Switched over to Verizon from ATT. And I can say I am ecstatic about my new phone and iPad! I recommend if you need any help with anything, go to this location!

Came into store looking for a device cover and a helpfully gentleman greeted me and was very helpful.

IPhone died while visiting Key West. Zara took care of all of my needs in a knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient manner. She contacted me later to make sure everything was operating well. Great service and an awesome staff representative.

Totally professional sales and service. Each staff member well trained, an excellent listener and projects a well above average sense of pride in their job. Well done.

They were HORRIBLE! They were not honest about a number of things and basically telling me I needed to buy a new phone when I didn’t. My phone had gotten caught in rainstorm and it was not working correctly. I said don’t you think it will dry out. He said absolutely not - your phone gone will never work again. Guess what? I left after they kept pressuring me and the new t day it was working. I called a REAL VERIZON and they said give it 24 hours and it will probably dry out. It did!! THIS IS NOT VERIZON - this is a Verizon dealer. GO TO ACTUAL VERIZON THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS AND GIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. BTW If you are buying a new phone they will ask what color of case you want. I said I don’t need one they said you might as well get one IT COMES WITH THE PHONE AS DOES SCREEN PROTECTOR AND CHARGER. I asked several times what was the cost and he kept saying nothing it comes with the phone. So finally I asked if I dont get the case the screen protector and charger will I save money and he FINALLY SAID YES $120. In other words it does not come with phone you are PAYING FOR It. They were sleezy salespeople who were pushy and just trying to pressure me to buy NOW! Go to a real Verizon and you will get honest answers.

I am so grateful to Denny!! Lost my phone and got a replacement but couldn’t figure out how to complete the set up, download all the data from my lost phone, etc. He spent nearly 2 hours helping me yesterday and an hour today finalizing everything. He was patient in explaining the process to me and without him I still wouldn’t have a working phone. THANK YOU DENNY!

Had a warranty issue on my phone which Verizon refused to take care of, on the phone that I was still paying for, and couldnt use the device because of the dead zone I work in. Now they want to send it to collections for a phone that I couldnt use, terrible customer service all around with no solution offered at all.

Brandon helped me understand some facts about cellular data, streamlined my account, even helped me disconnect an old device and upgrade another. Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful..

Only a couple minutes wait, but the comfy sofa-chairs plus great air-conditioning make you no care.I was helped by Daniel, very knowledgeable of the products, also gave me advice on how to open the packaging in a way thats easier than the obvious one.A+ on customer service, politeness.Very rarely do I wish my transaction took longer because it was such a smooth process.

I have never received better customer service at any type of business. Mick went above and beyond with making sure I had exactly what I needed. He even called to follow up over 2 weeks after my purchase to confirm everything was working as expected.I only wish that contractors or other businesses involved with customer service would take some notes from Mick!Thank you, Mick, for exceeding my expectations regarding my cellular service purchase! Every time I go into this store for help they give me a # and tell me to do it myself. I ask for help,they try to sell me a phone. 4 times Ive been in this store the 3 years Ive had service with them, 4 times Ive left with no help. Cant wait to dump them for better customer service.

My representative today was incredibly helpful in assisting me in switching over from my defective phone to the one im currently typing this on. messages, photos, all needed to be backed up - a potentially frustrating process but this fellow kept a level head the entire time and politely guided me through the process. 10/10 would suggest this store and representative!

My newer Galaxy stopped charging while I was on a cruise. (Im from Washington State) so i pulled up Verizon stores in Key West, got off the shop and headed right to this store. I have to say I have never had such great service and that is going some because my Verizon store at home is amazing. Timur was an exceptional man. Fixed the phone, provided superior suggestions for accessories (yes, bought them all and not a single second of regret), and went beyond the call of duty helping out two old women (my sister and I). Bottom line, GREAT service, no pressure sales, and a very grateful customer. Thanks Timur for turning a bad day into good!

