Ice cream here is the bomb!! A hidden gem if you ask me. Smoothies are good also. The tea is soso but overall great place to go on date with your kiddo. Its quiet usually and not too packed if at all.

I loved this place! Really cute place, Sticky notes with messages decorate the walls, very clean and clear Menu. I didn’t feel overwhelmed with a million options. The male employee also helped narrow down my options by telling me the most popular menu items and I chose the #8 with almond milk. The gist of ingredients had almond milk, Oreo, whipped cream, a pokey stick and M&Ms. ITS WAS REALLY GOOD! & cool to watch it being rolled. The female employee that prepared my ice cream was really sweet and she made a smiley face in the ice cream before she rolled it👌🏽👌🏽. Very nice people and awesome customer service, if I’m ever in Katy again I’ll definitely visit again! 😊

Stopped by for ice cream and smoothie. Both were really good with high quality fresh ingredients. Neat how them make and roll the ice cream in front of you. They also serve poke, which I have not tried. Overall, nice clean place.

It was a nice little place but I did not enjoy the first bite of my ice cream. I felt bad for doing this but I had to throw the whole thing away because it tasted oddly weird and didn’t even taste like cookies and cream. I’m not sure if they were using something that was expired but it made me almost throw up. Hopefully I’ll go and try something different and get lucky

First time here and not sure if Ill be back. The ice-cream was delicious! However, the service was not so great. Walked in on a Saturday. There were two families already inside. I waited in line and after several minutes the only staff member still didnt say anything to me. It was a long wait just for her to take my order and then a longer wait to have my order ready. More people kept coming and they also waited. I dont think it would be an issue if they had more than 1 person working on a weekend.

The place was actually pretty awesome. The options are plenty and have great flavor. My lady and I got 2 different Flavors and they didn’t disappoint. The price is not low but worth it if you share with someone since the amount is a large size serving.

My kids love this place...and it is very good. Only problem though is I always come away thinking I’m paying 3x more than a 1/2 gallon of Blue Bell, but am I really getting 3x better ice cream? I dunno...it’s good gourmet ice cream, but I still can’t give it 5-stars.

Came in the middle of the day on break from work. The lady took my order in a timely fashion and was delivered my smoothie in remarkable time. I tried the Mango Sunrise with the mango boba and I was thoroughly impressed. Nice place for a quick smoothie or very unique ice cream, the only I wish they wouldve had was access to Google pay.

The best ice cream spot in Katy. Not only do they use fresh ingredients, they put on a show as they make your dessert. The flavors are delicious, the staff is skilled, and the presentation is flawless. I highly recommend this place for any ice cream lovers, or for family wanting to take their children. My kids absolutely loved it, and I even got a little giddy myself. The best way to describe this place would be Ice Cream Hibachi. Sugar blast to the max. I’ll start off with compliments the establishment had fun decor and a unique process in making the ice cream. It was great to watch otherwise the customer service I would give a 3 star the lady that helped me didn’t carry to much of a conversation which made the process a bit awkward. I also noticed she put added fructose to my ice cream which made it extremely sweet. This was literally the worst ice cream I have placed in my mouth in regards to to content of sugar. I asked the lady to not add the fructose and she mentioned she had too. I didn’t realize I was preparing myself for a super sugar blast and it felt so uncomfortable eating it especially when I added gummy bears and graham crackers. Unfortunately, I won’t be back this was my first experience with them and it will be my last. But hey some people love that much sugar it just wasn’t for me. Less sugar better conversation is key.

Fun experience to watch the hard workers concoct delicious freshly made ice cream for your viewing pleasure. I especially love that you get the option to choose the milk base -- helps you feel a little less guilty at least 8) . My serving was MUCH more filling than I expected it to be. After a modest lunch, this finished me off to the point of needing a nap, so be cautious :)

Cute place loved the ice cream and how they make it in front of you. You can create your own and you can choose from a lot of different choices. You can also write a sticky note and put it anywhere on the walls. Definitely recommend my kids can surely eat their own 😊

OMG this place is AWESOME!! The ice cream itself is great, the flavor combinations always keep you combing back for more. They have a Chinese savory platter, too. People there are friendly and quick with orders, amazing!

This morning 6/26/2018 I brought a group of 8 children for some fun ice cream. Instead we arrived to a close shop. I had looked at the website the day before to confirm the time they opened. It listed 11:30 am, which is also what is posted on the business door. No one was there when we arrived at 11:40 am. I called the business number with no answer. After waiting about 25 minutes I left with a group of disappointed children. I am not sure if we will give it another shot. From what I was told it happens quit frequently.

Yum! That sums it up. The combinations they have are unlimited. Fresh ingredients that make you want to come back for more. If you are looking for a new frozen treat to break the heat check them out.

Very disappointing. Came on a Sunday evening, there were 3 employees working in the front. They had one poor guy working the freezing tray making each individual serving of ice cream one at a time, the other two employees prepping the cups of ingredients (which was handled quickly, there was no need to have 2 people doing this). I assumed that the other freezing trays were broken, because we waited for an hour for our order to be completed by the one guy (there were about 15 customers there when we arrived, so he was backed up). Finally, right after our order is finished, one of the other employees starts working another one of the freezing trays, even though the rush was now over! It was infuriating to wait that long for ice cream, giving the employees the benefit of the doubt that they had some broken equipment. Nope, just a complete and utter incompetence for customer service and timeliness.As for the quality of the product, my wife got the Emerald Isle I believe it was called. She enjoyed hers quite a bit. I on the other hand ordered the smores and was totally let down. The toppings were fine, but once you ate past those, the ice cream itself had no flavor whatsoever. I dont know if they forgot to add the flavoring, or if they didnt use enough, but it was completely bland.Only giving two stars because my wife enjoyed hers. If all we got to try was the smores one, this place would easily be a 1 star review. Will not be returning.

The coffee icream is really good. They have many options for mixins and sauces and toppings. The vibe is great. They have a cool post it note wall also.

This place was yummy. They have friendly staff and a clean establishment all around. We have been here twice and loved the Matcha Madness, Cookie Monster, and Girls Bestfriend flavors.

Owner was SO friendly and helpful. While I wouldn’t justify spending $7 for ice cream all the time, it was definitely an awesome treat.

Ive been here three times but only eaten it the first time. The ice cream was delicious with many different choices that all looked good, but the place smelled like dirty mop water so strongly my family had to eat outside and the lady working there was visibly upset about having to work when we arrived. The next two visits were after they added the poke sushi. Both times it reeked of rotting fish and nasty mop water, and was so strong that it could be smelled from the parking lot. Both times wed witness people walk in, make a disgusted face, and leave without even looking at the menu. Needless to say, we went elsewhere for dessert both times as well. This raises concerns regarding the fish being stored properly, which raises even more concerns about the overall sanitation. If it didnt smell so bad this would be a wonderful place as the product is good and the location is nice, so give it a shot if you dont mind the aroma of fishy mop water permeating your ice cream.
