I took my Honda in for some transmission problems. After dropping it off, I read that there was an active service bulletin from Honda on the issue I was having. Long story short, I called Texas Auto to let them know I needed to take the car to Honda for the repair that was covered under a special warranty, and even though they had test driven and started diagnostics on our car, they didn’t even charge us. Great customer service! Thanks, guys!

First time customer to TAS--based upon all the + reviews and proximity to me I figured give them a try. My wifes Audi Q7 had small oil leak which I figured bringing it to the stealer-ship would result in a $1-2K bill easily. Cory/guys diagnosed/resolved the issue (leaking valve cover gaskets) quickly and fairly. Audi parts are $$$ so not much getting around that but their labor/work was done correctly. I will def bring my other autos to TAS--Thanks guys!!

Fair, honest, fast, and friendly. What else needs to be said? I thought the starter and alternator were out on my truck. Took it in for replacements or repairs. They found a fault in the battery, replaced the battery. No replacing the alternator or starter. Truck runs like new.

The front desk guy was very friendly and helpful. Greeted all of his phone calls in a caring, genuine way and made the customer feel valued. Would recommend this place.

Texas Auto Services took a hard to diagnose issue on my 1998 Infiniti qx4 was able to fix at a reasonable price! Kory was informative, straight forward, and polite to talk to. Honest people, I would highly recommend.

Took my car in to check air conditioner and was told that filters needed to be changed and that I didn’t have the ac button pushed. $300 plus and it didn’t fix my ac. Took it back and explained that these weren’t the issues. Corey is nice and pleasant and said they would take care of me. However, when I was called for an estimate, was told that the issue was the compressor and in order to fix it right it would cost $2900!! I indicated that I would need a second opinion and took my car somewhere else. Same diagnosis and still replacing with the original parts, not after market, was $1,500. I also was given a non warranty option at 1,100. I also googled the price myself for my car and replacing the compressor and the cost was a range that went from 1,100 to 1,500. Right on the mark with bid 2. I was so disappointed that this place would try to charge double the market price for the services involved. I really wanted to love this shop as it’s so close to my house. Never again would I go to this shop. Good old boy salesmanship but not good old boy pricing! Or maybe that’s the issue....I’m a woman so I can’t quality for good old boy pricing!

Dropped off my car and had an intake manifold gasket replaced within the same day. Even during a busy spring break week. Staff was courteous and very helpful. I will recommend this shop to everyone that needs auto service!

So you can go down the street and they seem cheaper BUT they will read the diagnostic codes and replace things unnecessarily. And still may not get fixed. Or you can go to these guys who may seem more expensive but they fix whats necessary. They have that kind of experience.

These guys are great and they really know their stuff. Ive taken my F-150 to them twice in the past few months and theyve diagnosed and repaired a few tricky issues quicker than I expected. They do a great job of communicating to their customers as well. Highly recommend!

Car/truck trouble or general service work either way...you will get great service and honest advice. The work is always superior and the turn-around time is definitely within reason. This is the most honest and dependable auto service work I have ever known!! I only trust these guys with my autos!

Very helpful and nice staff. I went here to have my breaks checked out before a road trip. They checked them and topped off all my fluids and didn’t charge me anything.

We took my car here for the first time this week for a brake job that had to be done under warranty from a repair shop out of town. They honored the warranty work and did it with a smile. They also found we needed more repair work and did it for a much more reasonable price than other places we priced. We are happy customers!

I had just bought a Honda 2005 CR-V and while I was driving it around, noticed that when I made a turn, I could hear liquid sloshing around in my car, and the AC was acting a bit off. I took it in and Texas Auto Service immediately fixed the problem and told me how they fixed it in terms someone who knows nothing (except the basics) about cars could understand. I really appreciate their honesty and fair pricing. Its very difficult to find an auto shop nowadays that will treat you right, Texas Auto Service is one of the few that will.

I had a battery light come on the dashboard. I called Texas Auto Service, they said it could be a problem and that I should bring it in. They told me that the alternator was bad and it would be >$500 to replace. I was concerned about the diagnosis so I took the car to ORileys (Texas Auto Service charged me $75 for the diagnosis). ORileys said that the alternator tested fine but the battery was failing (they charged me nothing for the diagnosis). They replaced the battery and everything has been fine ever since (for many many months). Texas Auto Service had been highly recommended to me, so I was very disappointed.

Owner is a great guy and really loves cars and helping people out. His crew worked hard to get my car fixed right and back to me asap.. great team.. thank.
