Robert was very understanding to help get my phone started after having a little difficulty. He explained each step to keep me informed. I liked that.
Excellent service. Purchased a new phone that does not come with a charger. This is done to cut down on e-waste. This means youre paying more money for LESS product. By the way the charger was sold Separately. Price was ridiculous 🙄 a case with no kickstand or fancy. Excellent service but product does not meet my expectations.
I simply walked in wanting to pay my phone bill. The representative James was awesome!!! He assisted me with paying my bill as well as making adjustments to my account to better suit my needs. I enjoyed the courtesy and the knowledge that was shared with me. He walked me through the setup of my device and everything. He let me know about all of my discounts from upgrading my plan and also my discounts from being a veteran. I was offered refreshments during my stay as well. I wish that I had the words to accurately describe our experience at Verizon Wireless Zone Lancaster,TX. Temp and Tiana were by far the most customer service friendly professionals that my wife and I had the pleasure of interacting with in decades. They were patient, considerate, and very respectful. We arrive there 20 minutes before closing not knowing if they would consider addressing our issues, but they did without hesitation. We needed to switch our service and we wanted the best, so we chose Verizon. Temp and Tiana exemplified Verizons best. Kudos to Temp and Tiana. Thank you for making our experience a wonderful one.
I had some major issues with my phone, lost alot of important information, my phone somehow reset itself. I came into Lancaster Verizon store Robert calm me down, by being very patient with me and fixed all the issues that I was concerned with.
My brother and I had a great experience here. We came in simply to transfer data from one phone to another, but James, Tiana and Temp ended up doing so much more! They helped us upgrade our account for a great price and so much more! They were all so friendly. I definitely recommend going to this location for great customer service!

Despite the good reviews (hence why I came to this location), I was very disappointed with the customer service that was provided. Based on the customer service representatives attitude and lack of effort, it was apparent that he had no interest in helping. I was given short answers with no elaboration and when I asked questions, his responses consisted of I dont know or I dont know maybe you should just call Verizon or Apple even though I was at a Verizon store... I ended up leaving and my son was able to activate the phone himself by speaking to Verizons customer service line. So overall, youre better off calling Verizons customer service for help instead of visiting this location.

Truely a wonderful experience. I cannot say enough about the staff here. Erik helped me get into my new phone. I absolutely dread getting new phones because I am the opposite of tech savvy and it takes hours in the store most times I go. I was in and out with my new phone in under 15 min. First time at this store and what an experience. Customer service was 10 stars. It is very rare to get service like this now days. Erik was so knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous! I have been a Verizon customer for over 6 years and this has to be the best experience I have had so far. It is nice to see people that have a passion for their job. I just wanted to share an experience I had the other day. I went in to the store looking for a new phone and phone plan. Everyone was nice. There was this one young gentlemen named Eric. He was so helpful. He helped me find the perfect phone and phone plan for me and my family. I definitely will be recommending him and this store to all my family and friends.
Came in for some help with my android. The guy there named Eric was very helpful and taught me so much i didnt know. I ended up even getting a new phone and he taught me so many new features on it. Im so thankful for his help and knowledge. I will definitely be returning for my next or any questions. Highly recommend
Poor customer service. I got to the store didnt get welcomed. They only had two employees help helping one customer at a time while there was a whole line of customers.
Erik greeted us at the door and Immediately asked how he could help! He gave us multiple options, giving the pros and cons of each phone! After 5 minutes, we had decided on a phone and he was setting it up! Very helpful and would definitely recommend this location!

I came to this location with an internal Apple iPhone 7 issue, and Will was VERY helpful in getting me set up with the new iPhone X. He was tech savvy and answered all of the questions I had regarding my upgrade, and the new perks on the iPhone X. I came with the intentions of only replacing my iPhone 7, but after speaking with Will I left with a new phone and supporting products. The customer service provided at this location was outstanding. I was impressed on the time management skills Will showed by helping every customer who walked in, even during my upgrade process. 10/10 recommend this location to anyone needing great service in a quick and timely manner.

