Eric was our salesman this afternoon. We had an excellent explanation of ALL things mattress! Eric carefully walked us through the latest in technology and the choices available, foam vs.cotton vs. space age cooling materials. Then we were “ fitted” via a device like a mattress we laid on, that measured our body type and weight as to further define a choice of firmness and comfort. The whole experience was exceptional. From our salesperson Cici to the delivery process. You are given a delivery window of 3 hours and being able to track the truck and being given a stop number makes this a painless process. You receive an email the night before delivery with the approximate times. I also received a reminder call the day of and an automated call when the truck is 10 minutes out. Selecting the right mattress was a breeze. I received an email evening before the day we selected for delivery. The email gave us a three hour window so we could plan our day and we got a phone call notifying us a half hour before they were due to arrive. Delivery people were courteous and polite did a great job.

We had a positive experience at this location. CiCi was great. She greeted us within one minute of walking in the door. Her demeanor was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. After asking us only a few questions, CiCi was able to point out 5-6 mattresses we should try, and we liked them all! She showed us what to look for in terms of a good mattress fit. When we chose our mattress, she taught us all about the warranty. This was a great experience!

It was definitely time for a new mattress for us but where to begin??? Seems there is either a pizza shop or mattress store on every corner! We began nearest our home @ Mattress Warehouse and we did not have to search any farther. The sales woman (sorry, but cannot remember her name) was phenomenal. She was not pushy and we were impressed with the knowledge she shared with us about all of the different brands and types of mattresses. We also loved our experience with the computerized bed that narrowed down the best mattresses for us. Even better was that it did not direct us only to any one brand name but rather types that were best suited for us. The delivery was also quick and seamless.We have slept on the new bedding now for over a week and cannot believe the difference it makes.

My wife and I needed a new mattress. Our memory foam one was shot. We new that we would never buy another one of those. We went to mattress warehouse and were promptly greeted by Cynthia. She was very pleasant and helpful and asked us to try the bedmatch machine there. I was skeptical and probably came on as a little condescending (Im sorry about coping the attitude Cindy) . We tried that and we then looked at three different sets and decided on the one we wanted. Cindy did the zero interest financing for us and were were set up for delivery. The delivery went fine and they took our old set away. Our experience with them was excellent and we would definitely shop there again.

Our sales lady was wonderful but sadly that is where our good experience ended. We had a change of address prior to delivery. We went in person to give them the new address. On the day of delivery the gentleman went to the old address. After asking us to give him the correct address he said he would be right the rest. The new address was 8 miles away. 3 hours and multiple unanswered phone calls we where told that he decided not to come that day and we would need to reschedule for the next day. The gentleman in the store was beyond rude. He hung up on me multiple times and told me to grow up. We where in the middle of moving so this really added unneeded stress. When the mattress was finally delivered to the correct place the delivery man NEVER spoke a word to me he pointed his fingers and tapped his clip board for a signature. They left horrible marks on my new homes walls and ripped half the plastic on my mattress shoving it around. When I finally was able to get through to a person at corporate after multiple unreturned phone calls the customer service lady told me she did not know what I wanted her to do about my bad experience. Overall I am beyond appalled at the experience and lack of caring by anyone for how we were treated and I would never tell anyone to shop there.

Cici was very knowledgeable about all of the different mattress models and was asked us many questions to match us up with a mattress that best suited our needs. Her 120 day guarantee with no restocking fee helped us feel comfortable about our purchase. We purchased 2 mattresses on a Sunday and had them delivered by Tuesday. The delivery guys were very conscientious when bring the mattresses in and set up everything very quickly. We would recommend others to go see Cici at Mattress Warehouse by Costco.

I recently purchased a mattress and electric frame and pillows and I love them. I had new bed for a week and i havent sleep this great in 15 years. I have been on a quest for the perfect pillow and bed for ever and I have finally found it. Yaa. I cant say enough about the sales people who helped me. Lenny, Bob and Cici. AN UPDATE: 2 days after I wrote this review the delivery service called and said the order would be here on September12th between 1:00 and 5:00. At 11:00 this morning the delivery men called and said they would be here in an hour. They were right on time and are currently setting up the bed. I am glad the situation worked out, finally, but will definitely not make another major purchase while on vacation.Bought an entire bed on August 7th. It is now September 6th. Because we bought this bed while on vacation and live 6 hours away, we were told delivery would be handled by a store nearer to us and it could take a month, but wed get a call in a couple weeks. No call. So we called this store a week ago and the salesman told us how outraged he was that we didnt have our bed and that he was going to fix this right now. Nothing. Called again today and he said they loaded that, you should have it and he was calling them in 5 minutes and would get right back to us. That was over 5 hours ago. Right now my opinion of this store and its customer service is that it sucks! And if I dont get some honest answers about this bed ASAP, there is going to be a lawsuit in their future. Just saying, Keith. Be honest with us and just give us a date.

Guy smelled like alchohol and stale cigs. and didnt want to be bothered to help. I bought 2 mattresses an hour later at Martins in Ephrata. Got a better deal and much better help there.

My husband and I bought a new mattress in August 2016. Two months later the right side of our mattress started to sag and slant. We contacted Matress Wearhouse who promptly assisted with a warranty claim. Subsequently we were contacted by a bed inspector, who set up an appointment to inspect the bed. One and a half weeks later we heard from the Matress Wearhouse warranty department who advised us to obtain a center support and after sending pictures we would be given a credit, value to a replacement mattress. We went to Mattress Wearhouse and were assisted by CI Ci. She was so very helpful, loaded with knowledge and worked tirelessly to make sure we got the perfect replacement. She handled the entire transaction quickly and rushed the shipment of the mattress so we would receive it before the Holiday weekend. She helped to turn an initial disappointment into a very positive experience thru her high quality service!

Horrible service and the salesman, lee was rude and disrespectful when I called to return the crappy mattress he sold me. Claimed he told me stuff that he never did and I had to tell him several times to lower his voice and stop yelling at me. Once I get my refund I will NEVER step foot in this store again. Cant believe I fell for it.
