Love this place has every battery I need!!

Bought a battery for the kids 4 wheeler, 30 days later it wont take a charge, they keep it for a week to test it, they replaced it, said it had a bad cell. 1 day later the new battery wont hold or take a charge. I take it back and my charger. They check the charger and its good. They want to keep both and charge the battery there. Like it will magically charge there but not at my house. I dont live in town or work in town. Me leaving it there means it will be another week before I can pick it up. Their hours are terrible if you work for a living. The owner was there but never came out to talk to me. I left with a bad battery and my good charger and wont go back.

Went to Battery Giant on friday to get a new battery for my cell phone. I asked the young man behind the counter if they carried more 1 battery for my phone he said they did not but the battery they had was good quality replacement. I purchased 1 he then said want to recycle your old battery?, and I said no thank you. To make a long story short the new battery would was not as good as the old battery, in the 5 days I had it charge would last less than 8 hours, and charging a battery twice day is certainly not good. Glad I kept the old battery. So took the battery back, the woman took the battery in the back, then came back out said the battery was fine and the trouble was probably the charger or charging port. I know this is not true. I told her I wanted my money back and she said there is 20% restock fee ( so they will resell this battery that wont hold a charge) I told her I wasnt happy about but the battery was junk so 80 % better than total loss. I am not sure if she didnt know how to do a return or if it was an act but about 20 min. someone came to her aid,after I got my refund she was very happy that I was upset and her comments were just to rub salt in the wound, Thank you sir. Please come again. Have a nice day. I am looking forward to their closing.

Great place for power tool batteries. Took a few Dewalt batteries to them and it was a lot cheaper to have them rebuilt with better internal batteries that hold a longer charge than what they left the factory with vs going to Lowes or Menards and buying brand new ones.

They make cables, sell and fix batteries. Kind of expensive, but overall good quality.
