K&A is my go to place for appliances! Recently I purchased a washing machine and electric range (previously a dryer) and I couldnt be happier with the overall experience. From the knowledgeable staff in the warehouse, thank you Chris, to the kind and considerate delivery staff, super thanks John and Jose for taking the time to walk me through the new machines, I recommend K&A to all my friends and family and now to everyone on Google. I am just so impressed with this company and all they do.

No coverage on a faulty drawer claiming it’s wear and tear after it broke twice in a month. I will never buy or recommend anything from this company. Don’t sell a warranty and then act like you’re a con artist following the sale. Not sure how a company like this stays in business. They sell the faulty leftovers of the appliance stores and then don’t back the product. What a disgrace.

I found this company on google because I needed a dishwasher repair and the big name company I have always used couldn’t get me on the schedule for 12 days. I was delighted with the experience with K&A. The scheduler was helpful and the repair tech was very professional. And their service fee is guaranteed for 90 days!!! This was very important because, of course, my appliance worked on the day they came to fix it. It stopped working the next day and they were able to come right out and fix it without another service fee. I will definitely be using this company again!! Thanks for exceeding expectations!!

Saving the big bucks is what this place is all about. I purchased a new Maytag washer and dryer; guess whos income tax return arrived? I was greeted at the door and pointed in the right direction. This is absolutely no pressure shopping. After perusing the aisles I found my W&D. After a very thorough inspection, I only found a minor scratch on the dryer and Im still looking for something wrong with the washer... So I waived to the guy who sent me into appliance heaven and he directed me the office area where a young lady rang me up. $25 to deliver, they took my old ones away, I saved an extra $100 because I bought both the W&D and saved at least $500 on my purchase. The staff were great, answered my questions with a smile and my machines were delivered in about 3 days. Both are working great!! So when youre in the market for any type of appliance and if you dont mind a scratch or little dent, go check them out.

My wife and I got an amazing deal on a refrigerator. It had the teeny tiniest little dent on the side but other than that it was in perfect condition. We came to K & A Appliances to see their selection before going with another retailer. A good friend recommended them and Im so happy we decided to go.We found a dryer bigger than the one I was going to purchase from the other retailer and over $200 less than the value simply because it had a small scuff on the front. Granted, some appliances do have noticeable dents.I found them to be knowledgeable and honest about their products. Tony was extremely helpful! We mentioned to him about the belt on our dryer breaking and rather than have us rush to purchasing a new dryer he encouraged us to call during the week and they may be able to help us get a belt so we can repair it instead. Our dryer was old so I was ready!Angel and Danny were the two that delivered the appliances (they had a good deal on deep freezers) and they were great! They properly installed our dryer (which another retailer wouldnt even do) and gave us tips on how to fix our vent and looked up exactly what we needed to get.They have stoves, overhead microwaves, refrigerators, washer and dryers (electric and gas, as well as commercial) and deep freezers. We went to their main location in Greenfield. Oh yea, delivery fee is based off of distance from their store. 10 miles or less is free delivery. It was also free installation and free appliance removal.

I was looking for a family owned or locally owned business from where to purchase my new washer and dryer, and I’m so glad I chose them. Every person I’ve come into contact with has been professional, courteous, and helpful. Not to mention, I got a new, in box washer and dryer set for a price that I’m confident I wouldn’t have been able to get anywhere else. Purchased a Dishwasher a week ago and although it washed fine it never dried the dishes. Called a day later for service and the Tech had to order a new dryer part:( when he came out, instead of replacing the new dishwasher altogether. So basically I paid full price (saved only a fraction from other sellers on same model) to now have a refurbished scratch and dent (lol) at near full price. Service Dept. Gal was NOT friendly at all, quite rude honestly and stated this is their policy without apology or consideration for inconvenience or further discount. Agree, installers are really nice though! Definitely read return policy more carefully incase its a dud like mine:( its non-returnable with a year service piecing it back together ugh.) Not a thrilled Customer:(

When our dishwasher stopped working, we came by and were helped immediately and got a great deal on a new, stainless dishwasher. The guys who delivered it did a great job removing the old one and installing the new one and weve had no issues since. Check them out, you wont regret it.

John & Michael delivered and installed a Christmas surprise for my grandmother this week. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They possessed excellent customer service skills, thorough installation skills, and were diligent of the home and space they worked in. Michael took the time to explain to us how the new washer and dryer worked and answered any questions we had. This place was recommended by a family member, so when we found ourselves in need of a washing machine, we decided to check it out. We were greeted promptly by Corey who showed us what was in stock and was very apologetic about their lower than normal inventory. He was pleasant and was not trying to hard sell us on anything. We found one we liked and they were able to offer delivery in a couple of days. Worked out perfectly as I had some time off scheduled and could be around to handle the delivery.The drivers called about 15 minutes out and let me know they were on their way. They arrived, got right to removing the old Samsung and were ready to install the new one. From arrival to test to departure was under 30 minutes. I didnt get their names but they were also pleasant and knew what they were doing.Our first experience here was excellent and we will be sure to return when we are in need of other appliances.

When I need a new appliance, I dont even shop anywhere else anymore. Just recently I discovered they also have a service guy that come out, in my case I needed a new appliance so I got $25 off of my new purchase.

