Great service and staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. Only ding is that they didn’t have every variation of the iPhone 11 Pro available...but I can’t fault them for that. That costs a lot for such a wide inventory. They had what I needed, when I needed it—I thank them for helping me get the best deal too. Kudos team!
They are very friendly, Polite and very knowledgeable on all devices. If they can’t answer your question they call somebody who can. If they don’t have the device you need they can find it for you.
Unbelievable service!!! Was attending a destination wedding at the Southern Most House on Saturday. Dropped my phone in the pool at 2:00. Met Brett at Verizon at 3:00. Was back at the wedding at 4:00 with a new phone whos camera, was hands down superior over all of my relatives I-Phones. And did I mention it was water proof? Brett hooked me up with contacts, photos, email accounts and new features. Thank You Brett for the new S8+!!! Its working great.
After spending about 2 hrs with Verizon tech support levels 1, 2, & 3 on the phone this morning trying to fix a contacts problem on my Samsung s8, with no results, I drove to Key West to this Verizon store desperate for help. Jeffery was extremely patient and knowledgeable. It took him quite a few trys but he didnt give up. After about 20 minutes, PROBLEM SOLVED! Both guys in the office were personable and helpful. Strongly recommend.

I just wanted to take the time to write a review of this store, and especially Carina. The store is always neat and organized with easy access to all displays. My interactions have always been with Carina (I believe she is the manager). Carina has, in every occasion, gone above and beyond customer service. She is listens to your concerns and addresses them in a courteous and articulate manner. She has been a wonderful problem solver for me with issues of our jetpack and connection difficulties.I highly recommend this store and Carina for your Cellphone and computer needs.

This store is locally owned and is totally different from the atmosphere in most Verizon Wireless stores. The staff is always smiling and willing to help you out. I purchased 3 phones from this store over a year and half time frame and the experience is always great no matter who I speak with. A++++ to the Verizon store in the Winn Dixie and Ross plaza! Brett, his wife, and kids were at the store making this the definition of a great locally owned business in the Keys. Verizon could learn a lot about what customer service should be like by visiting this store.
My hats off to Manny! He did an excellent trying to recover an unlimited phone plan that was lost during an assumption of liability and separating phones. Our plan was changed from unlimited Internet to a 2 GB plan. This was done because I went to a smart just before the assumption of liability and customer service changed all our plans, not just mine. Manny tried to change it back, but it finally took me calling customer service and talking with Angie in Washington state to get it corrected. Hats off to Angie too. I appreciate all the hard work and dedication you both have shown in your jobs and want to thank you for your professionalism.

Best phone experience ever!.Bought a new phone for my son, and revised my phone plan. We were in and out in about 45 mins and made it to the airport in plenty of time for our international flight.The staff were friendly, efficient and super helpful.I live in Key West (144 miles away) and honestly, if I need a new phone I will wait until I go back up to Miami to revisit this store...it was such a positive experience.

All Verizon stores sell phones and service, but only this one has Manny.And Manny is what makes THIS Verizon so special.He is efficient, caring, super technical, multitasking... but beyond that...truly a fine person. If I were not from Maine, he would be my very good friend. As it is, he is a person that I can count on if I ever get back to Key West.Hay Manny, why not transfer to Maine?.....OK ..OK.... not this winter. Thanks!!

I went into the Verizon Store yesterday to see if they could activate my phone. Carina looked into having it transferred and found out that my phone was not compatible with the Verizon network. Instead of telling me tough luck, she suggested that the T-Mobile Network would be compatible. Instead of treating me as a non-customer, she did the decent thing and STILL made that suggestion even though my business couldnt go to her. She is an exemplary employee and Verizon ought to be PROUD to have her. Thank you Carina!

