They told me they would be out around noon to give me a quote, but never showed up. I called at 3:00 to ask if they were still coming out today but he said it was too late in the day so I called someone else. Customer service is king.
Well lets start by saying if i could rate this less than what im rating it would be awesome. It all started when a power surge blew out my tv. Good thing for me was i have a protection plan on tv from direct tv. Protection plan protects from things like this so i was relieved. Well i called direct tv and they set up Denny n Sons. He called set up date to pick up tv then came out. I had it ready. I saw that Denny was an older gentlemen so i thought i would help and place tv in truck for him. There was no procedure taken, followed or protection for my tv in his truck which means he didnt look or examine tv when i put it in his truck. He then proceeded to fix tv at his shop according to Denny he got to shop and tv had crack in tv. So how do i know it wasnt broken on way to his shop i dont. Well a couple days go by and i call direct tv to follow up on my tv where im informed that it is broken and they tell me they will try and figure out what happened because if it had been broken before why did he have tv at his shop. Good question so i call Denny n Sons and ask what happen, well to my disappointment im told that the tv had a crack in it before being picked up, my response i didnt see one. His response basically calling me a liar over the phone saying i knew about it. So after that i really felt bad because im not that kind of person. So over the next few weeks there discussion came to a collusion that Direct Tv would send me a new tv. So im pretty happy after that. Well another tv went on fritz and i was told Denny would come again and fix it. Me thinking ok maybe he would just come fix it and there would be no problems because i dont hold grudges im not a little kid. So Denny calls says he will be there tomorrow to fix tv. Ok perfect. 5 days go by nothing. Ok me again i call Denny he says i know who u are and i turned down opportunity for work. Ok no biggie but from a customer side l would only like i phone call just informing of this but its whatever. There was nothing that i did wrong i was just hoping that local businesses would have more customer service where has all that gone. Last if u live by or in area of Denny n Sons please be aware not saying he cant have great service sometimes just not here for me.

I feel like I was mislead and taken advantage of. I was told that the max amount I would pay was $175. I was also told I would be credited back $65 dollars for the estimate of what was wrong with TV set. So I was also told what was wrong with my Samsung set. I said just a dim picture. Everything worked!! He said oh if its a video board thats an easy fix and it would be cheaper. He said that he was backed up 4 days. Well, Martin called that afternoon that set was dropped off and it was ready. So we went to pick it up the next morning. Got there and tv picture still looked the same. I told Martin I was not happy. I said the picture still looked dim. He said he changed the video card. Then came to pay the bill ... OMG the part was $85 plus the 150 for labor plus the $65 down $295 -$60 credit left us with a bill around $230. I couldnt get that for that old tv if I wanted to sell it. I just feel they didnt repair the main issue which was why I took it in for . A dim screen.