I couldn’t find a gas dryer for my dad anywhere! They all had to be ordered & they couldn’t say how long it would take to get. K& A had MANY gas dryers to pick from and they would deliver & set up in only 2 days . The two gentlemen who brought the dryer were very polite, and competent at installing. Beyond impressed with the service @ K&A from start to finish - Chris was extremely polite, helpful, and professional - I was a bit overwhelmed with the huge warehouse inventory, but he helped me find the exact refrigerator that would meet our needs and helped us get set up with free delivery and removal of our broken appliance - John and Michael delivered the new refrigerator 2 days later (right on time) and went above and beyond with setting up the water line since we did not have one with our old refrigerator - they were both very polite and took the time to show me all of the features of the refrigerator and walked me through setting up all of the filters and registering the appliance- we will definitely be using this local business for any future appliance needs!!

We walked into the Willow Street store 20 minutes before closing time. Corey Keller was courteous and genuine. He never even noticed the clock ticking down, instead helping us choose the refrigerator we wanted. He made sure to look over the whole appliance with us so that there wouldnt be any surprises when it arrived at our home. The installation was fast. The guys even had to take a few doors off, but they re-hung the doors quickly. It turned out that the fridge door handles were the wrong ones; K and A had someone else out to our place the very next day with the correct handles. We also couldnt have the water and ice hook-up we wanted right away, but Cisco and Daniel explained how it could happen later, and now we cant wait for Cisco to return and do that for us in the near future. We are very pleased with K and A, and are looking forward to returning for other appliances we need!

We had a new refrigerator delivered this morning and two refrigerators removed, John and Alberto were absolute rockstars! Polite, thorough, knowledgeable, and navigated our weirdly laid out home with no issues! Corey was wonderful helping us pick out the right fridge for us and lent us his tape measure. He made the buying process super easy, and delivery, installation, and removal of the old fridge were free! We will be making all future appliance purchases at K&A and cannot recommend them enough!

LARGE warehouse-style showroom with a lot of new scratch-n-dent appliances. The damage to most of the products they have is so minimal that its barely noticeable, though one here and there had a more significant dent.The web site claims up to 70% off retail, but we couldnt find anything more than about 25% off. Make sure you compare K&A to the local big-box guys when they have sales to make sure you get the best deal.

We were so pleased with our washer we bought from here. It had a mild scratch on the side, which was the whole scratch and dent deal this place operates under but it works fantastic. We were also impressed with how kind and helpful the installers were. Will buy here preferentially in the future.

We got a good deal on a range and dishwasher. Chris provided friendly service and delivery was prompt. Jesus returned to replace a hinge that I didnt even realize was an issue, but he noticed the slight wobble. He could have simply bent the hinge back, but said he did not want to risk compromising the structural integrity. I appreciate his perfectionism.

Was able to find exact washer that i was looking for but $80 cheaper then another appliance retailer. You would expect a bog noticeable scratch or dent or some running error but my wife and I have used in multiple times in last week without any problems and had to search to find any scratches. We went in looking for a dryer. Mark asked us a few questions to see what we were interested in and then quickly pointed out what they had. Their selection was quite large..we definitely had quite a few options to pick from. Mark was able to get us a good deal and we left that day very happy with the service and we purchased our dryer! Delivery was 3 days later and I loved how they called us 2 days in advance to give us a time frame. The day of delivery they called us within 10 minutes of being at our house. John and Robinson were efficient and really good at delivering our new dryer. It was installed and the old dryer was taken away for us. I was happy with the product. However, I select the option to buy the fridge because the estimate to repair the old fridge was $470. After the sales person Becky had the green light she did not want to help me; I ask after the order of the replacement for the original detail repair estimate in an email - easy. I hope the repair cost was not a gimmick to sale something. I needed the estimate for the future. I will use someone else next time, oppose to my management companies pick, the landlords can use anyone, she can ignore me, that say much about K&A

We learned about K&A when my mom needed a new washer, and we have just returned for a new stove for our home! We worked with Corey during our time at the warehouse, he was very knowledgeable and really listened to the things we had to have for our new appliance. He showed us a few models and explained the differences between them so we could make the best choice. I waited until we had our stove delivered to write this review so i could speak for the whole process! It was so painless. We were called 3 days before our delivery date and given a window for delivery time. On the day of delivery the gentlemen who were bringing my stove called me about 20 minutes before they arrived so I had a better estimate of when they would show up, which I really appreciated! When John and Daniel arrived they were very respectful of my home, I had behind my old stove cleaned already but they did let me know they would have given me time to clean it before the new one was put in. After the stove was installed (which took maybe 20-30 minutes between taking the old one out and fully installing the new one) the guys explained and showed me a few features of my new appliance and let me know about my warranty. They spoke very highly of the company they work for when they explained they also service products for their customers if any problems arise with my new stove. I would happily buy from K&A again, I will actually be looking to go there for a new dishwasher in the next few months! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new appliance!and I just have to say this, if anyone is nervous about the scratch and dent part, dont be! my new oven is GORGEOUS! there is a small imperfection at the bottom of the oven drawer but you can barely see it! The delivery guys left about 15 minutes and I just had to hop on to leave a review. Mark was great and helped us out so quickly. Which is fantastic when having to shop with children. He was very helpful and understood right away about what we needed and our budget and never got pushy about making us spend more just for the sake of spending more. The delivery guys, John and Robinson, were so quick and efficient getting the stove in. After a horrible experience at Home Depot we were recommended K & A...and we will definitely be recommending it to others and shopping there again.

I dont want to give K & A Appliance a good review because I dont want anyone else to know about this hidden gem! We had our upright freezer die and needed one fast. We called and spoke to Corey who told us they had several. We stopped by and he immediately met us and helped us find one. The price was unbelievable! It was about 1/2 the price of the big box stores. The delivery crew was just as nice! The following day, Sisco and Jose arrived on time and installed our new freezer quickly and with a smile! All the people we interacted with at K&A were friendly and courteous. We will definitely be back for our next appliance purchase.