Absolutely the best service Ive had. We switched to Verizon from sprint because it was terrible. The person who helped us was Nana. She was amazing, made the whole process easy and quick! Not to mention she drove all the way from marathon at another store location just to come help us out. We couldnt have thanked her enough! These guys are the best!! The store is the ONLY locally owned store in the keys and the owner is in store. Before you buy anything having to do with Verizon Wireless stop in and see these guys. Save them for last (The Best) I was overwhelmed by the experience and they have all the same prices as online. They do not charge restocking fees, to transfer phones, or phone numbers. By far the best experience specially after going to the store in the Kmart plaza where none of thier phones have prices and after going there twice I got to different price quotes on the same phone within the same week ($50 diff).

I have had all wireless services in the area. These guys are the most helpful. They both go above and beyond to help. I needed help with an assurion insurance claim. Manny did not have to help me, but he made sure it was taken care of properly. The newer girl printed out all the information I needed to follow up with the claim. Absolutely best customer service in key west.
Absolutely hands down love this place. Brett the owner really shows his genuine concerne for getting Your problems taking care of as soon as possible. And the strapping young lad Alex did really well at Answering all the questions I had. Even after asking the same silly question more then once. As soon as I stepped in the door I didnt get the used car dealer push of just trying to sell me stuff vibe. Instead I felt more well taken care of and more knowledgeable of what I dont and do need. Never will we shop at another store here locally.
Just went to the store this morning because the charge port on my phone stopped working. Brett took it part to try to get it working but was not able to get it to work, so he at least charged my battery for me in one of his phones. At the same time he didnt charge me for the service and explained to me how to try and take advantage of my warranty. Great service and the only store in the Keys I would go to.
Way better service, went to so called verizon wireless turned out to be cellular sales retailer, they tried to rip me off with their prices for accessories, unlike this store which actually helped me instead of pushing me to buy a new phone when I dont need one
If anything ever happens to my cell phone again, I will fly down to Key West to let Brett take care of it - my iphone was quite literally smashed - Brett was not only able to retrieve all my data, contacts, photos but put me into a new plan thats going to save me almost $100/month. And while he was helping me, he was solving problems for three other customers in the store and at least that many over the phone. Highly recommend Brett
Ive been going to the Verizon store at Overseas Market for six years. Brett and Manny own it and they are wonderful. They are helpful, polite, knowledgeable and dont try to oversell to you. You can walk in at anytime with a question or to check on an upgrade and they are all smiles and ready to help. I made a mistake ONCE and went to the Verizon store at the KMart Plaza, before I knew what happened Diego had me in a new contract???? after hundreds of dollars and dozens of visits and calls all thanks to their manager Diego, I filed complaints with the FCC and Verizon and four months later all charges were reversed and Diego got a slap on his wrist, its too bad hes still around.
Brett and Paul rescued my wife. Her phone was water damaged shortly after arrival in Key West. This location of Verizon worked fast to replace her phone and help with the recovery of information. They have a real following in the community and work hard for their customers. One of our best experiences in Key West!

After having very poor and impersonal service at the other Verizon store in town (being misled out of my unlimited data plan..), I was happy to find this store. If Id come here in the first place, Im sure that never would have happened! The sales associates Ive talked to have all been very knowledgable and honest. Definitely recommended!

This store is the best and I strongly advise anyone shopping for a new phone to shop this store before purchasing anywhere else and draw your own conclusion / opinion. However I can tell you that I stopped in because my Motorola droid became ill and began turning off and on randomly on its own. I was fearing that I was going to lose everything. I saw Brett who assured me he would do everything within his power to make sure I did not lose my contacts or photos. Brett worked on my Droid for 30 minutes backing up everything and then restoring my phone to original condition to see if that would fix it. After the reset and restore did not work Brett then offered to use my upgrade to get new equipment. He did everything he said he would and I left the store with my new Motorola and all my content from my old one!! A++ to the Wireless Zone in the Winn Dixie plaza with Ross!! Verizon Wireless should feel privileged to have people like Brett in the industry representing their brand.
Was not happy I purchased my phone there I walked in as needed a battery for my phone. not a customer in the store, they said we dont sell them. No questions or help. I just said thank you and walked out. If they had at least assisted me I would of had time to tell them in two weeks I wanted to purchase a new phone. maybe they dont care about assisting there customers or just a bad day but im not going back to that Verizon store again.

