Juan the mechanic is an awesome guy. I now have used this place 4 different times this past year for a jeep and Audi which both turned out excellent. I will add, I can be a demanding guy and expect good work, high integrity at a fair price. My experience has been very positive which I felt warranted a review.The owner/manager has been nice and upfront too.

Great customer service. The owner was professional and friendly, and his staff got my Jeep up and running within the day after a major electronic problem.

Very annoyed, the mechanic is not professional and lost my business, I made an appointment for an oil change on a Friday for Monday afternoon 2:00, I showed up on time and was told they couldnt do it today and had no clue of my appointment, he shrugged it off like could care less... This Midas has the curse of poor customer service..

Service mechanic is rude entitled and disrespectful he lost a sale today just because of his attitude never coming here again and would recommend somebody else give them your money

Stranded without a working vehicle twice this week. Charged for parts that werent originally broken. The pricing would be reasonable if they didnt keep breaking additional things.Just real sloppy work overall. Much more stress than paying a few extra bucks at a better shop. My family wont be bringing vehicles here any longer.

Promptly fixed our Prius Air Conditioning for a reasonable amount, when the dealer was proposing a sum approaching a national debt ;-oAnd it was done promptly on a Saturday afternoon.And we didnt have to leave Laguna Beach.

Made an appointment on Saturday to bring my car in on Monday to get the headlight repaired.Showed up on Monday and was told he wouldnt be able to work on the car till 4pm when the appointment was at 2pm.Ive never had a mechanic pull something like that on me. specially when I had come in Saturday to drop it off, but was told he was busy and to bring it in on Monday. Thats when I made the appointment as to not have a repeat.If you need something done at a certain time, dont take it to this Midas.

They are really disrespectful. I talked with someone on the phone he said he is the owner and the manager he was almost gonna swear at me. Dont go there if you have a little bit mind.

Loyal and remember everything about my car.
