Ive always taken my Mac repairs to Keys Technology over the last 5 years, and I find them to be professional and very fairly priced. Also, if its something they cant fix, they usually wont charge you for the diagnostic work.

While they were unable to fix my phone completely, they were able to fix it enough to give me time to get a new phone. Very nice and helpful.

Service was extremely fast and high quality. I would definitely use again.

I can only highly recommend Keys Technology Services. Over the past 5 years my husband and I have had many issues with our laptops, IPads and phones. Every single time Agnes resolved our problems fast and professionally. We are seniors and sometimes just needed advice with unfamiliar technology and Agnes kindly, patiently and generously help us without even charging for her time.

I purchased a LapTop at Best Buy and was unable to connect to my HotSpot on my phone so i went to Keys Technology and spoke to this really nice lady who assured me the Technician woud be happy to look at it.She brought it back to him and told me to have a seat. The waiting area was clean and smelled really good. They even advertised cell phone soap which i was unaware that so much bacteria colleted on your cell phone, even more than a toilet seat per advertisement.After about aprox 10 minutes later the lady came back and said the Technician was unable to fix it due to a Manufacturor Issue.It was a pleasant experience, and very friendly. I recommend Keys Technology to anyone.

Agnes who answers the phone and assists in the store is a nice change of pace. Shes friendly, professional and will call you with an update guaranteed. My hard drive was cracked and needed to be replaced. I was warned that my data may not be able to be recovered and I was saddened to hear that. I left it to be worked on and a few hours later Agnes called to let me know that the data was able to restored and that the laptop was ready. I was extremely happy!!! Thank you to a great team,

2 weeks ago I was on the mainland at the Apple Store to have them repair my MacPro. I didn’t have them fix it because they said it needed a new motherboard and the repair would exceed $500.I took a chance and took my laptop to Keys Technology here on KW.I got my laptop back from them the next day! Repair cost was under $150!They said a motherboard wasn’t needed!I have to say it was very refreshing to work with these true professionals.Honesty and Integrity are the words that come to mind.

I’m an old, author who lost my wife sometime ago, after 58 years and a partial Novel and numerous photos of memories were all on my computer. I’m also a Captain of a yacht and a turbulent sea tossed my Dell Computer on the deck.I contacted Key Tech and took it to them. The lady that helped me was very professional and in a mere 2 hours, she called and they not only repaired my computer, but saved all my beautiful memories for a very reasonable fee. OUTSTANDING SERVICE !PS: It it also outstanding that they are located on this Island a mere 3 miles from my Vessel, which is home.

Im sorry your product and service is not 5 stars compared to others here in Key West who are also paying high rents (Duval St) and supporting families. You are lucky I was fair and only said 3 truths.. you quoted higher, it would take longer, and the screen color would not match. Get a grip Im not going to be bullied. You sir are ridiculous.

I had some concerns about my Mac laptop and needed someone to take a look. Keys Technology took me as a walk-in, checked out my computer while I waited, and put my mind at ease. Its not easy to find Mac support here in the Keys, and Im glad I found them.

Keys Technology saved me. I was in the depths of despair because my iPhone software was out of whack--couldnt get to anything except Apple logo no matter what I tried. In a half hour and only $29 these folks found and repaired the problem. They are great and I will always go back if I have another issue.

The Lady that works there helped me fix my macbook and works perfectly fine now. But Just for slight repairs. Then I went back another day and asked if they had macbook chargers for sell. But then she even offered to charge my macbook for free If couldnt buy one. But instead I bought my own charger, which was also the last one they had for my macbook. And she didnt stop looking for it in their stock until she found it. Great service, Very Professional. Definitely swing over at Keys Tech and theyll have a solution for you

Took phone in to get new battery and charger port when i was given the phone back front facing camera was not working. Took phone back and they were going to change camera out for $20 and still nothing ( never charged for camera) said it was broke before it was brought in which it wasn’t. Week later ear speaker and mic went out and couldn’t call or talk to anyone beside through Bluetooth.

Great Service! My iPhone froze and wouldnt even let me turn the phone off. I walked in 15 minutes before the store closed and the lady behind the counter took my phone and worked her magic and brought my phone back to life. I asked how much I owed her and she stated nothing! If I have any future problems with my devices I will be going back here for sure!

My iPhone did not record sound on videos. They checked all the hardware, etc. and could not fix it. When I tried to pay them for their time and effort, Agnes refused any payment, saying they only accept payment if they can fix the issue. Ive used them before, and have always been satisfied. They are fast and reliable, and stand by their work.

