Went to the store to buy a phone T-Mobile sent me a offer for free phone. Asked clerk which were free to me he pointed to two - I got a protector and case 39.99 plus 29.99 bill was $131? So what was $70 for? My bill went up for 24 months I owed for phone I paid phone off no more dealings with this store

I went into t-mobil to see what they could offer me. I have an outdated phone and its just time for an upgrade. I have been with at&t for years and am not satiafied, however i will never switch over to t-mobil due to the behavior of the staff at the Kerrville location.They couldnt seem to offer me anything. Service was terrible. I refused mask due to my health condition and they became nasty and harsh and processed to call the authorities. If I could give negative stars on this review, youd better bet i sure would.

ROBERT assisted me today in KerrvilleI was beyond impressed as he not only helped me but another customer as wellSystem(computer)was rather slowHe did his absolute best as it kept telling him loading as he went through each stepHe was very nice, professional, courteousBut I was especially blown away by his multi-tasking skills, his superb knowledge of products and services and how he very kindly/gently reminded customers of mask guidelinesI will continue to do business with this T-Mobile even if it is in a neighboring town

Customer service is horrible! They couldnt help me and kept telling me to call tech support. Called tech support and three weeks worth of calling in I get a different story each time. Today I was on the phone for an hour and a half trying to fix the problem with my phone at the end the guy said he couldnt hear me but yet he was responding to whatever I was saying. Still he said he couldnt hear and hung up. This place is horrible and no one working here knows whats going on they are all just sale pushers. If you dont want to get messed over go to another phone company

The staff was friendly, but when I turned my phone in to upgrade, they told me i wouldnt be able to get a data transfer because it was too late to do one and come back the next day to do it and theyd hold it back for me. I come back the next day, and apparently they had just reset my phone, so now Ive lost years worth of irreplaceable photos and videos. Thanks sprint

Dont go expecting any service. They are only at this location to sell new phones & accessories.Unless you are in the market for a new phone today this location probably is no for you.This is not really a Sprint store as it is a licensed dealer.You get very little out of the box thinking.Dont expect to be able to put any of your purchases on your Sprint account at this location either.If you really need help with your device or accessories, you are better off going to the Huebner Road location in San Antonio or by calling Sprint themselves.

I did NOT get everything transferred from my old phone to my new one and it was important information I needed. The guy told me it couldnt be done and it was my phones fault. I left my old phone with them,overnight,(the night before)so they could transfer everything, and when I picked it up, its battery was dead. I ALWAYS have to wait when there, and, IF you get a chair(stool),theyre very uncomfortable. Ive been there every day for the last 3 days. One day, it was for nearly 3- hours...just waiting for the stuff to get transferred. Ive wasted a LOT of time for nothing! Im NOT a happy camper!

Absolutely the slowest service for the 3rd time. Had to pick up replacement phone and had to wait 1 hour to get someone to wait on me. When i had a problem with my phone that eventually got replaced, the tech worked on it and could not fix so left for lunch without putting it back together and didnt leave any note on it. They need a floater to answer questions and quick help items. Will never go back to this store again

Only sprint store in town. And for that reason they are always busy they do there best. To get throw everyone as fast as they can I recommend getting there early or bring something to kill time.

One star is too much for this store! It took 13 days to get a phone after being told 3-5 days. Went in today and it took more than 1 hour to get everything done. The woman who waited on me was argumentative and kept leaving to do other things. Next time I’ll go to a Sprint corporate store instead of this store run by a 3rd party

I would like to say that i am very impressed with the customer care i recieved at the Kerrville Sprint Store located on Junction Hwy. They took care of all my needs and answered every question with patience. The sales rep was knowledgable about exactly what to do and helped me add a line onto my existing plan which he also suggested after i was paying for way more then i needed or had ever used. So not only did they meet all of my expectations perfectly but they saved me money too. I am in the customer service industry myself for 10 plus years and expect this kind of service and hardly ever get it....thank you for restoring my faith. This experience made my day and i recommend anyone to visit this location!

I waited in line for 1.5 hours. I was first in line and all I wanted was a charger for my phone. No one acknowledged me, no one said anything about my wait. I jave been a customer of nextel sprint for more than 20 years.After 1.5 hrs I walked out. Seriously thinking of changing to.another carrier

My local Sprint Store has it going on. The Rep that helped me, Dallas, was friendly, knowledgable, and quick to be of assistance. I went in there frustrated with my Iphone not wanting to charge and within a few minutes, Dallas had fixed it. I would highly reccomend you go here, and when you do, ask for Dallas.
