Never open when advertised. Purchased a belt that separated at the link and instead of trying to fix it myself, I attempt to return it. Im told I have to come back to talk to the owner. For what, Im here now? Theres no return policy listed anywhere. Nor was I given a receipt that states a policy. Very disappointed with the lack of service and how business is not conducted. You cant be hard up for $15. So Im stuck with a defective product?