Fantastic enough to make me try to convince everyone I know to switch to Verizon just so they can have these guys handle all their cellular needs. Theyre THAT good.If that endorsement by itself doesnt convince you, keep reading:The first time I went in, I had a busted up, ancient Palm Pre Plus that I was pretty attached to. Rather than pushing me to use the upgrade that I was saving, Brett easily spent two hours troubleshooting my phone, contacting the impossible-to-reach Palm phone support, discussing options, helping me choose a CPO (certified pre-owned) phone, and extracting and transferring all of my files (for the record, I had A LOT of stuff on my phone).All the while, he was incredibly pleasant, not once did he get frustrated or waver from his cool, can-do attitude. As all this was going on, I lost track of the countless customers that came in with a myriad of different questions and problems. He knew each of them by name and solved all of their issues calmly, quickly, and with a smile.Fast-forward to today, over a year later: my replacement phone was past its last leg, having withstood a million drops, dings, tosses, and rainy bike rides. I knew all I had to do was go back to Wireless Zone. My only reluctance was that I felt like a total jerk for not having written them a much-deserved glowing review the first time around.On this visit, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Manny. Though I didnt have as involved of an issue as I did the first time I went in, it didnt take long to know that Manny provides equally awesome service, with a stellar demeanor. Its clear that both of them truly care about customer satisfaction.I was in the market for another used phone, and although the store had various options that would have worked well, I had my heart set on something specific. Since I wasnt in a huge hurry to buy something, Manny said hed give me a call if what I was looking for came up. I was super stoked to hear from him even sooner than promised.I went in the next day and left with the perfect phone, for a more than reasonable price, and yet another absolutely perfect store experience.Brett and Manny are the owners and are both a total delight to do business with--so much so, that it feels like a friend is helping you with your phone, not some random, pushy salesperson. Its rare to find two people that put in such long hours and dedicate so much of their energy to top notch customer service. Brett, I am replacing the 3 year old post regarding the fake review of Great, because in all fairness, I do not use my full legal name on Google reviews. However, the one star, due to the situation, remains.But, yes, there WAS a posted review, under my account, that I did not do. I never rated your store as Great. When I saw it later that day, I realized it was posted before I had even left the store. I rarely review as I prefer to deal with an issue directly with a merchant. However, in this instance, I replaced the fake one with what is true. I was in Key West on vacation. I came in to replace my broken Samsung, was told the (then) latest Samsung phones were full of glitches, advised against the purchase and left with a LG. Early March 2016
I must share this great customer service story because I am so thankful for the people at The Wireless Zone Key West. My phone was on the major fritz and I havent had time to fix it, thinking I could make through one more day to summer break. I am the Student Activities Director at Key West High School, so the last couple weeks of school is absolutely crazy for me. Graduation day is one of the biggest days of the year for me, especially this year with the weather. Of all days, my phone decided to die around 11am! I went to the Wireless Zone, desperate, after having a horrible experience at the Verizon store in Keys Plaza. Without question or a run around, the man working gave me a loaner phone. He set it up, activated it, and told me just to bring it back whenever I was done with it. THANK GOODNESS FOR GOOD PEOPLE LIKE HIM. I will be a Wireless Zone customer for life and I hope you will be too!!
Im a dumb blonde with a smart phone. Have had my phone 2 years. Paul taught me more in 15 minutes with his patient, professional, kind, knowledgeable approach than Ive learned in 2 years. Give him a raise immediately! Do not lose Paul as an employee, truly valuable to Wireless Zone. You made the right call... when you hired Paul.

