Tykeia was Fabulous! She was all alone when we came in, made great recommendations and we got them ( Mango smoothie, Wildberry smoothie and the Chameleon/cold brew float) all great. Within the time she was preparing our drinks the shop filled up and Tykeia handled the line like a Champ and with a smile.Thank You, so much Tykeia. 😁

Just ordered Häagen-Dazs ice cream, order came with one pint of ice cream rather than two and charge was $30! Called store and they said there was nothing they could do about it - driver had made the mistake..

This is in the perfect spot! My family came here and were so hot. We saw the ice cream and were so happy that someone had been in the right mind to have an ice cream shop. We enjoyed the ice cream to the limit. So cold and refreshing!! We loved it.

Ice cream you cant go wrong

I really liked this Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream Shop location. This really is a good spot to stop in on a warm day to cool off with a cold treat. The staff here is very patient and accommodating when you are deciding what you want and available to help you through the process. I was able to to get an extra surprise with my order too which was awesome. This was a memorable experience.

A little understaffed on a busy holiday weekend, but the young man did a good job with the pressure of the long line. Kids ordered the peppermint shakes and I had a tropical smoothie. Good stuff!

Hot day and we decided on icecream. We purchased 3 cone @ $7.00 each. I choose pralines and cream. I was handed an already melted version dropping all over due to over abundance of Carmel and being the end of the cartoon. I promptly refused it as it dropped all over me handing it back. I asked for a different flavor was told no they gave me a cup. I plopped the melted mess in the cup all soupy and asked again. They said no. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in Florida . A $7 bowl of soup and I never left the counter. Also rude employee told me the garbage can was behind me when I left the leaky mess on the counter.

A very small store in Key West, the ice was very good but pricey. I loved their milkshake it was the best in a long time, but I might be because of the happy vacation mood;) the only thing it lacks are some seats and tables. Only seats would be great but they probably cant place them.

My family and I visited Key West (via the Ferry from Fort Myers), 2 days after Christmas. The whole island was jam-packed with people (holiday week plus a cruise ship in town) so this Haagen-Dazs store was quite BUSY when we arrived!The store was clean and cool and the employees served 10 of us quickly and with ease. Despite the rush, we found the staff to be very friendly and the ice cream was fresh and delicious!After paying, we left the store and headed back to the boat, Key West Express, only to discover (about an hour or two later) that I had left my cell phone at the ice cream shop! Unable to return to retrieve it myself, I quickly contacted the store manager who took down all of my information and gave me an email address to follow up with the owner. The owner promptly replied to my request to mail the phone to my home in OH and a few days later I had it back in my possession!I am so moved by the kindness of the store manager and the owner and thought Id share this story so that others would know that this is not only a place to enjoy a great scoop of ice cream, but the staff and owner are people of high moral character. This is the type of business I want to visit and support!! I highly recommend that you visit this Haagen Dazs store when in Key West!Thank you, Lonnie & team

What kind of place closes their bathrooms but serves food and water. Never go here, these people have no understanding of humantiy and i spent $22. Never again Haageb Dazs.
