Nice, friendly location is great, easy access. We had a weather controlled unit it was clean and pleasant. The manager was so sweet and pleasant ☺ as well. She reminded me of home since I was on a trip visiting family for a few months. Like the location it wasnt far from Walmart, Katy outlet mall and many stores and restaurants. Its also neat the water park. Highly recommend 👌🏽 👍🏽

Hey guys thank you so much for your help. I have to say that Mrs. Van was very helpful, polite and friendly. She even helped me moving my stuff in a unit. She was very patient and detail oriented. I would definitely will recommend Morning storage to anyone and will recommend her. She was great!!

We used Morningstar in between houses. Van was so good to work with it actually made me sad to empty out our unit! Shes a joy to work with and Id call her a friend even though we only interacted a few times. Great place and great service! If we ever need storage again, this will be the first place I go to.

This location is not just a storage facility... it’s a friendly place where your belongings are safe. Ms. Van is also the sweetest person to interact with. Her warm and friendly demeanor is especially welcoming in a stressful situation. Moving is stressful enough, putting your belongings in storage can be hard, but Ms. Van’s comforting attitude helps ease the stresses of the situation. She doesn’t treat her tenants like numbers, she’s absolutely caring of each individual walking in the doors. She also loves her community and supports it whenever she can, whether local non-profits or community events. There should be more people like her in the world, a great example of what customer service should be!Another thing that strikes me of this location, aside from the geograpical location, is also the absolute cleanliness.I highly recommend MorningStar Storage in Katy to anyone in need of a safe place for their belongings.

Van and her crew provided a unit for the Katy Lions Club BIG Love Cancer Care Toy Drive. The toys were delivered to 5 different hospitals in the Houston area this past week. Children with cancer in these hospitals really enjoyed their new gifts. Thanks so much Van, Jessica and Sharon for your generosity and caring. We are in the middle of a Book Drive with the Katy Leo Club and again they came through with a unit. So far there are 52 boxes of books being protected by the crew in Katy. Thank you ever so much.

I am so impressed with this storage facility. Right off the bat, the price is unbeatable and the facility is super clean. But the best thing about Morningstar is the representative working at the desk who gets up to check on every car coming in. Richelle is extremely nice and made the whole process so easy. The keys they use are not the traditional lock - its more high tech and safer from theft. I really recommend Morningstar!

Miss Van Washington is the best. This company really got lucky when they hired her. She make the place work. She goes above and beyond for the customers and community.I dont always use storage but when I do I use Van Washington.

I was in the market for a unit and was referred to Morningstar by a friend. I was very pleased with the pricing and the accessibility of the units. They even had a truck I could use as long as I filled up the gas in it. Rochelle and Van were the ladies I had the most interaction with and I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a storage facility with 24 hour access.

We are moving from Spring Branch to Katy and decided to use this storage unit temporarily while our home is being built. We have used big name storages in the past and have to say we will be using Morningstar Storage for future uses. I love that they have 24 hour access and a small moving van that we are able to use. We have been working with Van, the property manager, and she has been very accommodating. We will definitely be recommending this place to all of our friends and family that are in the area.

Nope.this company force you to get a lock for $19.00 which probably you will never use. It is climate control but it gets kind of warm in there. Lady at front desk was very kind.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I have been at this location since it opened close to 3 years ago and was Katy Area Storage. I had 0 problems, the staff was courteous and management knew me by name. Ever since Morningstar bought it out a few months ago I have had nothing but problem after problem. Started out by them calling me telling me i was passed due on rent and that I owed additional fees. ( CC on file ) I went in and fixed it and we were square. Now, they are stating that the rent I payed for August got rejected ( I have already paid rent for September October and November ) and are stating that I am now 3 months behind on my payment ( which makes no sense being that o am paid up through November? ) management unwilling to make the bill right and work with me. Management doesnt have a clue how to do her job. I am now searching for alternative storage solutions ( I am in here every week to pick up work supplies ) and will happily pay any price to leave this location. DO NOT GET A STORAGE UNIT HERE !!!

Van and her team of dedicated employees help us greatly during a difficult move after our home was water damaged. Clean, well-lit, climate controlled facility and friendly service assured us our familys belongings would be safe and clean when its time to go back home. The use of their box truck was invaluable, truley saving us hundreds of dollars vs uhaul. Very happy and confident with our choice to use Morning Side.

Very friendly and helpful staff, had a issue with the box truck and they were able to locate another to accommodate me.
