I really love coming to WinCo. I think the employees are so friendly. I have issues with social anxiety but I feel pretty safe and comfortable in WinCo. Their wide variety and selection on items is awesome, people are always asking me where did you get that? and its usually because I found something cool at WinCo. They have the best prices in town, they literally have the BEST produce! I love WinCo, this a life time customer.

Very clean and well stocked. The cashiers are in top of things. We were waiting in line and one came and got us because her line was empty.

I like WinCos Foods supermarket because the food products are reasonably priced, the store is always clean, friendly employees, restroom available for customers, and my #1 reason for liking this place is that theyre open 24/7.

Are used to love this Winco but they’ve recently changed managers and this manager refuses to schedule employees for good customer service I was in there today and left a basket of groceries because the lines were halfway through the store because there were only four cashiers on a Sunday!

This store is high on my list. They have the coolest stuff. A couple of good finds.

A very interesting and rather large selection especially in the food section. Their chicken and sandwich selections are priced right and are always fresh. The lighting in the store and its layout also create a positive atmosphere.

Prices are good.Love that they have a big bulk section to buy my spices and flours and oats and baking items and quinoa and grains.. and cereals..and great natural products.. at reasonable prices. I think they beat most of the other markets..

Great place to shop. Pretty much fully stocked unlike Walmart. Only downside is, not much selection of in-store brands. Highly recommended, especially for pet owners.

Some of the employees are really rude, every time I go through the self checkout it’s one particular cashier she’s always so rude, I have a disability and if I ask a question it’s always a problem with her, and then she wants to remind me it’s only 15 items or less, yes I know, she’s short with dark wavy hair, every time I see her she always looks unhappy. So maybe she wants everyone else to be unhappy, we are all going through a rough time with this mask stuff and the pandemic. If you don’t want to come to work then don’t, it’s already difficult out here without having to deal with someone with bad customer service skills.

I really like this grocery store. Its really the only one I go to because of the prices and products. I try not do big shopping trips. I fill up my recyclable bags with what I need, use the self check out, because Im fast, and Im out of there. Customer service is good.

I love WinCo but l have been noticing mark ups. Employees (for the most part) are pretty awesome.

Winco gets 4 stars for their prices. The store is fairly large and pretty much has everything including bulk items. The downside is the checkout lines can be long. You also do your own bagging. They have a large parking lot as well.

Winco has fairly lower prices than most markets. Except for soda. 2 ltr of coke is just over $2

I bought four expensive lightbulbs and two were the wrong size I didn’t even leave the Parking lot and brought them back inside Winco to return them, and they would not let me return them, saying, they can’t put the light bulbs back on the shelf because they don’t know if the light bulbs will work or not.Horrible customer service I will never return here again. I will shop at Costco, where they value their customers more.

Nasty parking area and entrance! Understand its employees run business but the employees rarely working! Have to pay attention when choosing your grocery basket, I discovered after placing my groceries it was bird feces in the basket and eventually got on me! Totally pist!!Depend on the visit I might get greeted! I stay 5 seconds from the store but might have to return to food 4 less! sanitary & health out weights everything!! Including convenience!!

Good store but at the self checkout line, the machine kept malfunctioning and the employees would not come to help. They only came to tell us our card declined.... they were standing right next to us just talking the whole time

It’s very frustrating when you order at your store WinCo #35 and told us it’ll be ready in 26Min,we were there and make us wait and hour and fourteen min after,we asked how long more and we were totally ignored,my daughter asked to please talk to a manager and know what’s going on but this manager went to ask another manager and the lady just came and she told us “I can do nothings about it”..we never received and explanation,excuse or apologize for this very bad and rude customer service..we children were waiting all this time and you really didn’t care!! What a shame!!

My husband told me Winco had changed and is better than ever. It really is. The aisles are so nice and clean and shelves so straight. I was highly impressed. Next time Ill take pictures.

I Love this store. I’ve been shopping at WINCO ever since they first opened. The staff are efficient, friendly, knowledgeable not rude. The prices and the cleanliness of the store is one of the major factors that keeps me coming to this store. Even during COVID 19 the shelves stayed pretty much stocked. For me it’s the Greatest store in the Antelope Valley. I just wish that they had more handicap parking places in the parking lot. And, also if there was a way to bring the electric wheel chair out to the parking lot since I am severely disabled and have a difficult time walking. It’s a nightmare for me. To make my way into the store.

I generally like shopping here. Good selection and prices are generally competitive if not better than WalMart. At least here theres usually no gaping empty spaces on shelves in the middle of the day. Always like getting a slice of pizza on the way out.

This store has really gone down hill. Everything from the parking lot, food and trash broken glass everywhere, areas being blocked off for restocking but there is no one in there. Even their prices are not competitive. Its embarrassingto shop there anymore.

Cashier added $50 charge for lotto tickets, I didnt buy lotto tickets, in fact the store doesnt sell them. I called when I got home and noticed the error, they said come back to the store and they would refund it.. I arrived and they said they would not refund the charges even though they dont sell them! Talk about steeling!

I love the prices, the quality of the merchandise and how nice and clean the store was inside.....my cashier could use a little courtesy training but overall ideal shopping experience.

The prices on some items, produced very costly. Great excellent fresh everything organic and none organic, not too much of locally grown produced such as fruits and vegetables such as blueberries blackberries gingers beef tomatoes vegetables salad mixes and more, not too pleased with buying fruits and vegetables from others countries especially during this CORONAVIRUS EPIDEMIC.