My daughters tablet shut down on us for some reason. Just wouldnt power on anymor . The last time it did, the screen was fluttering and had coding. I tried a hard reset myself but nothing happened. I called Keys Technology and they assisted me right away. 5 minutes and theyd fixed it! While I was there, I asked them about a laptop key replacement as well. Their prices were great and they were very professional! Highly recommen .

I have been a customer for at least 10 years. They have serviced my personal & business, PCs & laptops and always have the repair done by the next day, if not by closing day of. No muss, no fuss... always quick and easy during drop off.This last visit my PC had crashed. So, I brought it in to back up my files on to an external drive. In my frenzy, I forgot to remove my USB plugs for my Bluetooth & wireless mouse. I called when I got back to my office and realized they werent attached. They had my wireless mouse but couldnt find my Bluetooth. They promptly ordered me a replacement, no questions asked. The best part.... when I arrived to pick it up; NO CHARGE!!They are the BEST!!

My iPhone 6 stopped charging so I took it have the connector repaired. The professional technician carefully checked the input port and carefully removed a few suspicious pieces of dirt and presto it worked. Very pleased and would happily have paid a reasonable fee but she said no charge. I have since talked with others and they reported great results also. If I lived in Key West Id surely go to them again!

These guys are PHENOMENAL! AT&T sent me a replacement SIM card for our portable hotspot, but instead of the regular sized one, they sent us a mini-SIM. Of course, after our office manager installed it, there was NO GOING BACK. Keys Technology took the time to fish it out of there AT NO CHARGE TO US. Ill be using these guys for all my broken electronics in the future.

Bum store...calls themselves technology and has PC on the front yet everytime I try to give them a go they say Sorry we dont do this service . My god, I was just trying to get a custom length CAT5 network cable made. Lady has no character on the phone, almost like calling Janine to get the Ghostbusters dispatched.It is what it is.

I came in with 2 iPhones to fix. One was the screen and the other was not charging. I was very happy not to leave the phones and walked out within the hour.

Very helpful friendly staff. Some times I have visited and the visit does not cost me anything - I tell them my problem, they tell me the answer, no exchange of funds required. Other times they have replaced cameras and screens and Everytime, I thought the costs were very inexpensive. And the give you the price upfront! AND, they completely back up their work!These guys are not trying to rip you off.They are very competent and very kind.

Keys Technology was able to replace my IPhone screen quickly and reasonably. I had first gone to the AT&T store, and they said I needed a new phone. I ended up saving a lot of money and my phone still is working just fine a few months later. I highly recommend them!

Very professional, I took my kids XBox to get repair and they called me the next day saying that nothing was wrong with it. They explained me how to look on my tv settings and told me to call them if I had any questions and they didn’t want to charge me for looking at the Xbox. Good guys, no nonsense, got the job done very fast. They had fixed two of my laptops in no time, all parts were available. Pricing is always very transparent - parts and labor. Last time I brought them my phone with malfunctioning USB port, they had fixed it for free, since it was only a contamination of the contacts. Very professional, highly recommend!

What great customer service! I generally do not go out of my way to write reviews but I had to write a outstanding review because of what they did. I had my Iphones screen replaced because it was cracked. They had it done in about 30 min. I had to take it back because it started blacking out. They replaced the screen a second time at no cost to me. But it was still blacking out sporadically. I just took it in this morning and they replaced another component that another repair place had simply glued together for a quick fix. They found the issue and replaced it still at no cost to me! I will absolutely recommend them to anyone with PC, tablet, phone issues in the future.

I tried a DIY glass replacement on my iPhone and broke the LCD and home button. Brought it here and in just 40 minutes it’s like new again. Really great quality work!

I dropped off an old iPhone for a picture transfer and now I cant even see them on the phone. Verizon cant even open it. They lost 7 years of pictures that at least before I could view on it. Theyre are saying its now my fault because I dont have an active I tunes account. If I had one I wouldnt have needed them in the first place. Never again.😠UPDATEi JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH APPLE SUPPORT AND WAS TOLD THAT IN ORDER FOR THE HELLO SCREEN TO NOW BE THERE THEY HAD TO OF DONE A FACTORY RESET OR TRIED TO BYPASS THE SETTINGS AND THAT MY PHOTOS ARE NO LONGER IN THE PHONE AND CAN NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE RETRIEVED. KEYS TECHNOLOGY TOLD ME THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING AND THE PHOTOS WERE STILL THERE. THEY ARE NOT.
