Great customer service! They were able to translate my gibberish and direct me to the right computer that I needed to produce music. 100% satisfied with the computer and the customer service.
We recently purchased a tv and laptop, on two different occasions. The staff were busy but when they came to us were very helpful and considerate of our needs. Educated on what theyre selling.
God bless this staff. They gave good service. However, the pandemic impacted the quality & quantity of their product line. I bought a computer from the box. However, this computer did not work and should not be placed for sale. I ended with a smaller screen computer. I really wanted a larger screen computer and left Best Buy without it. For the 1st time in my life, I left Best Buy disappointed. I hope my experience is an unique pandemic situation and not a new Best Buy standard.

Great experience. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted. I didn’t do much this trip other than recycle my laptop. But it was an easy process. I handed the laptop to the front desk and they said “ we got it from here, you’re good to go”.
Good place. Friendly staff. Great spot to spend all the money... probably to much money. But...... you will go home happy knowing the fridge now has a built in answering machine. Also it can now have an electronic relationship with the thermostat down the hall. You can also sleep a little better knowing the thermostat will even connect with the washing machine downstairs. That just so happens to be smart enough to know what the stains its washing out of the clothes are. It wont judge tho-
Best Buy is always a great store. But, the folks at this location are extremely focused on giving great and friendly care. They are attentive and helpful. I like the layout of this store and will be back again and again. Great selections and super prices.
Everyone was very helpful. Helped me find the right printer ink. Explained that you needed to print every month to prevent ink from drying out. They also took my old broken printer to recycle.
Tyson from the computer section was amazing! Before we were helped he dealt with a very annoying customer well. He then multitasked with another customer to help speed things up. Then while helping us he was quick, answered the few questions I had, and was very personable. This man DESERVES a raise.
The gentleman who helped us was knowledgeable to a point but obviously there werent enough workers,we had more questions but were unable to get anyone back. We left without a purchase unfortunately but another ridiculous problem is best buy doesnt take phone calls. Something that could have been answered by the pick up of a phone puts us on the overcrowded roadways which is a huge turnoff of best buy. Whoever made that policy should be ashamed and on the unemployment line!
We went on a Saturday evening looking for a dryer and was helped by an associate named Joe. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and even printed off copies for us to take with us. Best Buy does not work on commission so we felt very comfortable and not pressured to make a purchase.
I needed a simple Bluetooth/CD car radio and the Sales Attendant, Mike, was very helpful and kind. He knew how to do his job and did it very well!There were a few different brand names and models available and unlike the Sales Attendant at the York Best Buy location (whos name I dont even recall) Mike stayed in there and made sure I had the right model and player unit for my vehicle. He scheduled a pick up time and an installation time to meet my schedule. I had a very nice and satisfying visit.Thank You Mike and Best Buy of Lancaster, PA!
Great selection and stock. The people here have been very helpful. They usually have better stock than the York location. The service is good and they take the time to work through questions and provide their opinion without being pushy. Prices are pretty good and seem to be in line with competitors both virtual and physical.
This location is one of the best stores Ive been to. The staff is very polite, the store is well stocked, easy to navigate, and a great selection. Great parking and easy access is an added bonus.
Stopped in today because my current 2 in 1 laptop died last night 🙃 Jimmy to the rescue! He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me with answering my questions, understanding my concerns, and gave me recommendations based on my needs. Jeff helped me so much. I didn’t even buy a laptop there but he helped me so much pick out the perfect laptop for college. He was super nice and knowledgeable. I didn’t know anything about the processor differences but he explained everything so I didn’t buy something that wouldn’t suffice.

Never actually buy something from here. Service is horrible. Had multiple bad experiences with service and employees that arent very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I will only visit to see an item that Im interested in and then purchase online at a more reliable company.

This trip worked out better than I thought the customer service to experience was great. I was able to find everything I was looking for and more.
For Christmas I was gifted a remote starter and I had an appointment to get it installed. Well a couple days after it was installed my car’s computer went crazy. Tons off alerts were going off (rear and front collision, blind spot detection, etc). I took my car back to Best Buy as my car tech said it was due to the remote starter. Best Buy got my car in that day and fixed the remote starter (loose wire). Once again the issue happened a few days later and I finally just asked them to take it out. They again gave me an appointment the next day to take it out and they returned and refunded the starter for me. Then, they gave my car a full inspection which included checking my battery and my car’s computer system. Every time I went in, everyone in the Auto section was super helpful and didn’t give me a hard time at all when I asked to return the device instead of getting it hard wired into my car. Although that particular device didn’t work out for me, I would definitely go there again for any auto installation. They understood my, what I think was justified, frustration and explained the issues to me in terms I could understand. Big thank yous to everything in the auto department that was able to help me out!
Staff were friendly and helpful ....as far as my phone getting broke i think they will say anything to sell products... when i ask for a protective case against drops thats what i expect..when i went back to store all i get is ...oh im so sorry ...
I wish the sales guys werent competing in the brand wars, Sony, Samsung and LG are all at best buy with their own representatives as sales consultants. All touting that their brand is the best. This makes it harder for the average consumer to choose. Otherwise, Best Buy is a great place for you electronic purchases.

