installers were outstanding. Every day they cleaned up perfectly. The 2 installers moved heavy furniture back & forth to get to all 5 bedrooms so I was able to sleep in my own room the 1st night. The removed all the old carpeting even though I told them they could leave it at the curb. The final installer (wish I could remember his name) went above & beyond for me. He pieced together some of the old carpeting so it wouldnt look bad at the transition between my bathroom tile which I told him was going to be the next home project. He cut threshold pieces for me to add later when I remodel my baths. This was the best experience Ive had with fixing up my home. Wish Id known about them after my home was flooded by Harvey! Oh yeah, & of the 4 bids I got, theirs was the best! Ill be using them again in the future. They really care about their customers.

Abe and Abed at Grand Floors and More are simply amazing! We sought out multiple countertop companies, and they stood out WAY above the competition. Their communication and customer service was phenomenal. We ran into an issue with our stovetop and the countertop and they continued to work with us until it was perfect and we were happy. Not only that, but other companies told us that our backsplash would get ruined in the demo and install process. However, Grand Floors told us they could save it and they were right! I was amazed! Im so grateful for their kindness and consideration of us as customers. They will definitely be getting our return business.

We had our house completely re-carpeted by Grand Floors. Fadi helped us with the carpet selection and measurement of the square footage. He was very nice and professional. Measured the carpet required accurately. The installers were excellent and finished the job in 2 days including moving and reassembling furniture. I feel very lucky that we were able to work with Abed, the store’s owner, on the floor and design elements in our house. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on giving us so many details about how different materials and products would match and correspond our needs. Had a great experience with Grand Floors and More, they were able to find the same floor we have in our living room and install it in our bedroom. I recently visited Grand Floors to look at the option on changing my kitchen and bathroom countertops. As soon as I walked in both salesmen, Abed and Fadi were very quick to great me. I told them what I was looking for and what my budget was and they provided me several different options to choose from. I ended up going with a beautiful white quartz that was installed last week! I am very pleased with the pricing (recieved 3 other quotes and they were very competitive) and the entire installation process. I am so happy with my new quartz counters from Grand Floors and More. Andres was the customer service representative that helped us and he was awesome. He had great communication skills and helped us find what we needed in a smooth and quick fashion. I appreciate him so much. We went with a white quartz and it was very reasonably priced. They only required half down to start then half upon finishing. The installation was fast and seamless. We are thrilled with how it came out and the cost for the quality. We attempted to go to Home Depot for countertops but there was never someone there to help us. I actually went in four separate times to try to buy countertops and there was never an associate to help so I found this place and can not be happier that I found them!! I saved money, was helped on the spot, and communicated with through the process. I would highly recommend Grand Floors and More to anyone looking to remodel especially over a corporate store like Home Depot and Lowes which have terrible customer service. They do not even compare in price, quality, and customer service. Will definitely return to Grand Floors and More in the future.

We just bought a new house in the Katy area and the previous owner had 4 pets living indoors. Needless to say I was not thrilled with the stained carpet. As such, we set out to replace the carpet with hard floor. We took a look around several places looking at at all our options. Although Grand Floors & More does not have a huge showroom, it has an expansive selection of wood flooring, which is what my wife and I set our eyes on. My wife is actually very picky with the color/ finish she had in mind and AJ was very helpful is going through nearly every sample they had until my wife found the perfect one. on top of the helpful sales and detailed pricing estimate, the installers took care of everything in my house, including bring extra dehumidifier to help our floor dry after the concrete leveling. Overall, everyone associated with the store was very professional and I am thrilled with our new wood flooring.
