SCAM. Lady was so nice and she legit brainwashed me saying this flat iron was $350 and just making her way down to $100 which was still ridiculous for a fake Soleil flat iron. I was also in a hurry so she took advantage of that.

Customer service is decent but I was overcharged by $100 for a product that I found online for about $40. I was charged $150 for my product, like everyone else in the reviews. I agree this place is a scam. The product doesnt work either; I have the Diamond Infused Peeling Gel. I dont take the $150 scamming personal but its still dirty. The person who was helping me made up some deal with me being a student. It was good scam is simply a lesson for me later. They need it more than I do. I would avoid this place; I advise you go to places with real cosmetologists like Macys, Belk, JCPenney, and Sephora. This may seem like common sense but Im new to cosmetology world so I really wanted to post this for other men to see.

If i could leave 10 stars i would! Excellent customer service. Their products actually work unlike other companies and believe me and my mom have tried so many including La Mer, Clinique, Loreal and more.They also do facials and they have the BEST facialists in town!

This place is a big SCAM. They stop you at their kiosk and try to sell you on products at hundreds of dollars and finally go down to like $150. Lots of hard sell tactics. Disgusting tactics. The product they sold me on seemed really good at the kiosk. However, later it burned and made my eyes irritated. What I bought was lumpy and didnt even work like the sample product they applied. I honestly suspect that they are sampling a more potent product than what they are selling. I have never felt more bamboozled, swindled and conned than I feel from this purchase. Oh, and there is a NO REFUND policy so dont expect to get your money back if you fall for their trap. BUYER BEWARE! Im actually tempted to stand around their kiosk all day and warn people to run away.

Had terrible experience. Left and had panic attack. Tried several times to tell the salesperson no but he would not accept no for answer. He had taken my bags and set them somewhere and I did not know where. He would not let me put my mask back on once we were done and he did not wear a mask the whole time. Finally I agreed to buy something just so that I could get away from him and planned to return it when he was not there--I was in full blown panic and just wanted to get away. He quoted me $325 then when he rang in up he said that he could not give me the price of $325 that it would be be $370 then after taxes it was $390. I signed just to get out then got out to car and read receipt and it said no returns--he never said that all sales were final or no returns so now I have products I dont need or want and cant really afford.

We were HEAVILY pressured into purchasing a product at this location by a sales associate named Dino. He would not let us leave and the price miraculously dropped from $500 to $150. He even at one point asked to see how much money was in my mother’s wallet. I attempted to return the product about 30 minutes later, and after talking to Dino and another associate we were told they do not do returns at the store and all sales are final. If you’re at Town Center Mall, PLEASE don’t interact with these people!

I was here for a few days and I came into this store and I feel so thankful for the Forever Flawless products I bought. I got the snake venom, white diamond and eye cream/serum and use it every day! Before Forever Flawless my skin needed a boost of hydration so their AM and PM moisturizers are super effective, rich, and make my skin radiant and hydrated. I cant wait to come back here and get some more!

The latin guy giving samples in front of the store was totally rude to me, yelled at me in Spanish for not wanting to stop to receive his samples. I also speak Spanish too but I wasn’t talking to him. We are in a worldwide pandemic where social distancing is the rule btw, I get its his job but he didnt have to be so aggressive...So sad employees like him totally destroy your willingness to buy at this store.Worst first experience ever -because of him-.

Excellent products but way over priced for my single-mom budget but I do recommend the facial with the laser machine. It reduced my sun spots and took 10 years off my face in just one visit. I regretted spending $300 on an eye cream but the laser facials made it more worth it. Sophia was kind and made me feel valued and valuable. I have had a lot of compliments since my treatment. If I had the extra money, I would sign up for the full six months of facials.

This place sucks. I kept getting approached today, so I finally gave in because I had some time to spare. For starters, once you give them the go ahead, they start putting things on you without asking or really even letting you know what the product is. Give a lot of fake compliments to “butter you up.” When I told the owner that I was not interested in purchasing anything, he kept applying additional things to my skin.When I insisted that I didn’t want to spend money, he started lowering his prices. He lowered the diamond facial that was originally hundreds of dollars to just $20 for a six month supply. I liked the product enough, and just wanted to get out of there so I went ahead and gave him $20.When I got to my car and looked at the actual product, it was a pear and apple scrub. Which is not what I tried, and definitely not what I was told I was purchasing. Bamboozled, truly. Upon reading reviews, I saw that they are set on their no return policy.The owner is frustrating and clearly a liar. I was also offered a free facial, which it looks like I won’t be getting either according to these reviews. This place should be shut down. I hated every second of my experience.

This place is a scam. These salespeople are pushy and when you insist that you don’t need the products or want the products they just keep on. It’s worse than buying a car. I got pulled into this store yesterday by one of their salespeople named Sophia. I told her repeatedly that I have sensitive skin and she proceeded to put the products on my skin. Yes, the under eye stuff that she put on my eyes worked but it was only temporary. It lasted for about an hour and then my eyes were back to the way they were before she put the cream on them. Not to mention, that later that evening it started to make my eye area burn and look red and swollen. I have since tried to return the products but am now told after purchasing that there is no refunds which I was never told upfront. These people are scam artists don’t fall for there tactics as I did. They are so pushy that they make you feel bad for not purchasing like you don’t take care of yourself or something.

