In 2019 I purchased 2700 + sq ft of carpeting& 900 sq ft of of real wood floors from thisstore . A new home we purchased & were not moving in till we renovated it. We paid down half telling the manager we thought carpet in the master bedroom would likely be change to wood floors & would call to update we had 5 weeks till move in. We decided on wood, informed the manager who went ballisticSaying we could not change our mind he had already ordered the carpet cut. We of course were shocked. Reminded him to read his notes on our invoice. Our warranty expired in September on 2020. The carpet now has ripplesBig ripples in all the rooms where installed. In all my years all carpet I have seen has never come up in this short time. I called this Mgr who ignored me. Called the main office district MgrGave him my invoice number to look me me up he promised to call me back. To date a zero response. I have people here today fixing my carpet they say the installers did not stretch my carpet. Do not buy from these stores .. they are unworthy of anyone’s trust

Sam was upfront and honest about pricing and products. The installation team was amazing! Out two bathrooms now have beautiful tile floors. They clean up after themselves better than anyone in my family!!!We just used them again to put laminate in the rest of our house. Emil and his team were wonderful! Install went perfectly and it was done a day faster than promised! Thanks Sam!

We just got wood like tile put into our house. EZ Floors made the whole process very enjoyable. Tahseen was our salesman and he was extremely patient and in tune with our wants and expectations. It was a pure joy working with him. If we had it to do all over again I would definitely go with them again. Zack and his two workers were amazing when they installed the tile and were very respectful. We are so glad we went with them and highly recommend EZ FLOORS.

Floors look amazing. None of the other quotes we got from other floor companies came close to what EZ Floors offers. We had glued down hardwood removed from the bottom level of our home. Thats no easy task. The crew was in and out in less than 2 days.

We had new floor put in last week and we couldnt be happier. I spoke to Sean on the phone on a Thursday and he was able to come out and give us an estimate on Friday and the work began on the following Monday. The guys that installed our floor were really great and fast, it looks amazing and we love it.

These guys have the best prices in town and provide the best service. They have a vast selection of flooring options. The best part is that they are not trying to sell you the most expensive or what you dont need. Today we have gone there for the second set of flooring needs. The first time they did a great job at a very low cost comparing to others.

I’m very happy with the floors, and even more happy with the response from customer service. Call their main office if you have any issues with the product. They had a technician out to me within 48 hours to fix my loose board free of charge. I will honestly be recommending EZ Floors to everyone I know that needs floors done.

They got 4 stars, that was for the crew that laid the floor, they were friendly and did a great job, no complaints there. The wood was great and the price competitive. We are very pleased. If I were to be picky they could have used brown calk instead of white on the stairs....However dealing with the sales guy Enrico was hard work! He needs some training in customer service and particularly in listening. So bottom line yes I would use and them again and recommend them. Choose a different sales person!

We recently used EZ Floors in Katy off Westheimer to do both carpet & laminate in our home. We were very hesitant to use laminate again due to a bad installation experience with another company we had years ago which caused our floors to pop & creak when we walked on them. Bob (our salesperson) assured us we would not have the same experience with EZ Floors. He was very helpful & patient with us as we went through the selection, quote & installation process. Bob was right - our laminate floors are creak free & very quiet. Would give them 6+ stars if I could.

Absolutely amazing!!! Yunis was my sales guy throughout the entire process. He was patient, helpful and gave me a great deal for the floors compared to lowes and home depot. The day of install those guys came in and finished my floors in just a few hours. They were friendly, worked around me and fast. Definitely would have them do my floors (kitchen and bathroom) in the future.

We recently got our entire house flooring done, porcelain tiles throughout first floor, fire place and 3 bathrooms. Laminate flooring on stairs and gameroom, carpet in all 4 bedrooms. I would recommend anyone whos in the market of flooring to strongly consider EZ floors. The salesman that assisted us name is Patrick, a really great guy who took the time and made surecthst we got everything that we wanted and that we were satisfied with the outcome of work performed. I was very impressed so much that I will working with Patrick in the next few months to redo our kitchen and bathroom with wall tile. They did a remarkable job. It was our second time using EZ floors. They have lots of options in the Westheimer Pkwy store, and what I appreciated was their ability to work on our short schedule and within our budget. The installation crew was meticulous and careful in their work. The finished product looks sharp. Btw we walked in 30 minutes before closing and got great (patient) service.

