Their website and google listing both list 626 Josephine Parker Rd as their location, but that has been out of date since 2019. I have no idea if they are still in business, but their phone number appears to be in service yet. Dont try to come to their location unless they give you a current address.

I am 83 years old and a computer illiterate. I bought a new computer and had many programs to switch over including information from a former employers website. Tim listened patiently to this old man and did an outstanding job. So if you are looking for a company that knows their stuff, has great customer service behavior and charges fair prices, this is the place to go. Their company name .The Computer Doctor is a perfect.

Computer doctor is absolutely the best. Everyone there goes over and above to do the greatest job. Theyre so willing to give info to help in making decisions. Big plus - theyre so honest in charging affordable prices for their work. Just cant say enough good things about this company. Ill never go anywhere else

I took my laptop in for a total re haul of my hard drive and let me tell you. These guys know exactly what they are doing. Not only where they fast and very knowledgeable, but their customer service was out of this world. The quickness and precision of their timing brought the biggest smile to my face when they called and told me it was ready for my DJ gig, they even stayed an hour later just to finish my service which was a blessing. I recommend sending anyone to Computer Doctor, the locals know best and their prices could NOT be beaten.

These guys were smart Techs who listened to my situation and answered my questions clearly. While they advised against reinvesting in my old server, I appreciate their honesty. My business will be working with Computer Doctor in the future.

This is a small business that is providing a pretty good service. I get the impression that their mainstay is business related and as such, when one of their clients has an issue, they drop what they are doing and take care of it. they also offer an expedited service which I have not used but would consider if I needed work done in a hurry. It is probable that it will take a few days for them to get to your computer but I found the cost very reasonable and the work good. Hard to say much better than that these days. I had them hook up remote access so when out of town, they can come in and clean it up

Key West can be difficult when it come to finding qualified technicians to do anything. I found the guys and girls at Computer Doctor to be professional, courteous and fast. And Smart! I highly recommend this service to anyone reading this post.

I had a great experience and highly recommend them! It was my first time working with this company and Im so happy I did. Beth was awesome from the first phone call. My iMac suddenly died and she was able to consult me over the phone and shared the process for what happens next. She was very realistic about the turnaround, and when it ran one day over what I had hoped, she was very thorough in explaining why instead of leaving me worrying that something might have gone wrong. She also was conscious of cost-saving efforts for me, which I really appreciated as well. Absolutely perfect customer service, and a fresh new fixed computer as an added bonus! I will absolutely be using them again.

I came in here to get my phone repaired and the service was awesome! The staff were professional, polite, and efficient. My phone now looks good as new! I would definitely recommend them .

I would give o* if there was an option. Horrible experience. They are all stealer at this place they took my iPhone for 2 days down for an update and charge me 42$ they did not even touch the phone and pretend the phone is bad. When I ask for my money back, the lady starts arguing with me aggressively . I actually update my phone myself. Dont go there dont go there.Very bad place to go. If you are in Key West dont go to doctor computer. They are not professional, they are there to steal your money

Mishap with a bottle of water, bike accident and iPhone. I called as they were closing on Tuesday night and received good instructions. I brought it in first thing on Weds, and they said I would probably hear from them by the end of the day. Unbelievable, within 4 hours, they had saved my iPhone. They were great!

Kudos to ComputerDoctor.After a visit the the store, i continued to struggle with my ludite ways and lack of computer smarts. Josh was more than patient and eventually walked me through my computer and printer fixes. I have only good words to say about Computer Doctor and their customer service and expertise.

I gave this place a 5 because he were open on Saturday, he fixed my problem within minutes and his price was very fair considering it was an emergency computer repair on a Saturday. I would definitely go there for future repairs.

Great service. I brought in a 5 year old Envy Rove that updated to the nightmare Windows 8.1, which is loaded with bloat ware. Still waiting on my repairs...but great to see MCSE certified professionals. Wish I could go back to Windows XP days...moving forward. (Smile)

Great customer service. I found the tech to be laid back friendly--despite the fact that I rolled in there at 5pm. I brought in a 7 year old kindle 2nd generation--(the one with a keyboard)and he treated me with the same politeness and regard as if it was an new iPad or iPhone or Apple laptop---and I have all three. I will certainly bring them here for repair should the need arise.

Very disappointed. We were really patient . Weve been waiting for them to repair our conputer for 2 month and nothing happend. In the end we got our computer back at the same condition and as apology they gave us a part they ordered for free(which wad nice from them), but that part wasnt even new. It had scratches everywere. Comunication with them were nice, but unfortunately no result.