Itwas a good visit. When lines get backed up they always open another one. Mike is always a very pleasant man to his customers . I prefer to go through cashiers line to help keep people working. And since Winco was built here I have shopped there. And everytime I shop I have never had a bad experience from any employee. Thanks to all

I will start this review describing our recent visit experience during COVID-19. Everyone in the store is wearing a mask, there is one hand sanitation station before entering, and there was no one monitoring the number of people entering the store.As for the store, great costumer service, amazing selection of every grocery you can think of and perfect layout making your visit extremely satisfying.Thank you WinCo for the attention to detail however, I will make a suggestion of adding more sanitation stations throughout the store.

Pros- best prices in town, lots of bins/canisters of things (kind of like Whole Foods style) with everything from chocolate covered gummi bears to several kinds of quinoa, items/brands you wont see at other local markets like self-serve containers of local honey, avocado oil, and cashew butter, plus 6 self checkout kiosks.Cons- If you go during the first week or so of the month its packed. However, they have lots of employees working during those times so checkout is never terrible and everything is in stock. Go early in the morning and youll avoid the rush, and/or the end of the month. Service deli customer service is terrible so dont expect too much...plus the meat is pre-sliced and selection is REALLY BASIC with no option for sliced cheeses. Its pretty much varieties of turkey, ham, and roast beef.The cons are minor compared to the value and overall experience though.

Found everything I needed except Febreze products. Fast and efficient shopping trip.

This Winco is TERRIBLE. Not representative of the chain as a whole. Was here for no more than 10 minutes and was discriminated against TWICE. Couldnt even let me eat my pizza slice I bought from them for 5 MINUTES. Terrible terrible service. Really

If your shopping in bulk its an amazing store to go to...meats are so expensive rn everywhere so I highly recommend it especially of you dont care about name brands then its easy to get things for 30 cents- up to 10 dollars lower

This place has a little bit of everything, and a great prices. I was a little overwhelmed at the size of the store, but it is really well laid out and easy to navigate. The employees all made eye contact and the cashier was nice. I was shopping at 10pm after work, and the store was still busy enough to have 3 checkstands open plus the self checkout. Ill definitely be back.

Grimly looking yet organized shelving. got what Im looking for at the right price. Less ceded then Walmart. About 5 min wait to check out tonight in self checkout. Outside parking lot always fill if questionable characters.

Produce department is always on point and fresh, they just revamped it and made it even better! Meat is always good too!!

You can get some good buys here. Employees arent the friendliest but not rude either. Dont buy their chicken unless your ok with feathers. They have a lot of bulk items but right now everything is in bags. I dont like the set up of the store aisles. I would go back. Went to this store early to get some things. I wanted to be done before it got too hot. Never go early in the morning you cant get through the aisles because they have a crazy amount of people stocking and they just throw the boxes on the floor so no room to get through. They only had 1 cashier and he actually asked me to go look up a code for him because he didnt know it and couldnt ask anyone. There is definitely something wrong here.

Miss Edie at the customer service center is the bomb. Shes super friendly and enjoys doing her job. I came to get money orders and they only take the chipped debit card at the customer service desk. I got one money order there and I had to go get money off my card to get another money order. When I came back Miss Edie remembered me and she waived the fee for the money order because I couldnt use both of my debit cards there. Its the little things like this that gives me hope. Some people understand what customer service means and Miss Edie is definitely one of those people.

Never been here before but must say it was pleasant experience. Clean store with well stock shelves. Great selection of fresh produce and meat department has great selection of cuts for everyones taste.. and a very friendly staff..

I love Winco in Lancaster. They always well stocked with the things i need for the holidays like different types of cheeses. A nice fresh meat and well stocked produce area.

Wanted to buy Gold Peak Sweet Tea, but they were sold out. The unsweetened tea was stocked and apparently not selling. Hopefully theyll review their ordering methods and order the more popular items in larger quantities.

My father ordered hot wings from Winco and when coming home, found that they were only cooked from the outside; raw on the inside. This isnt the first time, my mother had the same issue once; consuming a wing and finding it raw. That resulted in her getting sick. This is borderline if not outright a healthcode violation. The health of customers should not be put on the line in order for Winco to get out a quantity of wings without proper cooking time.

The store is quite good. There is a problem with people that will send their sibling in line then the parent will rush to the next available cashier, and force their way to cut in line. I hate people that force their way to cut in line. Could lead to a serious confrontation. Several people will do this at the same time. And thet say they wete in line. Then their son comes up later with their cart. That is so B. S.

The selection is excellent, and being open 24 hours is very convenient, but it is clear this place does not take Covid-19 seriously. At any given time, at least half of the employees working are wearing masks incorrectly (nostrils exposed), or not at all (such as that one fellow with the American flag around his neck). Do not come here if you or a loved one are immunocompromised.

Open 24 hours, huge selection, low prices all great! The only 2 things I don’t like. Their vegetables are often not fresh, and their self checkout isn’t open late at night or early in the morning.

Winco..great place to shop! Especially out here. They have great prices, most of the time. Usually have wut you need in stocks. The store is well kept and the employees are usually quite helpful. Most times I come i have a good experience here. Only compliant would be I wish they went back to 24 hrs.
