Hector and Alex (I think it was Alex) were awesome. Took my name when I came in and set expectations that the wait was long. They got to me as soon as they could. They helped me with a complicated bill-switch, and then when I went to order the phone and they didn’t have it in stock they helped me order it online. I got everything done with them. Great service!

It’s a cellphone store. ATT might make me mad at times when they throttle my service in busy zones and make me wonder at what price point can I actually use my phone to play social aps, earn points, and be the mayor of places. Like I already pay a LOT! Lol. But our lady was helpful. Got me some discounts. I’m still waiting till Dec for an iPhone. 😩

I understand that those who make appointments want to be seen at the time that they make but to get pushed back almost 2 hours from when I entered the store is ridiculous...The gentleman who helped me kept walking away and talking to those coming in and gave me the wrong info initially to correct my daughters broken phone that was insured. Had to walk back into the store to get ut fixed...

Both Dom and Sabrina were very helpful and informative about our options for opening new lines on my already existing wireless plan. They helped us find the perfect deals at the right price and also helped hand pick our accessories we needed for our new wireless devices. This was one of the best and smoothest visits to any wireless store I’ve been too. I’m grateful for their help and customer service that made my visit stress free, easy, and timely!

We ran into a strange technical issue while trying to upgrade my wifes phone at the store. Alejandro, the manager, worked his tail off consulting with staff and specialists over the phone, all while multitasking and assisting other customers when able. We have had plenty of issues with AT&T billing and customer service in the past, but the service and effort we got today was incredible. When people really put in the work to help their customers, it leaves a huge impression. Thanks for all your help!!

We went to in to see about getting a new I-pad for the wife. We were greeted immediately at the door by Nicole. She was super helpful and very personable. She answered every question we had and provided several options for us. We ended up ordering what we needed. Afterward Alejandro came over to make sure we were satisfied and happy with our visit. We told him yes and also found him just as friendly and down to earth as Nicole. Thanks guys for the pleasant experience. 10/10 would recommend .

I recently went into this location to upgrade my phone. I was recommended by many friends to see Nicole M because she is the best. And let me tell you she did NOT disappoint! She was so very helpful and knew all the answers to my questions! She explained everything and was so nice. Her customer service was IMPECCABLE. I will from now on recommend anyone who is going to this location to ask for her! I will even recommend for my family and friends to take the trip to this store just to see her! She deserves more than 5 stars!!!

I went into the store on Friday February 26th the first time and the first representative was very short and seemed like I was wasting her time. I wish I couldve got her name. So I left and came back and met with Sophia and thank god I did. Sophia was extremely helpful and awesome. She answered every question I had and trust me I had a few. We went over new plans, new phone options, smart watches everything. And let me say Ive been with AT&T for a really long time (12 years or more) like I said we went over everything and at the end on my visit, I left with a new phone, new plan and a new smart watch and paying less than when I walked in. Again Sophia was awesome. She is going to be the only one I deal with at that store. Shout out to the first person that was rude and blew me off because I wouldnt have came across Sophia

So we went into AT&T on the east side of Lancaster (Which by the way I never do because their customer service sucks)I usually drive all the way to Palmdale. We initially went in for tech issues, we were helped by Sabrina and had THE BEST experience I’ve ever had dealing with AT&T. We laughed the ENTIRE time. She’s absolutely awesome and we definitely appreciate all her help and support. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Because of her I will definitely go back and not change carriers. What we(myself and my husband, our future son in law) liked was how we got a manager that was really professional and humble at the same time. Then we got to also work with Liza. She was great! Very professional, humble, attentive to all 3 of us. Helped us with all our needs and answered all of our questions. Made our visit easy.

The lady who claimed to be manager on duty was a horrible person. I have truly never had worst customer service in my life but Im glad this happened. I almost switched from T-mobile after 15 years of issue free phone service. After doing a little research I discovered T-mobile would give me a first responder discount, a better phone for free, a lower bill by 80 dollars, unlimited everything, far better customer service and relatively equivalent service. Even if it was free I wouldnt switch to at&t. This manager turned me off of at&t forever. I hope at&t retrains this lady or demotes her from her position as customer service is not her strong suit.

Went to the Lancaster store and was immediately greeted by a rep and asked if I could be helped. I was then greeted by Nicole who was so helpful, courteous, and informative. I was on the fence about changing from Android to IPhone and she provided me with all the facts as well as showing me the difference between the two. I not only walked out with my upgrade but also a new line and their tv streaming service. I have been a loyal customer for over 15!years and because of reps like Nicole I will continue to stay loyal to AT&T.

I initially wanted to return the phone which was not activated. Apparently they could not complete the transaction so I was told to return the following day . But I discovered later in the day that my original phone was deactivated which was something I did not request.

Alex initially helped me out and informed me of the current deals they offered through FirstNet and I was surprised to find out that I qualify for a new phone and free Apple Watch. I live in Palmdale but decided to make an appointment at the Lancaster branch on 20th st after researching and realizing that they had the best reviews in the AV. My prior experience at another ATT store in Palmdale on 47th was terrible.I made an appointment at the Lancaster branch ahead of time but I arrived on a Sunday morning about 30 min prior to my scheduled appointment. I was greeted and assisted right away.Andrew was the employee who assisted my family and I with upgrading our iPhones. He was super friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure he explained everything to us about our current plan and the upgrade process and any changes in our plan.He helped us to set up our new phones and it was the least stressful phone upgrade I’ve ever experienced. Everything was clear and straight forward, no surprises.Andrew was great and would highly recommend him for any assistance at the Lancaster ATT branch . I will definitely make the drive to Lancaster again in the future!

We got there are 730pm hoping to upgrade our phones (they close at 8pm) and with four other people waiting ahead of us they were happy to add us to the list. Once it was our turn Dom was great, working as quick as he could to get us taken care of even putting Cartoon Network on the tv for our kids in hopes to get them to stop running around the store 😂. We got wrapped up about 9pm. I felt bad making them stay so late but they were nothing but professional and weren’t rushing us out. I will definitely drive the hour to go to that store again in the future.
