Joe did an excellent job explaining our service options while simultaneously assisting other customers and training a new hire. We were very impressed with his customer service and patience. He DESERVES a raise!

Tristan was extremely helpful and even stayed late to help us switch from AT&T. They had great deals and Tristan and Adam also helped us get a new Apple Watch and some Samsung ear buds. Overall great service and they went above and beyond for us!
I had t mobile about 11 days, They couldnt get it right after multiple visits so I went elsewhere. I. Get a bill for 780 dollars. The store in key west wont help. Try getting help with t mobile when your disputing a bill. Lol, Do not use this store or t-mobile. I am still being charged a bill i dont owe 3/31/21. I have been told to stay on the line and dropped twice already. From the shop to the top this company makes you say why did i leave ( whoever). The customer service is the worst.
First time in the store tonight. Needed help setting up the new iPhone. It was busy. The first person I encountered was a young man named Daniel. He was very kind and professional and got right to work setting me up. While he stepped away to work on my phone, a very nice guy named Adam came over to ask if I needed anything and chatted for a second. I’m telling you, these two guys are rock stars. Very very pleased with them both.Highly recommend!

The smile on my daughters face was priceless. I had pre ordered the three iPhone plan online and I had received a conformation email and recent was told that I will receive them in the mail within two days. My credit card was changed and I got a receipt through my email. However two days went by didn’t receive anything. I call the T-Mobile online and they didn’t have any records of my order. I was told to go to the store and speak to one of the T-Mobile staff. I went that day.When I walked into the store I was immediately greeted and was asked to wait while they attended to other customers.Thomas was the one who helped us. He had a good attitude and was very professional and totally down to earth as well as knowledgeable. He got down to the bottom of it and I am very pleased with the service I received. He was patient and I didn’t seemed rushed. It was close to 7pm and it was time for him to leave nevertheless he stayed until he got the matter cleared up. Bravo to Thomas he made my little girl very happy today. Also I will say all three salesman were very good and I really appreciate the way they took the time to help me with my situation..
I’ve had T-Mobile for almost a year. This is by far the best phone company. I had cspire and my husband had AT&T. Obviously, when we got married we wanted to be on the same phone plan. For whatever reason, our prior phone companies just could not figure out how to make that happen. Well we left both phone companies and just decided to take a gamble. And it was an amazing gamble.
Stopped in to upgrade our sim cards from Sprint and T-Mobile merging. Eventhough there was quite a few people in line we did not feel rushed. AJ took his time to make the swap (with ease), answered our 21 questions about the merge and products with extreme patience. Weve been Nextel/Sprint customers for the past 18 years, this is the first time weve truly felt like our business matters. Im thankful that I no longer have to call Sprint customer service everytime I need help.
Had to come to TMobile to have my Aunt’s IWatch set up. Daniel was awesome! He had it done quickly and was extremely professional.

Went in to add services to my contract today and Thomas was on top of it. It’s so nice to ask for something specific and the person in front of you knows their job and gets it done right away. Thomas was knowledgeable and processed my requests like a pro. The store is extra clean, the other employees were getting things done rather than surfing on the internet.. I had a great experience! Clive works at T-Mobile in Key West, Florida. He is an exceptional employee, taking his own precious time to help me get all if my photos into Google Storage; this has given me a great peace of mind. My photos are irreplaceable as I have spent the past three months in 20 different countries in this world and walked many, many miles to get these (to me) magnificent pictures. Even though, it is the day after Thanksgiving, Clive has stayed very late to make sure that I am leaving this store as a very happy and satisfied customer. He is AWESOME and HE DESERVES A HIGHER SALARY!!!
Went to get my phone service changed and these people went above and beyond what I expected. They did everything I needed in order to seamlessly change services. I set up a wireless phone for my new business about a month ago. The process was pain free and the price was right. I just came back to the store to add a tablet to my account. The manager at the store gave me the t-mobile options as well as what the cost from apple direct would be. I did not expect this level of integrity from a guy at a retail store. I highly recommend Key West TMobile.

The workers are very friendly and nice! I just needed a charger cord for my cellphone. The worker tried really hard to sell me the wireless charger. He told me that they didnt have any cords. I am so glad I looked for myself and found the cord.

Ive had T-Mobile since 2003. I am also a local here. The employees are helpful and nice here. I go often for everything from new iPhone cases to bill payments and it always goes very smoothly.
I went in today because I needed to do a data transfer on my phone. They were welcoming and more than happy to help me. They also made sure I had the cheapest rate plan while waiting, and I also received a free water bottle.
I am Sooooo happy to have a T-Mobile finally in Key West. The team that they have here is awesome!! They SAVED the day for my sons birthday😃😉. T-Mobile really does try to bring superior customer service and satisfaction. Thats why they give their customers 1 share of stock in their company just for being a customer. They also give customers a share per each referral. Allowing their customers to own something like a real Boss. Love it. Stop in today and ask Kevin how to get a free Gear VR.
T-Mobile just opened this new store on Keys Plaza (K-Mart). They went all out, it is a very nice store with lots of phones and products. Their prices and plans are great

Horrible.I was lied to as the guy in the store told me the 65 dollar SIM card would cover panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua,and Mexico. There is no such a plan. After calling T-Mobile I learned that I bought a card valid for the us only. Thieves! Avoid!!!! The salesman said he was from Nicaragua so he probably knew that the card would not be working in the area. T-Mobile is horrible, at least in KeyWest.Further more, I then called customer service for a refund. They were nice enough but admitted they were not responsible for the behaviour of their franchisees!!!!! I could hear the embarrassment at the end of the line. True story!

Bought a G4 phone a little over a month a ago to replace my G2. It locked up and stopped working. Took it in to a young lady who knew nothing about the phone other than the fact I had to replace it with another. She ordered the new phone and after a week I was notified the phone was ready for pickup. went in, the same lady could not find the phone and with her disgusted attitude, like it was my fault, gave up. I waited to see the manager (who like wise, put me on hold while she called someone else on a different matter.) She could not find my phone, but noticed a G2 had been ordered. I told her the service lady was not very smart and and should be flipping burgers. Terrible customer service, cannot handle simple exchanges. Will never go back.

I had an issue with my phone and went to the store after troubleshooting it with a tech rep they said I was eligible for a warranty swap but it would be 2-3 days to get a phone or $20 if I wanted it overnighted. After spending a hour in store I left and called customer service who told me that was false and they always overnight warranty swaps with no $20 shipping fees.

This store can definitely get the worst customer service trophy. When I first got there, a customer was asking question and the lady working there was giving him attitude. The guy seemed like he didnt speak English at a 100% level. They did absolutely nothing to help him out. Instead she was huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes. My turn comes up and the first thing out of the guys mouth is what do you want. They made me feel stupid for even trying to get help. T-Mobile needs to train these two, because apparently this store has a reputation for being disrespectful and rude.