Please be aware of this store. I called up Manny from my house phone and told him the issue I was having with my Blackberry. The screen was totally black but the phone was on because the little red light would flash on the top of the phone. I asked him what I should do and he said for me to come in and he could fix it. I made my way to the other Verizon (Cellular Sales next to Publix) by mistake ( it was pouring outside and I was riding my bike) and asked to speak to Manny. Robert (the sales rep) informed me that Manny was at the other store. I told Robert what my situation was. He looked at the phone and deemed there was no way to fix the phone. I asked Robert if he could call up the other store and find out if Manny could fix it. He dialed the number and I asked for Manny. I retold Manny my issue and told him I was on my bike and it was raining, but if he could fix the problem that I would make my way over there, but if he was just gonna bait and switch me that I would just rather stay at this store. He started stammering about him knowing that I was at the other Verizon and they were putting me up to this. I told him that they having nothing to do with this, but to say you can fix something when you know you cant just so you can bait and switch someone is not how you should do business. His tactics remind me of a used car dealership. Just be up front. Be cautious of this store. Robert gave me a couple of options, first being that I had extended coverage and could get Verizon to replace it for me. He then informed me that I also have an upgrade. Robert started upgrading my phone and I had to get to a meeting. I paid for the phone and gave him a number to call me at when he was done. Robert transferred my contacts, 700 pictures, and called my IT person to get my exchange server email up and running. He called a couple hours later to tell me it was finished. I then told him I would pick it up tomorrow. He then offered to drive it to me after work. Robert did drive my phone to me after 5 and even introduced me to his daughter. Please be aware of Wireless Zone.

My phone lost 4G this week, after spending 1/2 hour on the phone with an awesome tech in NC Sunday night, decided to go to the Verizon store by the Publix. I signed in, and after listening the salesman there telling people he was short handed & to call Tech support, I decided it wasnt worth the wait. On the way out, a man told me of the other Verizon store by the Winn Dixie. Wow, what a find. Manny did some checking on my phone, and determined it was my simm card. He quickly replaced it and had me back up and running very quickly. He was very friendly & gave me a lot of verizon pointers. He also said to come see him or call him if I have any other problems. There was no charge involved, and he never asked for my phone number until time to activate the simm card. Guess where mynext phone will be coming from. Not only is he a great Verizon rep, he he also knows where the locals eat - which is a find in itself. If youre in KW, head to the Winn Dixie Plaza and find Manny!
I was down on vacation and my work blackberry went bad. It would not light the screen but had a flashing light. It was 7:50 and I called the other store and they told me they would not wait for me and they closed at 8pm period. Stressing out, I called the Wireless Zone and they were open until 9pm. I went into thier store and Manny was working. He looked at my phone and hooked it up to his blackberry desktop software on his computer. According to Manny the software backed up my phone and then reinstalled the software from Blackberry in less than a half hour. He had my phone up and running. I have to admit after reading Fred Ks review I was going to go to the other store but they wouldnt stay open to help and then I was leary that Manny the same rep Fred spoke about was the rep helping me. Manny did not push any sales on me and I have to say thier store is very updated and clean both reps working were happy they were there and didnt mind that I came in a half hour before they closed. After speaking to Manny and Brett I found out they were a locally owned store, the two of them owned it and were related! I did not think these type of stores existed. The service was great, thier personalities matched! When I got back to Indiana I ordered a phone through them and they shipped it to my office where my IT department put the new phone on our companies blackberry enterprise server. A+++++++++++ to the Wireless Zone for solving my blackberry issues and relieving my stress while on vacation with my work blackberry!!
I went to the Verizon store by Albertsons/KMart and after a terrible experience will never return. You can read that bad review under their store. Everyone who works at Wireless Zone has always been extremely helpfull, knowledgable and honest. I have never been more satisfied with service than at this store. If they dont know the answer then theyll find it. Even when I call in they always go above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. Thank you to all the employees at Wireless Zone for everything you do.
