Thomas Anderson was such an amazing person if it was in customer service or in anything he is great. He helps you as best as he can and is overall such a great helper.

Id rather let you develop your own opinion. I personally dislike their phone and customer service.But you check it out.

Called into the store due to issues I was having with at&t over the phone customer support. Came into the store and Erica took care of all my issues. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in quite some time. She was very professional, helpful, and understanding of the issues I was having with my account. She got me all taken care of in a very timely manner. Far better than the over the phone customer service agent Gemma. Thanks again Erica!

Justin was so knowledgeable and helped me solve the problems no one else could seem to solve. I will be back in to work with him for anything and everything.

Honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had at a phone store. I managed a Verizon while finishing my degree, so I know exactly what they had to go through to get all my needs taken care of. Not only did David & Leo make the transition to AT&T easy but went above and beyond a normal good customer experience. Not only that, they help me attain every possible deal that they could offer. Their manager Sal is a young Man wise beyond his years and was very impressed with how he handled my account. This will be the only AT&T store I will go to. Professional and were on top of their game.

Tom Anderson went above and beyond. On my visit he took care of 4 customers at the same time giving each customer his undevided attention, with each customer.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT. I literally went in to get my sim card updated. The two men there had no idea what they were doing. All they literally had to do was update the equipment. The guy said he couldnt help. He then disconnected my sim card and told me I had to go to a corporate store. I was on the phone at customer care for over two hours after that talking to like 10 different people. Its been since 12pm today and my phone still doesnt work. Now I have to wait til my shift ends to try and make it to the AT&T store in racine before it closes. I would avoid this place for simple things bc apparently they cant seem to get it right. THIS THREW MY WHOLE DAY OFF.

Swift service. Easily understood explanations surrounding account and options for purchase. Clean store. Nice people. Of the two att stores in the kenosha area, I prefer the store on Green Bay road. Ask for Justin or Erica. You won’t regret it.

Best AT&T I have been to since I’ve been with them back in 15’. I had the pleasure of having the regional manager assist me and he and his team were very knowledgeable and did not cut any corners. Thank you guys !

I was helped today by Rick, and he was very helpful. Made me aware of all the deals, made sure that I got the best price with what I was buying. I changed my mind several times, and he made sure to stay on top of what I was doing. Store was smaller than the one in Pleasent Prairie, so not as overwhelming, but just as many options.

My dad and I were there today, the only ones there. 2 men were working. Dad says I want to find out about internet guy says okay then proceeds to make a phone call. The other guy just sits there staring at us. We waited 15 .minutes and and left.

Staff do not know how to work.

I dont ever do this but i had to when Rick asked me to help him reach his goals and give a review. The quality of service was top notch at this location. I cant remember a time in recent memory when I went into a sales environment and was treated like an actual customer instead of a dollar sign. Kudos to AT&T and the great staff at this place

We were assisted by Richard. We were looking for an unlocked phone to add to our current plan .We stated, several times, that we were not interested in changing our plan. We were made to understand that we had to change our plan and told that our bill would only go up $35.00 a month. However, when I looked on our account, the plan that Richard switched us to was going to be $321.99 a month. We were only paying $127.00 a month! The plan we had, as we learned at an actual AT&T store, would more than cover the new locked phone he sold us. We will make sure to tell all our friends not to patronize this store that is selling AT&T owned inventory for AT&T in Kenosha.

Im not much of a review writer, but I just want to publicly thank Sal and Rick for being two of the kindest representatives Ive ever encountered. They stayed two hours past closing time to wait for my phone to update and had such a friendly, gracious attitude about it. They even offered to help me when my car didnt start. Exceptional helpfulness in dealing with my phone problems, but more importantly a very human experience and sense of caring neighborliness. I appreciate you guys! Thanks again

Paul and Rick are awesome!!!...After over 4 hours with tech support and visiting another ATT store and getting absolutely nowhere, these two guys took a couple minutes and couple clicks in the system literally and I was squared away and my phone was working again. Much appreciated and you guys definitely found a new regular customer at your location. Awesome customer service and thanks again. 5 stars for sure.

I rarely give a 5 star review but, these young men were very knowledgeable and friendly. It only cost 5 dollars in store to switch a new sim cards most places this is a 20 dollar fee, also the store was clean and loaded with goodies for visitors, bravo 👏 gentlemen!

Went into AT&T to get help with my phone and get my husband an upgrade, the store manager David was great! He helped us out with everything we needed and didnt mind my 2year old running around. He even helped another customer while helping us out and didnt make us feel like we were ignored. Great store and Great manger.

I needed to upgrade my phone and had a LOT of questions! Paul greeted me with a smile and proceeded to answer every question I had. I never once felt rushed or faced any high pressure sales attempts. In addition, he also reviewed my current plan with me when I had questions and found 3 separate billing issues to correct that will save me money as I was being double charged for something. Was in last Saturday to cancel my account, the guy there, I think his name was Brad said I was paying way to much and to let him try to figure it out. I actually laughed out loud because I have called At&t no less than a dozen times to get a better price but he shot me some numbers that were around half of what I was paying and yesterday, the guys came and installed it and the picture quality is better and no more delay when I switch the channels!Dont call the numbers, find a store and go there, Ill never bother with the 800 number again.