Ollies is located very close to me. I love dropping in to grab a couple of items. The last three times I went in to grab a few items, only one or two registers with cashiers. There were nine people in one line and eight in the other. Sorry Ollies, I just left my basket and left. I will not wait for 15 minutes or more to check out. I wish you had a five item or less line or a self check out line.
I am always pleased at the exceptional service I get here. This is the only place I would go anymore for electronics.

What an awesome experience with Daniella at Best Buy in Lancaster. Our family ordered 2 iPhone12 on-line with Best Buy. There was an activation issue, so Daniella called us to help resolve it before we drove an hour to pick up phones go. Daniella’s and Best Buy teams attention to detail and second to none knowledge of cell phones service, helped us get through all the phone issues, that we created, and leave with activated service on our new iPhone12. I highly recommend the Best Buy, in Lancaster, and specifically Daniella for taking the time, working one on one with us (customers) and have the patients and know how to fix and complete a problem transaction. Went in for a Bluetooth dongle. Employee was well informed and gave me all the assistance I needed. Really good experience and will be going back for all my electronics needs.
We went in to get a new phone. The salesman Nate was extremely helpful. I got a moto play, it was only $160. Thats much cheaper than Verizon. Then he started to transfer everything, no charge. He had to call Verizon for an authorization for the sim card, we were on the phone with Verizon for 2 hours!!! This was the contract agent direct line. Verizon had no clue what to do, other than two is to come in to the store and pay $70. Nate at best buy stayed with the whole process and was able to successfully start my phone. Verizon was beyond useless. Ive never bought a phone from best buy buy I will again.
I received the best customer service EVER from The Geek Squad at this Best Buy. I was blown away by how knowledgeable, friendly and helpful everyone was. Not just the gentleman, Chris (I believe), who was helping me, but also other team members who checked in to make sure I was still being helped while Chris was looking for my product in the store. I have previously been indifferent about Best Buy, but will ABSOLUTELY gladly return due to my experience today. Keep up the great work, Geek Squad!!

So upset. We ordered an electric start for our sons car for Christmas. Had it scheduled for tomorrow 12/17/20, now they are telling us we dont have an appointment, and cant get us in until January 20, 2021. When asked what happen to our appointment, they said they couldnt explain, and to call corporate. After waiting an hour on the phone, we were told to call our local store. Someone better take responsibility! This was our sons Christmas present. Do you know how hard it is to come up with an idea for a good gift for an 18 year old!? I AM LIVID. WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR TOMORROW AFTER 4 PM!!!!

This used to be the go-to place for electronics and the go to for knowledge about the devices. Boy has it gone downhill. Employees there are nothing more than cashiers. No one knows anything about any of the products. I cant believe how far this place has declined in the past few years.
Waited for a salesperson for over a half-hour to assist me and no one came to help very disappointed with the service... finally just walked away from there with out buying what I came to get

I went there on March 12 to purchase the Eufy floodlight camera and I had some questions about it I wanted to ask the employee working the security camera area. However, there was no employee working the security camera area so I went to the greeter by the entrance and asked if anybody was working that area. The only thing he could say was yes and no, and a young lady standing next to him told me that all employees were busy, however all I saw were employees standing around talking to each other about their phones.She said he would inform one of the employees to come help me so I went back to the security camera area and waited around for a few more minutes. Finally I just gave up waiting, grabbed the Eufy Floodlight camera and paid for it. The only real help I received that day was from the young lady at the checkout counter. Thanks for nothing floor employees.And yes, I was wearing my required face mask so its not like the employees were avoiding me because I wasnt. More than likely they were avoiding me because they have forgotten what customer services is.
Due to covid we cant look at your computer even though you paid for the warranty. Thats crazy when you spend between 3 to 4 grand there when you buy electronics.
They have a wide variety of airfryers coffee makers microwaves vacuum cleaners.....a little bit of everything. A foodies delight.

Came in to buy an “HBO now” gift card, which they had in stock. Went to checkout and it was not ringing up, the cashier told me “I’ve never seen this card before” (even though there are numerous HBO now gift cards in stock hanging with the others) and told me “there is nothing I can do about it, I can’t sell you this”. Great, thanks for all of the help.Extremely poor service.
Staff was supposed to come help us. Never came. Had to find someone which was difficult as most other customers had at least 2 people helping them. I would work on cross training staff for better assistance.

Extremely professional staff and heartwarming they really take the concept of retail to the next levelI walked in with the intention of buying a screen protector after unable to apply it myself they charged me a low fee of $7 to applied for me and after the sales representative put it on there was some ear bubbles left on the screen I pointed it out any happily swapped it for another I could not have been happy with the professionalism attitude and overall vibe of the store I would happily recommend this store for any products help and advice this store boasts a variety of sectors containing phones tablets TVs fridges and much more to enhance your day-to-day activity any modern house complete with Samsung stations Verizon stations Apple stations and a full range of PCS and laptops this makes the store one of the better Best buys I have been to and definitely changes my views on retail

It’s really hard to find certain things. Like instead of having an isle of chargers and suck I was having to stop at every phone kiosk. Organization has legit never been a strong suit for them

Possibly the worst customer service Ive ever experienced, both in this store and on their corporate line. Hopefully this place goes out of business soon, Id rather put a campfire out with my face than deal with these people again.Warning - dont buy a TV or big appliance from this place, their delivery policy is horrible and youll have to rent a truck to take it out of the store if you dont have one, even if it will fit in your car. Quite honestly the worst store on planet earth. Good riddance.