Wow! I was walking through the mall, a task I despise on a good day, when I was stopped by a guy from this store. I decided to hear him out and he put this glue junk under one eye and then did the hard sell, first for one product, then for two and three and four. The price went from $1000 for 2 year supply to $70 for two of the items. I had no intention of buying the stuff and I told him from the beginning I was not buying. When I got home, I washed my face and the glue stuff he put under my eye, which he said lasts a week, washed off just like any of the other wrinkle filler products. This was a hard sell operation that is run a lot like a fly by night car dealer, including going to the back to talk to the manager to get the price down by using one of his very limited number of vouchers. Give me a break! By now you would think that most people would be onto this kind of a high pressure scam! I looked up their ingredients list and you can find the same ingredients in products that cost $20 at the store. This place relies on people giving in to buy their products that dont work or dont work any better than much less expensive products.

My experience was amazing! They catered to my skin’s needs and formulated a regimen special for my skin type and lifestyle! Not only was I relaxed but I was educated at the same time! I learned so much and can’t wait to try out all my new products! They even labeled them according to how often they’re needed which can get confusing if you’re new to actually taking care of your skin.

David and Olga put these terrific treatments on my skin to make my bill frog neck go away. My skin is now flawless. They sold me the same items so I can continue my treatments at home. It is expensive but doggone it, I’m worth it!!

High pressure sales tactics. I finally bought the products after saying no many times just so he would let me leave the store.He stopped just as I was passing by the store. Beware and dont stop when they speak to you. When I go to the mall now, I walk on the opposite side if I have to pass by that store just to avoid them.I ended up buying overpriced products that I dont believe in and didnt want just so I could get out of there. Horrible experience!

Walking around the mall and this guy yells at me from across the way trying to look at my baby. At first I thought it was weird but then I realized what he was doing. He asked me about my tattoos, showed me this scrub and I was sold. This place is so awesome, especially Jay. I highly recommend this place but make sure to talk to Jay!!

I would not recommend even walking into this store unless you are prepared to be insulted repeatedly and made to feel terrible about yourself. The “hard sell” pressure and bullying by the salesmen is paralyzing. Be prepared to be told that spending thousands of dollars on product(s) is something that you need to do and how that is not a lot of money. I was told that 1000.00 is “nothing” and how his shoes cost more than that (and was told this several times). I truly walked out of that store feeling like I wanted to cry even after explaining to multiple salesmen that I simply could not afford, or justify, spending 4000.00 on products that I not only feel that I do not need, but that I simply was not interested in. It was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had being a customer and will never return or recommend this company to anyone ever!If I could give them a negative score instead of one star, I would.

As others have stated, this place is nothing more than a scam. Their employees use high-pressure tactics to pursuade customers. Diamond-infused cosmetic products are useless. While this material may provide some source of exfoliation, dermatology does not recognize diamonds as a beneficial material. I recommend visiting a licensed dermatologist for your skin care needs. Instead of diamonds, seek real products that contain such ingredients as hyaluronic acid, salicylic acid, and retinol. These products can be found from reputable brands such as Neutrogen for a fraction of the cost.

Nice employees but a little too pushy I felt like I was trapped in that chair. I did inform them that I had sensitive skin and he reassured me that it was still okay. He put the products on my arm and now I have two rashes! It is not his fault I have sensitive skin... I would just suggest consulting your dermatologist before using these products!

Don’t even come CLOSE to this place unless you want someone to insult you. I was told that my priorities are messed up because I “spend money on clothing I don’t need but don’t take care of my face”. Are you kidding me? That is NOT how you get customers. I’m genuinely disgusted that the place allows workers to talk to potentionally customers like that.

The guy that worked there was very pushy and had absolutely no sense of personal space. He pulled both me and my girlfriend inside to show us this skin care product and when we told him we didnt have the money for it he was EXTREMELY rude about it and I hated that experience. We hated the way he spoke to us and his reaction to us not having money for the product. He kept binging down the price from 150 to 45$.

The owner of all the locations assisted me this day and I didn’t know until the end of the exchange. I kept trying to leave the store and he kept calling me back for different reasons such as to give me his card etc. and would then proceed to sell me the items??! He also kept changing which products he would sell me because he kept lowering the price. He also offered me a free facial with the purchase and I tried to book an appointment in the store but he insisted that I call him personally but I didn’t think anything of it at the time. I followed up and called him a few days later and when I brought up that he offered me a free facial, I could tell he didn’t take me seriously anymore and he told me he would text me in an hour with a confirmation text for the facial. I never got the call and I called him several times after and left voicemails and he never returned any of my calls. Don’t go here this store is a scam and the workers are selfish animals.

My 84 year old father in law and i went to thru mall. He went his way and i went to my stores. Then he meet back up and he has a little black bag. I asked what he foundgot roped into buying these skin care products!! He walked out spending well over $100 for 3 products!!! He had no idea that it would be that much! But he didnt want to hurt the ladys feelings. It should me against the law for them to pull senior citizens into the store and push expensive products.

Feel like a fool for buying from the owner Shay.Me & my daughter were visiting from MN & the main reason I decided to purchase was because Shay promised me & my daughter a free facial.Prom was around the corner so I thought it would be perfect.I purchased, left the store, read the free facial coupon that said it was only good in Atlanta, returned to the store to return what I bought bc the facials were only good in Atlanta but was told all purchases are final. Which it does say on the sales receipt...I wasnt TOLD that, however.Shays sister calls Shay, speaking in Hebrew, of course, to let me know that I cant get a refund but wrote the name of 2 stores (that were supposedly in MN) on a piece of paper along with her phone number. Silly me, I believed her. Afterall, its the MOA, it has everything, right?Should not have taken her at her word because when I finally decided it was time for our facials and started looking for the stores in MOA...there arent any.Called & left a message for Shay on one of the numbers he gave me to call with any questions.
