Got help right away. The guy that helped us could be a little less pushy, not every once likes having to say no. We are the ones purchasing and I would be more inclined to purchase things without that tactic. ( Hence 4 stars...) But just saying and that may just be me and my wifeys opinion. Otherwise a good experience. Thanks guys!

Ah, Boost Mobile. Where do I begin? You told me I had coverage in my area, even showed it to me on a map! I believed you, and for a while, you did provide service, albiet, minimal at best, but service nonetheless. Then one day you decided to repair/ upgrade your tower. This is when it happened. The loss of data connectivity over and over and OVER AGAIN! You have left the home network and are now roaming. Uhm, I never left my area. No data, dropped calls, little to no texts. I called, I complained, I was polite, and courteous. All you could tell me was wait for the tower to finish upgrading and youll have better service! Hey, did you know in order to have optimum service you should be within 5 miles of a tower? Did you know you are 6.6 miles from closest tower? Funny, no one indicated at the time of porting over the importance of tower proximity. Boost suggested that I could drive 7 miles to next closest tower and I would get good service. So, I have to leave my area for services I pay that should be available to me in my area? Boost told me they would be able to reimburse me for my inconvenience, but only after the tower was back up. What??Youre like a bad relationship; you make promises, and entice me with rebates and referrals, then fall through, lie to me after all Ive given to you. Its time to kick you to the curb boost Mobile, I have my services set on a more loyal relationship.
