I actually went there hoping to find a ps4 controller at a reasonable price. They were a little pricey for me, so I ordered one online for almost half the price.

The counter clerk Peter Was very professional courteous and very knowledgeable in all aspects of the merchandise.

Workers were completely unhelpful. I spent 30 minutes trying to find the games I wanted. They need better workers and more of a video game selection and less of miscellaneous stuff.

Nice enough Game Stop. Selection-wise it is the same as other Game Stop locations. Much less crowded than locations in cities. Staff are friendly and helpful when needed.

I just love driving from bandera to Kerrville to buy a game only to get alk the way back home & finding out out it s so scratched up it looked like someone was chewing on it. Called the store & was told they didnt have a buffing machine at that location, that have to send them to the main office to be buffed where they would never see that disc again. Really! If youre going to sell used games why wouldnt you have the machine that buffs them? Like all other places that sell used games have. Was told this by Patrick, the manager. Thanks for wasting my time & money! Very much appreciated

I like how it smells and they have games that i like, they dont give good prices on re-selling something though...

10 min till closing and they help my kid spend close to 100$with out Evan blinking an eye,to top it off the remote hes spent closer to glad his Mila on dose not work properly so in morning Im to drive back across town to exchange it replace his or pay him for a redundancy night!

KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS, you have to have them, EVEN IF YOU HAVE MEMBERSHIP or rewards program to return or trade. Only exception is if you bought the game protection and that barcode is on the game.
