Always there to help me out when I need it, never feel rushed when Im in the store and I truly feel like they dont just want to make a sale they want to build business relationships for years & generations of future business to come. Highly recommend going to this store if you dont already or switching to T-Mobile, they offer super competitive pricing and their phone selection is probably the best in the area. Dont take my word for it, go see them for yourself. #StopTheViolence

Have been having issues with getting my sons phone to charge anddaughters connectionproblem. With our warranty, we were able to replace the existing, damaged phone easily with the wonderful help from Dominic and Jordian, two funny and knowledgeable professionals. Thank you so much 💓!!!

Bad customer service, couldn’t explain every detail on my account or on offers that T-Mobile has. Couldn’t call a manager on the phone to help me with my situation. Very professional to help when you arrive, but poor customer service in helping a customer with information on your account. Don’t recommend this T-Mobile store.

Tyler sold me my new I Phone last night. Im new to I phone and he answered a lot of questions, transferred my pictures, etc... over for me. He gave some of the best Customer Service Ive experienced in years. Which is so rare and nice to get these days.The store is very clean and well managed.There was another guy there named Nelson who interacted as well and from what i could see was also helping another lady with the same great customer service. Ive always been a fan of T Mobile and Ive always been treated well by them. This store is just another jewel in T Mobiles crown.

The customer service from Tony and Miguel was fantastic!!! If you live in southeastern Wisconsin and are in search of good cellular service for a very reasonable price go to T-Mobile. I know I am a happy customer and after todays visit in store, will only buy my T-MOBILE stuff from this location. Hey Tony, Miguel, you rock!!

This will echo some of the above reviews:I went to 3 T Mobile stores tonight, it was not fun. Long story short I needed a new phone to replace a dead one and I ultimately interacted with half a dozen t mobile employees/managers during this very stressful and annoying experience. Tony was by far a joyful break in this otherwise beyond awful string of events. Ultimately Tony’s location was not carrying my phone but he did everything in his power to help me. On top of that he listened and helped me navigate to my next location. Thank you Tony!

Nothing but good and awesome service when I go there.

On February 10th the people of this store stoled my money, I paid 43.50 for my phone cell bill unfortunately I was in town visiting parents. Now its feb 13th, and my phone was shut down. I called tmobile customer care and they said there is nothing in your account. They call the store its busy signal. I cant use my cell to call the store. It was a black gentlemen there working with a white kid. They screwed me and now there is nothing i can do but waste another 50 dollars on my phone bill. Thanks tmobile. Dont go to this store. They will just ruin your perfect payment history.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Was there for over 2 hours, thought the unlimited plan included taxes and fees (it DOESNT)!!! They did a hard hit on my credit and said with my 2 iPhone trade-ins, I wouldnt have to pay anything and was to receive a gift card.... NO!!!The salesperson made a mistake and read off the wrong column, so it made me owe THEM over $400?!!!BEWARE, the employees have zero clue on what theyre doing and the regional manager wasnt any better, I would think he would/should want new customers and honor what I was given, but NO.Staying with Sprint and I would suggest you do your homework before going in there.
