The person behind the counter was great. She was helpful and friendly accommodated us without any issues. We sampled quite a few flavors before deciding on the ones that we wanted. Needless to say, all was delicious and everyone was happy. It was perfect on a super hot day.

Staff was rude to me because I didnt tip her for buying bottled water. Seriously, it costs ZERO effort from her and she felt entitled to be tipped. The only tips she deserves is the tips of my toes.

Good ice cream at a rip off price. We were waiting for our jet ski tour and decided to share a scoop of ice cream, we wish we would have read the reviews before going. I get this is a tourist town but wow, $9 for a one scoop in a waffle cone...it wasn’t that good. Also, we asked for sprinkles and got what you see pictured, less than a teaspoon for $1.00 extra! We told her we would not be paying for the extra “topping”. We will never return.

Small sizes for outrageously priced, sub-par ice cream, which began melting profusely within seconds. As a big ice cream lover, I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere!

Very overpriced and up-charged for a cup we did not want. Kids did not even like or eat the ice cream. And the rip off cup couldn’t even be set down.

Paid $16 for a two scoop waffle cone and a one scoop kids cup. Only one sample allowed. Good flavor but definitely not worth it.

My family and myself are guests of Margaritaville, and tried two nights unsuccessfully to get ice cream. For example, last night we arrived at 10:38, and the woman who operates the store literally went in front of us to enter her store and lock the door behind her without saying a word to us. I knocked on the window, pointed to the store hours (9-11:00), and without a word she turned the sign from open to closed, and walked away. We’ve enjoyed everyone we’ve encountered on our trip, and there is simply no reason for this level of rudeness.

This ice cream place is the WOAT. The ice cream was good, a little overpriced but the staff are the worst. I have a severe nut allergy, and upon asking the worker today to rinse the equipment so I don’t have a reaction, she had the audacity to roll her eyes at me. I already feel incredibly annoying asking workers to accommodate my allergy, but she made me feel so much worse. If you have food allergies, go somewhere else where they will be more understanding.

After a 4 hour drive we arrived and found this little ice cream shop. The service was great and so was the ice cream. Best of all, they are open late until 11:00pm. So the entire family had ice cream at 10:30pm. Price around 6-10 dollars. For 6 dollars you get a scope of ice cream.

That’s the best Icecream ever I tried!, variety flavors, and a great vue of ocean and sunset .Your kids can enjoy an ice cream and you can have an cocktail as next to shop are a mobile car for drinks. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying i dont know why people complain about the price. First they are in a premium location: by the water which we all know aint cheap . Second, prices are in front of you the whole time and if you see $6 for a small and dont like it go to Haagen Dazs where its also $6 but there is no sitting and they have limited selection.I tried multiple flavors but loved Purple Daze. It had a generous ammount of chocolate truffles in it and in a fresh waffle cone. Service was friendly and atmosphere was nice. I recommend this place.

Yes it is expensive but totally worth it ! This is the best place on the island to have an ice cream, incredible gorgeous view ( especially at sunset time )The place is very clean and well maintained, service was great, ice cream with homemade cone was super delicious!!!People just be happy you are on vacation guys ))))))

Ok this place is ridiculous. $22 for 2 scoops of ice cream, 1 in a cone and the other scoop in a tiny tiny bowl. Absolutely ridiculous and the ice cream wasn’t even good! BEWARE of this rip off place. If she wouldn’t have already ran my card before I saw the price I most definitely would have said “No thanks. Keep it” and walked out.

The ice creme is not that good, and the service comes with an attitude. I wish I would have read reviews before I walked in. You can get a frozen treat from the 24 hour CVS down the road and be happier than you will be here.

A wee bit high on the prices, but ice cream by the boardwalk at sunset, in the Florida heat, is kind-of priceless.

They forgot to put cookies in the cookies and cream ice cream. The flavor was good, but not much on cookies. Ho hum.

Service was great! The server was very friendly and quick to help... I was a visiting tourist and felt it would be worth returning. This particular place is across from Dennys at the corner of duval and Truman.
