Pablo and Victoria we amazing. I was in the process of quitting cricket to swap to ATT due to my cricket issues. People on the phone from HQ were not able to provide the service these 2 did! 10/10 highly recommended
I came in to get help to get a new activation & help with my phone. And the nice young man called Pablo helped me i was very satisfied with my service
This was a most unpleasant experience. They deactivated my old phone and then couldnt reactivate it when I wanted to return the new phone. The upshot is Im stuck with a phone I dont want. The employees of this store are poorly trained as well as being ill mannered. Add that to the fact that they know zilch about the products. They even lied about the protection plan being required. Fortunately Cricket reversed that online. But, the problems dont stop at the retail store. The whole company is just a shadow of its former self. Completely inflexible and somewhat devious in their policies. What a shame.
They simply dont know what theyre doing. Go somewhere else, ... Anywhere, but here. 😖😠
Ive had Sprint for many years but now Ive had cricket wireless approximately maybe 10 years or longer no complaints none at all I get no surprises on my bill my service is excellent I am very happy with cricket wireless
Services were excellent helped me fix some of my pop up ads that were a nuisance and completely erase everything safely
I do not recommend this phone company. I went to pay my phone bill, and as I was paying their system froze in the middle of my payment. So got they system back up, tried again did the same thing. On my bank account it showed they charged my account. The Cricket associate says it didnt go through even though I showed them my account summary where it shows they charged my account.They refuse to give me the service I paid for. Now they want to double charge me for the phone service.
The Fredericksburg Cricket is great. Victoria Williams was a big help and she was a very nice multitasker while helping myself as well as others but while still making you feel like you are the most important! If Kerrvilles Cricket had employees like her it would be a much better store. Victoria should be training the unbelievably rude and lazy people from Kerrville!
After not being able to work my phone Eric Ebel helped me and showed me exactly how to use everything on my device. He was patient, made me feel welcomed and had excellent customer service. Definitely will be coming back.

Cricket wireless is where I I buy my cell phone and my service. I like cricket wireless because they has good deals and discounts. Staff is very nice and polite 👍 and very and good and fast with customers. Always ready to help customers with any questions, issues customers might have. Very good 👌 service.

Would not ever recommend this service to anyone, while I was there for a bill payment the machine froze and charged my card twice. The representative was not friendly and told me I had to call 611. I got charged twice and then with a late fee. Not good business practice.
Gotten better. I think that a kiosk to pay your bill would be great. It sucks when you stand in line forever just to drop some cash because the people in front of you cant make up their mind on what phone they want to purchase and get activated

Cricket has a great phone service and either free phones or reasonably priced phones.The Ladies that work at Cricket are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable.
To hell with these people. Ive given them so many chances and been a customer for years despite the problems. I had my sister on my bill, she called to cancel it as she got a new plan (she always was the smart one of my moms 3 kids). She cancelled it so i go to pay my bill and oh guess what? She was still on there. And there was no way to take her off without paying the full amount for some reason. I reluctantly did, like a moron. I get a text not 3 days later saying my bill is due. I call, clear it up.Now a tower has supposedly been down for 3 days or more, and multiple voicemails on my phone from people who cant get through. I call and ask for assistance, ha, good luck. She gave me some generic answer and acted all condescending talking down to me. Pay the extra 10 or 15 bucks at Spring people, itll save you some headaches.

Great place to purchase a phone with a cheap unlimited plan that works almost everywhere do to AT & T purchasing cricket and all of the AT & T towers are utilized by cricket
Everybody talk to gives me a different opinion tech support just give me the runaround and now I have to call the manufacturer dont recommend Cricket at all
Bought a new phone with in 2 days was back at the store as the phone does not work right. I have been arguing with them since and still no fix. I have spoke to the owner and twice he says he will check it out and call me back that as not happened yet. I feel like they are just pushing me to my 30 days as then I will have to use my insurance and cost me another $65.00.

Friendly, will take care of you as well as you want them to. However, need more employees. Clean place and will always answer your concerns. Only been there once, but I have visited other locations before.

No one in this store knows what they are doing, they are literally unable to help with any issue and would rather have you call customer service yourself rather than even attempt to make an effort. The little girl in there lied to my face. Then called me a liar after blowing compressed air in my camera and telling me my phone was water damaged. It was a water proof phone.... She also was rude doesnt know how to do her job and deserves to be fired.