We recently had EZ Floors redo our entire home. It took 7 days to complete and we could not have had a better experience. The team assigned for our work was most professional. We love our new floors! We replaced ceramic tile with beautiful laminate flooring. Patrick at EZ Floors was very patient and helpful with our product selection. We shopped at 3 different vendors and EZ Floors had the best product at the best price.The installation was scheduled promptly. The installation team was awesome! They did a fantastic job. We went to three different places before deciding to go with EZ Floors. The price and quality cannot be beat. Solomen gives the best customer service, so be sure to ask for him by name. He is quick to return calls and takes the time to answer questions. He follows up on the work to make sure everything goes according to plans. My wood floors and stairs turned out beautifully. The tile floors also look gorgeous with the backsplash. Highly recommended.

Simply awful service after the sale. EZ Floors at the corner of Westheimer and Fry road in Katy had a slightly better price, with their published coupon, than reputable flooring and countertop businesses in the Katy area. My wife and I visited the store, paid in full, and same day went to the granite facility and picked out our granite. Then the trouble began. Setting up the installation took forever. We were told two weeks, yet begged that down to 10 days. The job was scheduled and I took off work to meet the contractor who was actually EZ Store personnel. They never showed. The excuse I was given was that they forgot. To date, I still dont have my granite installed and not sure what my next step will be. My neighbor who had planned to use them for their floors and has monitored my experience has now moved on to a more reputable company. I hope you all do the same.

It just depends on your luck of the draw! We had new floor tile, new carpet and new kitchen granite counter tops and back splash. There were different contractors/crews for the various jobs. The counter top installers and plumber were just fine. The tiling crew left much to be desired and the reason I can only give this company 3 stars. On a positive note, the carpet installers rate 7 stars. They were true professionals. A father and son team I believe. They worked quickly and efficiently, communicated well and left the 4 bedrooms vacuumed and all debris removed from the property. BEAUTIFUL JOB!Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the tiling crew. They were scheduled to be here for 4 days starting on a Monday. They did not arrive until Tuesday. A crew of 4 worked all day Tuesday and then advised they could not be here Wednesday. They arrived on Thursday and worked all day and then advised they could not be here on Friday. Saturday was not an option for us and Monday the carpet crew was scheduled. After some discussion, they agreed to send 2 people to grout all the newly installed tile on Friday. The bigest problem with this was that of the 2 people, one was inexperienced at grouting tile and so the other guy was training him. As a result the grout is very inconsistent throughout kitchen, living room, dining room and bathrooms and some parts missed. Also when they pulled old carpet, many carpet fibers were left on the edge and instead of pulling them, they got grouted in with sprigs still sticking out. Doesnt look too good and I am still going around cutting these sprigs of carpet out. This crew were nice guys but the supervisor, Jorge didnt seem to have the work ethic like the other crews and perhaps the days they couldnt work, they were working elsewhere. Who knows but this was not what was agreed!!!

I have never been so happy with a home project before. From the first meting we had with Soloman at Ez Floors was a sign of how everything would go. He made my vision for my house come together. He was always available to answer questions and help us a long.When picking out the flooring, granite, and carpet I had to bring my kids with me. The whole team at EZ floors was so nice and helpful with them so I could pick out my choices.The crew that came into install the granite and floors were all amazing. Everyone was so nice and helpful! They did not leave trash behind, they picked everything up. I was so nervous about them moving the furniture and nothing was damaged.The end product was beautiful! Everything is beyond what I could imagine. I am a very picky person and usually can always find something wrong and honestly there is nothing I could pick apart.I would highly recommend using EZ floors and be sure to ask for Soloman!
