Steffen Baumgart was absolutely wonderful and pleasant to work with. He displayed extreme patience with me and my questions regarding not only the phone, but also about my updated bill. The Verizon store in Kerrville has a gem of an employee.
I dont normally go back and edit and reviews Ive previously done, but I must have been in a hurry when I did this one, because I only gave them 5 stars. I have to say we went in the store probably 10 minutes before they were going to close, we were new to town and I was desperate for a apple iPad. These two young men that waited on us, were so great! For the life of me I can not recall their names(so sorry guys)! Both very young men, both best friends, and both from San Antonio and only at this Verizon store in Kerrville on Fridays I believe. Anyway, these two men just kept coming up with ways to save me money on my iPad and if we switched over from AT&T and went to Verizon. They were so smart, and both knew exactly what they were doing. They were just terrific. Our plan was to return to the store on the following Friday and finish our business with them, sadly we had to suddenly leave town and this didnt happen, regardless, these two guys knew so much and were so cool to my son and myself I will never forget them, yes, maybe their names, but not what they did, and not how they went out of their way trying to help us. I wish all the stores had people who were so knowledgeable and cool like these two guys. We walked out of their almost a hour after we got there and they never tried to hurry us one second. Just a great couple of guys. I never ever considered leaving AT&T till I met these two, but they sold me and my son for sure.

The retailer is great. The Verizon system has something to be desired however. The reps are limited in what they can do. Verizon needs to empower their reps better.

Recently purchased new phone atVerizons Kerrville Texas store. Greatexperience. Saleman very knowledgeableand did everything to make myexpierence enjoyable.
Logan Landon is one of the Sales consultants at this location. He will sell you phones and Drugs out of the store. The managers also know about this and do nothing. This is not a respectable business in this town. Had no interest in selling me a phone but enjoyed chatting with my daughter who is 16. Who has now explained to me where she got her weed. I have now switched phone providers and will not be going back to Verizon. The company needs to clean up there employees.

This was the easiest experience getting a new phone I have ever had. The salesperson (Mark Cunningham) was training a new employee and they had answers for all of my questions. They set up my new phone completely for me without even having to ask. They were so friendly, funny, and easy going. Definitely made the experience enjoyable even after an 85 hour work week. Left with a brand new iPhone 11, case, screen protector, and pop socket. Hope they both stay as employees there for a long time.
I came here after a horrible experience at another location. I told him what happened and he quickly helped me and fixed my concern. At the other location I was told to call customer support for the virus on my phone and I don’t think that’s right for paying over $100 a month for this phone service they should fix it.The tall gentleman who helped me cares about his customers more then the sales. I was upset and I ended up walking away with a new and better phone. He even gave me a new phone plan and with a new phone I’m now saving money. I highly recommend stopping here.
Hreat store to have in Kerrville. I came in today to get my homephone fixed. There was no dial tone when Id try to call and no one could call me. I spent 10 minutes in the store amd Steffen had it fixed. I highly recommend this store and rep. Thank you.

He found the best device and service for me runs a great shift while I was there he was not only helping me but also helping his team mates he is a great remodel leader . Logan Landen met my wife and I at the door when we first entered the store. He was friendly and knowledgeable and took care of our problem immediately. After listening to us about what other issues we had with regard to our service, he suggested some alternatives that might alleviate our issues. Needless to say, we were so impressed with his suggestions that we walked out with two new phones and an enhanced understanding of our service. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend Logan and Verizon for anyone needing cellular service. He took considerable time and energy in getting all of our information transferred and patiently explaining everything to us to insure we understood it all. Thanks to Logan, it was a great experience.

I went into cellular sales and Zak helped me out. I left the store purchasing a Moto Z 4 and a Moto Edge for a great deal accompanied by the absolute BEST customer service accommodating and very friendly. Highly recommend this gentleman, he even open the door for me!! 5 stars!!! The stores very clean and well kept, makes you feel safe unlike some of the other stores I’ve visited.

I arrived about 10 till closing but Virgil was more than patient and extremely helpful with getting me set up with adding a line and going through each of the best options to do it. He was very professional and courteous considering I was there so late. I really appreciate the service and I highly recommend the store and staff above many of the other different Verizon stores Ive been to around San Antonio.
I came into this establishment needing some help with my iCloud account, Logan responded very quickly and professionally. He actively listened to the problem at hand and proceeded to troubleshoot the device. He was communicative and explained everything to me step by step. I haven’t ever found it necessary to post a review however the community should know about this store. This review is not about Verizon. It is about this particular retail location. The first problem occurred when the store manager Virgil did not disclose to me the details of a promotion they were having so when I looked at my bill I noticed it being a lot higher than he said it would be. When trying to return the device he got upset and threatened to cancel the rebates I received for switching to Verizon. The final problem occurred when he intentionally misfiled the return paperwork which left a hefty device payment charge on my bill which caused for dozens of phone calls back forth with Verizon. 2 months later I finally got the charge off my bill no thanks to this retailer.
My wife was totally pleased to receive superior service getting her new iPhone set up. Amber spent almost an hour with her navigating through to solve issues because customer service was closed due to the virus. She was professional and totally patient. Best experience at Verizon ever. While I don’t typically leave reviews, after visiting this location in Kerrville, and receiving what I would consider to be hands down the best customer service I have ever received, I want to extend my thanks! I absolutely love this store! I havent had this great of an experience in store in years. The staff is amazing! I worked with Leah who endlessly helped me with all the new changes on my plan and remained extremely patient and kind through all my questions and changes. I also worked with Virgil who is extremely knowledgeable on products as well as super helpful in assisting his team in any way possible to allow a smooth quick visit. This store has the most excellent customer service Ive seen in years with Verizon. I will definitely be visiting them again.

