Had a great experience! Our sales rep, Katherine, was very welcoming and patiently answered all our questions. Entire process was seamless. The delivery team was very professional and took great care in setting up our sectional.

Picked up the swivel chair on 9/8 and today is 9/11. I’ve only sat on it less than 2 hours... The design and quality is just a joke. Final sale no return no refund. I am wondering if the store was actually aware of this issue so made it as a floor sample, but it still costs me $500... Stay away from Natuzzi!

I bought a bed. It only took 5 minutes for meTo choose and purchase the bed. The leather strap for the bed had a lose button which I identified the day they delivered. I came back to the store left it behind asked them to replace it. They don’t answer my calls or my emails! The sales agent was Katherine O Brien! Unbelievable poor customerService!

I really took a lot of time to think before posting this review, I was hoping this company and its employees at King Of Prussia mall will have some self respect and do the right thing and get my order completed and delivered, my order that was placed exactly a year ago.Phillip has been nothing but negative and giving fake promises, I have been texting and emailing him and his manager Beth and no response.My order was placed a year ago, after waiting 5 months, the living room came with wrong coffee table and wrong mattress ( sleep in sofa), the table was sreplaced after 2 months and the mattress yet to come.Also, sofa came crooked, very poor qualityTwo pillows were ordered and came in wrong color and size, still waiting to correct ones to come in.I have used all my patience and I will be pursuing legal action against this company unless a full refund for missing items is given.Stay away from this store, very overpriced and not worth the money you spend, plus very incompetent and unprofessional employees.

The staff are well versed in the leather and fabric options Natuzzi Italia has to offer on most of their furniture. One associate was able to come to my house and recreate my living room in a program and visually show me what my furniture would look like which was really helpful to help see the spacing of the room. Will definitely be going back when we remodel our den.

Gorgeous, handmade, high-quality Italian furniture for those who are willing to pay for customization and luxury. Be prepared to wait up to 4 months for some of the customized furniture, which is made in and shipped from Italy.

We went to look at furniture there after a bad experience at Raymour and Flanigan and Sarah the sales person, schooled us on how their furniture is constructed and came to our home, mapped out our house with tape to see how the furniture we were thinking of getting would fit. She then did a computer cad rendering, so that we could see how it would look in our space and all before we made the purchase. we are waiting for our furniture to come in this month. Cant wait to see it! I will post a review after we get the furniture. So we recieved the furniture and it was not what we expected. We had a traumatic experience and the furniture was the last thing on our mind. Since the furniture was under warranty, we tried to get help for defects on the furniture so we went to the new fancy store in King of Prussia and the woman that addressed me was so rude. She had not people skills, she would speak to me whole walking away into an adjacent room. Never did get help. My next step is contact the manufacturer direct in Italy. You spent $12.000 dollars and after they received our money, customer service went to hell!!!!
