Extremely knowledgeable on all things organ. Sadly mine was too old to be worth fixing (70s wurlitzer) but they checked it out for a very reasonable fee and even had some comparable ones available to purchase. 10/10 would recommend!

We had Northside move our Yamaha Baby Grand to our new home. It was a cross-town move and was very affordable. If you have a piano worth value, look no further. Northside will handle it with care.We were so pleased that well have them back for a piano tuning in a few months.

These guys have been around forever because they are very good at what they know and love which is pianos. Service is excellent and it is always a great pleasure to work with the staff at Northside.

But in my case John was very patient with me, after two trips to the warehouse and two portions of down payment to make my monthly payments reasonable, I finally got the blessing I dreamed about for a long-long time: now I fully immerge myself into a beautiful world of music enjoying a clean sound of my wonderful piano. I have not been into the store, but I did have a mishap with a piano that is in my sorority. The man i talked to on the phone was very helpful in explaining how to fix the situation and was very pleasant. I do not know much about pianos so they came over right away (in a snow storm) and helped me with my issue. I appreciated there professionalism as well as their pleasant demeanor. :)

I have appreciated them tuning our piano at Turning Pointe Academy each year, and they are very friendly and thorough.Recently, I visited the store in search for a piano for my home, and I was greeted with much friendliness and care. Even though they were getting ready to close for the day, they spent additional time talking with me and showing me all the different varieties of pianos. Northside has been tuning pianos for my family since the 80s. Last year they helped me purchase a new piano with ease and are so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a family piano to have for ages.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with someone from Northside music. I assume I spoke to the same person as the previous reviewer, and he was completely dismissive when I told him what I was in the market for - a digital piano for $1000 or less. I even called back to ask about the digital pianos he said that he did have for around $1200 but he refused to even tell me what models they carry. He said we dont give out models over the phone. What? Do you just want to get me in the store without having researched your selection so you can try to sell me something for more than its worth? Thats certainly what it felt like. I will gladly deal with a piano dealer in Indy to not have to deal with these people. He also tried to tell me that if I saw a Yamaha digital piano at Piano Solutions in Indy that it must have been used., which was wrong by the way. So you can tell me what models other stores have but you wont tell me what models you have? Im not sure when being unhelpful and dismissive has been a good business model, but they certainly will never earn my business. I was literally hung up on twice while asking questions about their pianos. Maybe phone technology is garbage as well. I guess if someones out of touch with reality it is them because those affordable digital pianos have come a long way and they sell like crazy.

I called Milo after watching his (most educational tutorial) vids on evaluating a used piano. Afterwards, he helped answer many follow up questions. He has been so kind and helpful (to a complete, long distance stranger). Stay away from this company!! They gave me a quote to move a piano(Richard), then when I called back,to complete the move,price went up $147.00 dollars!! The lady that Richard put on the phone, said Richard works in the shop, his job is repair,not quotes Beware!!! Would have given Zero star review,but you cant post without one star!!!