I came in wanting to do an insurance claim and Brian talked me through my options and explained to me how getting new phone would be more beneficial for me. I was short on time and cash. He told me I could trade in my phone to pay for it and get some good accessories for my new one. It was so quick and easy I felt so comfortable with this awesome staff they have here! I am sorry but I should have written this days ago. Desiree Mays-Scriven, a wireless consultant, was amazing! Let me start off I am technologically challenged. Second, I did not buy anything from her or this store. I had a replacement phone sent to me an I needed my information and apps transferred over to my new phone. She spent well over an hour helping me and there was nothing in it for her. I highly recommend this young lady if you are in need of a new phone or I Pad. She is FANTASTIC! Verizon is lucky to have her.

Stopped in for a new phone on Friday around 5pm, Brian greeted me and helped me right away. I wanted to upgrade my phone and he explained the differences between the new phones and helped me select the one that worked best for me :) we went over the insurance plans and within 15-20 minutes he had my new phone ready to go with new case and screen protector he put in for me .Very happy with my experience, Brian is great and so helpful !

Brandon, the customer service rep, was amazing. My old iPhone 5s had frozen up and no way for him to get into the phone. He must have worked 2 hours to program my new iPhone 8 Plus and was able to successfully retrieve all my data from the cloud. He was friendly, personable, patient, professional and loves a challenge. Mick Kaufman is my Verizon agent and I have been with Verizon for almost 4 years. Mick is 100% customer service satisfaction with every customer.

They seem more concerned with convincing their customers to give them a good review halfway through the process than actually doing the necessary work. The first agent to assist me, Alex, made a number of mistakes, the most grievous being that he somehow missed that my phone was insured despite my assurances that it was. Needed to call customer service and come back, it ended up taking way more time than needed and costing more both up front and in my monthly payments. Due to his also failing to set up my phone correctly, I needed to come back a different day for help. The employee that time was helpful and eventually managed to accomplish what I needed. They seem overworked here, the employees are always distracted by a dozen different tasks so noone is ever actually focused on the customer at hand. If you can wait to go to a shop further north, I do honestly recommend it.

Staff let me charge my phone just by asking. At&t store was closed so I walked in and asked and they said absolutely! Really nice and attentive to customers coming in so I would have to say if I used Verizon I would definitely come here if I was just visiting from out of town!

I was on Key West and stopped in for ear phones and bought 2 New phones. One for my husband who was at home and one for myself. Meagan and Brain were great they helped set up the phones and with a way to wait to change my husbands phone when I got home allowing him to continue using the older model. The service, selection and over all atmosphere was great and would recommend the store 100%.

Brian Zullo was 5-star EXCELLENT today in helping us (70+ years old) with our Verizon service and phones.The Key West Verizon technicians have always helped me, offering great service with a friendly attitude. Because of the techs at this N. Roosevelt store, I remain a loyal Verizon customer.

Went in to upgrade my phone S7. I personally went with the new S8, love it so far. Curt wasOutstanding. Personal and very professional. Very informative, as I need that. I am still a bit cell phone illiterate. I had to call and visit again the next day and Curt was outstanding with the minor issue I had. Thank you!

The salesman lied to us about everything. We told him we wanted to keep our bill down to around $58. He said no problem. Our bills have been over $100 for months. We called and complained they said we would be getting some discounts that would reduce our bill. Its down to $88 a month. Thirty dollars more than what we were originally quoted. They also sold us on the idea that their service included 5G. What they didnt tell us is that Key West does not have that service yet. These guys suck! Beware!

Mr. David Lopez when test above and the beyond the call of duty to help me find anout the only case I could get while visiting key west. Honestly from all the way from the over seas hwy till I was lucky enough to meet Mr Lopez. Hang on to him he’s got the real stuff . Gonna make some he has that can do attitude.

Great experience! Brian helped me and was very knowledgeable. I came in thinking I was getting the Samsung 9, but with his personal experience, he informed me how amazing the LG 7 is. He helped with trade ins and accessories, so I didnt walk out spending a small fortune.