I went to this store with no expectations after being at another Verizon store where they were very unhelpful with the worst customer service.The gentleman greeted us from the beginning and was very nice and helpful. It was not very busy for a Saturday morning which was a plus too.

I’m from Houston and have had a corporate account with Verizon for over a decade. Visited this Kerrville location and was fortunate to have a Virgil Boykin on-site today. Not only did he make the process of some account changes simpler than most stores but he took the time to notice that our account had always been setup incorrectly. He worked with our CFO to adjust our account as needed and reduce our costs. I suppose we needed to leave the big city to get this type of care and service ..... thanks Virgil !!!

I went into the Kerrville store because I was having trouble getting my photos to sync to google photos. I worked with Logan and he was able to assess the problem, get all my photos moved over and free up space on my device. Customer service was outstanding and would recommend this store 10/10

I was very skeptical about going into the store today, based off of A negative experience a couple of months ago. I pretty much only went inside because I had to get my phone to work properly. Anyway, i dont know if they changed policies or if it was just a bad rep last time, but this time was an AWESOME experience.Logan Flores made sure to win me back and went out of his way and cleaned up The mess of my last experience. Not only was the service top notch, but the store was clean, squared away and welcoming. It was nice to not have to wait long at All (I am Assuming Sunday is a slower day of traffic flow compared to other days when they can get packed). As Logan tried to present offers he could give me for an early upgrade and eligibity to walk out with a tablet, there is no way I could afford anything right now. As Im sure their main goal being in sales is to sell; one could say that any rep would have changed their willingness to help out if they knew they couldnt get a sale out of me. I didnt feel like Logans attitude or motivation to truly take care of me changed . He actually saved me money on my bill and fixed my phone. I will be looking forward to coming back rather than trying to avoid it. I cant thank Logan enough for the experience he provided for me, and I will be asking for him when I am financially ready to make a change. He deserves a raise ! Thank you Logan and Cellular Sales!A

I loved this Verizon store because of Andrea! She knows every single thing. She gave me a college course in how to use my phone more efficiently and informed me of all the features I knew nothing about. She helped set up new passwords for various accounts. In addition to all of the above she informed me of a new plan that would expand my data and give us a veterans discount which lowered my bill. She is,pleasant,friendly and professional. I will return to Andrea for future purchases. Thank you! Talk about customer service,Andrea is the role model for all who deal with the public. Outstanding.

I unfortunately have forgotten the name of the gent who served us but he made the entire visit an absolute pleasure! He made sure to get all my information from my old phone to my new one and was friendly, engaging, and very willing to meet our needs! He just about bent over backwards to ensure our visit was 100% satisfying, and he succeeded. I want to make this the store I visit when I need to do anything with my phone!

My husband and I both switched from ATT to Verizon after we were completely unsatisfied with customer service and the services provide. We decided to go with their prepaid option as it was the best price after paying over $200 for 2 lines with ATT. We were greeted at the store by Marty who was extremely friendly. We were in and out in less than an hour! He was very knowledgeable and was great at what he does. We were very satisfied by Marty and his wonderful services he provided.
Kyle was most helpful in helping me set up my new phone. He went out of his way to make sure everything from my previous phone is on my new phone. Kyle is very knowledgeable and easily answered questions I had. This Verizon store and Kyle are top notch.
Very very helpful staff. They helped my mom pay her bill and got me a new iphone and an iPad for a fantastic deal gave us all the promotions that they has available. My mom honestly never ever goes into the store. After over 15 years with verizon she has always ordered them. But she always had a hard time with her transfer of information from one to the other. So I convinced her to go in so we both did and she LOVED the experience!
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. They will do anything to get a contract, even if it means manipulating my 82 year old grandmother into getting a seperate plan from our already existing family plan. We have spent the past two days clearing everything up with the actual Verizon customer care.I am a loyal Verizon customer and have always had the best experience with their customer service. This place is not corporate Verizon and the difference is tremendous.If you can avoid this store, do it. We will never darken their door again.
Jessica was funny, professional, patient, thorough, and extremely helpful when my wife and I showed up with an old phone that wud no longer charge. She helped us choose a suitable replacement and was able to transfer the contacts and most of the pictures before the battery died. Great job!!!
Last year I want into the Kerrville Verizon store to get a new phone. I was fortunate enough to work with Andrea. I really dreaded going in because I’ve never had a good experience in a cell phone store before. She was a blessing and a joy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked great. I highly recommend calling ahead and book an appointment with Andrea. You won’t regret it!

I have to say that out of ALL the Verizon stores Ive been in, he was, by far, the most helpful and extremely patient with my daughter (teenage). He performed a factory data reset and my daughter was thrilled to have her phone back.I would definitely recommend Tony to all my Verizon friends!!!

BUYER BEWARE This is not a Verizon store only a dealer no different than Walmart or Bestbuy. Verizon does not honor transactions from this store. Verizon will warranty your phone by replacing your new phone with a used one. This store does everything to make you think they are Verizon until you make purchase. Bought Pixel3 had problems with it from the start could not return it to store where I got, was under impression that it could be returned to any Verizon store----NOT so. Have called and left message and # ten times have not had a call back yet been 4 day since started calling. Staff was friendly, but so are con men.
