They couldnt locate my container for two months because they messed up the number and barcode of the containers, i.e. they originally gave me wrong container number on my receipt. So when I wanted to get my container back to my place, they said its not mine and the container on my receipt is in other state, Arizona! And they couldnt find my container for two months themselves. After two months, when they still couldnt find mine, they suddenly changed their words and started arguing that we even originally had NOT stored the container. They treated my family uglily as if we are liars though we had a receipt. Eventually, I was right and I found my container in the U-Haul storage where I had told them but they didnt believe. Nobody apologize for this ugly situation even though my family have had hard time for the two months. They do not take care at all that my family have lived without dining table, bed, sofa etc for two months without any fault on my side. Their insurance company is not kind, either. The insurance company has hardly replied to our emails. Also the U-Haul manager in this location placed a new order cluelessly under my name without any explanation or my permission. I was not even at U-Haul when she placed the order. I suddenly received a mystery confirmation email that I agreed their terms and condition and placed a new order. The manager said she did it to send the missing container to my place, but she should have explained or asked for my permission in advance! I even didnt have any idea how she got my full name and email address because the original order of three months ago was under my husband name. She cannot treat peoples personal information like that for whatever reason. Very unprofessional. Nobody said sorry for this mess up. Nobody has been responsible for this ugly and frustrating situation.

Just like everyone else had terrible customer service with the Blonde manager in all black. Terrible attitude and would never deal with them again. Extremely rude about simple questions and finding one truck

I moved from Philly to Katy and met bumps along the road especially apartments. I called U haul 1800 customer service if I can extend my 6x12 trailer that has our whole life inside. The lady said, NO and I have to get rid of everything inside.I called Uhaul Katy and Ryan helped me extend it for another 3 days! When I returned the trailer, AmberKay assisted me and even helped fold the blankets! So far, everybody I met in U haul are the best people!

Went in to get information, I was actually told to look online that everything I needed to know was there. The lady had no customer service skills, so when I left I went online and guess what... If iI have to look up the info I need I can also look up another location, if the customer service is the same there then I will look somewhere other than UHaul

General Manager of this corporate U-Haul has poor customer service and passive aggressive tendencies. I simply asked for a specific trailer due to tire condition since my wife and I are traveling long distance with our baby and also the unit was a bit cleaner for our furniture, although still dirty inside. Unit had defective door (tangled cable) that made it nearly impossible to close and I requested them to fix the cable before I left. We were switched to a different unit. Unit is filthy inside and I will have to clean it before loading our furniture. Dealing with special requests is annoying to this person who did not display leadership qualities during my transaction. The employee working by her side was friendly. Unfortunately, I won’t be doing business at this location again. I suggest finding a family-owned U-Haul dealer in the area instead of this location.

Avoid yourself the headache and stress by coming to this location. Its already stressful enough moving then u have to deal with this lady working at this location with no customer service skills. She doesnt want to help or work with you but instead make matters worse and start looking for excuses to totally ruin your day and waste your time. I think she is a manager or something so stay away if you dont want any problems. I went to the I 10 location and they helped me out worked with me in solving my issue and even help me load my boxes I purchased into the car.

Fast moving people. But there is no excuse for attitude when dealing with novice customers and no excuse for jealousy against which vehicle you own and why you dont have a ball hitch on it. When you tell someone to take a picture of their license with their phone and while they are doing it you ramble off a list of instructions and then demand a confirmation that they were heard maybe you need to slow down your robotic work pace and let the customers go along one step at a time some of us have been driving for multiple hours.

Please avoid this place like a plague. The lady working there at 4:15pm on 11/12/2020 was extremely rude and arrogant. She didn’t attempt to help offer options for trailer I’m wanting to rent, offer any option for insurance, or even attempt to help pick the right size receiver/ball for my truck. She just recommended 2.25” receiver without ever checking whether my truck had a lift. She also failed to tell me what my total cost is for renting the trailer.... While I was trying to rent the trailer, she asked how long do you need it for? 24 hours?.. and I followed up with depends, whens the earliest time youre open and she replied with thats not what I asked.. I asked how long do you need it for!?I cancelled my reservation immediately afterwards, and I’m taking my business elsewhere. I recommend you do the same.

$1.09/mile! This is for local in-town use of their 20 footer. Need I say more?!! Ridiculous price and obnoxious customer service from the gentleman. He’s telling me truck rentals are going fast. So I better reserve now 🙄

Very good experience getting a trailer hitch here. There was a small issue with my hitch, but the general manager and installation technician handled it perfectly and professionally.I’m very satisfied.
