Sorriest phone company ever created. The workers in kerrville stole our money off two banks and our phones are still not on. Crooks telling us we still owe 45.00. they got 90.00 dollars but did not send us a reference number for ssi card transaction. They stole government money. Id like to know which employee pocketed the money. Worst employee customer Ive ever had after stealing from the customer. Ill never use this phone company again thanks to employees in the kerrville store. Hire better employees metro or keep losing customers.

I stopped by to purchase a new phone. I selected the one I wanted. She goes to ring me up and starts adding additional fees. I asked what is this she informed me that its part of the activation. I told her I never had to pay these in the past. She informed me that they are a franchise store not a corporate store. So I canceled the purchase, drove to San Antonio and found a corporate store and purchased the same phone. Saved 40% from what they were wanting to charge.

The sign said they opened at 10am but they were closed, so we did some shopping and came back at 10:30 . We were ready to spend 500 cash for my mom but we were looked at like we were bothering them. So very disappointed today

We finally left AT&T and switched over. We had to learn Android witch is not user friendly. I had to go to the store a few times and get help. The store manager and employee were so kind, and quick. We now have 4 lines, unlimited plan,and insurance for 115$/mth!!!

I have been sitting out here for 2 hours and your store is still closed when the sign on your door clearly states that you open at 9.. This is ridiculous.. How do you expect to run a company when you clearly dont follow your hours of operation..

I am very upset as the husband I am speaking to her husbands out there that someone went into the store and use my wifes name and opened an account without permission without consent I thought that was against the law so be very careful about Metro PCS because they are able to open an account under your name without your consent and I believe that that is wrong in Kerrville Texas

$30 activation fee? What the hell? $80+ to get the $50/mo going. Then I receive a text saying Thank you for your $66 payment. Something is not right about that.