The experience my Sister and I had was Amazing.Will Burns was more then Awesome. With my Sister and I both being new to Apple and Verizon, Mr. Will took his time and walked us through this new process. We both feel more comfortable and confident with our products and service. It’s hard to find good customer service these days and Mr. Will was more then excellent. He went Above and Beyond. If you shop at this location definitely ask for Will Burns. I got fed up going to the Verizon in Waxahachie due to bad customer service and long wait times. I made the drive to Lacaster, and talked to a rep named Erik. He was great! I run a restaurant and hes the kind of guy youd want in the front dealing with customers. Ill be making a longer drive out there from now on!
I went to this location to get the buy one get one deal and the employee Tyler immediately began to racially profile me and my friend. We had a bag with old iPhones and we were wondering if we could trade them in, before we could explain the situation the employee told my friend to leave.I attempted to ask if I could then trade in my current iPhone 8 for a iPhone 11, and he immediately declined saying if it’s not with a big provider we can’t accept it “due to fraud”. After every question I would ask he implied that there was price caps on what I could get “due to fraud” and this is all before he even took my name. As an African American I felt racially profiled the entire experience and will not be coming back and urge anyone else of color to not go in expecting fair treatment.
You just cant beat the service here. Erik made my day. I was in a bind and traveling on the road. Need imitate help and he was there to take his time to do everything I needed and more. I am a fellow vet and Mason so this kind of service goes a long way.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a cell phone store. The gentleman running the store was rude and refused to replace and activate the new sim card I bought from him due to my original simcard failing. But, when I called before I went to the store he told me he would fix the issue and have me on my way in 10 minutes. I was the only person in the store at the time. They were not busy. I asked if he could at least swap the sim card because I did not have anything to do it with and he told me to got find a paperclip somewhere.
Erik was a huge help and saved me alot of money. Im not big on phones but he knows his job. I reccomend everyone to see him. Hes the only store Im going to!!!
Before coming into the Verizon store I had an expectation of employees being duplicitous, but as I walked in I had a friendly gentlemen greet me very kindly. Will help me through the process of obtaining & setting up my new Galaxy Note 9 phone. He was very conversational & I didnt feel like he was just trying to sell me things. I shall definitely come back if I ever need anything. Definitely recommend this Verizon store.

I visited this particular location on my birthday to purchase the new galaxy 8+ as a birthday gift to myself. A nice gentleman by the name of Rickie was eager to help with anything I needed! From giving me details about early upgrading fees, explaining the phones features, and even up- selling me on the latest Samsung tablet (which so happened to be on sale), I would have to say that my experience at this location has to be the best thus far! Rickie answered every question I had and even offered advice about things I was unaware of. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for superb customer service... I guarantee that you wont be disappointed.

Called and spoke with Erik about device upgrade ideas to weigh the options. There are so many similarities between different phones nowadays, and they arent cheap, so it was awesome to speak with someone who could break down individual specs on the phones, and explain which ones are important depending on what you use the phone for.
Today I walked into Verizon wireless in Lancaster to ask questions about switching service providers, however what I received was so much greater. The exceptional service that Justin provided me with was unmatched and unparalleled to any I have ever received. The store manager will answered any and all questions I had swiftly and promptly. In short, I am so deeply overwhelmed by how amazing these two young men were, and I will be procuring their services anytime I need to deal with Verizon.
Verizon off i-35 and beltline shows the best customer service. My rep Rickie and co workers Christian and Chris showed me loved today. Gave me everything I needed for my phone and the right plan. I felt more then welcome walking right in. The hospitality and conversations we had was great. Overall great experience working with these young fellas.
First word, Amazing!!!!!!!....... I walk into the store needing a cellphone charger and walked out floating on air. I was long overdue for a new phone and got one without any hassle. Jeff went out of his way to answer any questions I had with getting a new phone. Not only did I get a new phone, I was able to get 3 free Galaxy Tab E tablets without any activation fee. Needless to say, I came in a spent an extra 10$ for a more convenient life. Oh, and the charger still worked and Jeff is the one that made that happen. Service with a smile!!!!!!!!!

The up front experience is good. If you need any support from them on the back end, well good luck. They are also NOT a corporate store. Normally I would not care about such things. However, I had to deal with the Note 7 recall and that fact became an issue. I am not blaming the store for that problem. I am faulting them for how they handled it. Other experiences with this store have been okay. That is the reason for the 3 stars. Honestly if I was basing the rating on how they treated the Note 7 debacle I would have given only 1.

I came in to this store after getting 3 phones at another store. The difference is night and day as far as the service I received. They were very knowledgeable and immediately identified a mistake the other store had made and got it fixed for me. They even got me a deal that the other store didnt offer for an awesome tablet! I will definitely come back to this store.
There was only 1-sales person. He did NOT speak when customers came in nor did he share any acknowledgements that we were there. So after 15/min of this BS we left. I had a much better visit last month with the Manger Mr Reed.
We went into the store in Lancaster to upgrade my iPhone. Craig was super helpful and very funny!! We actually had a good time at the Verizon store!! He even bought my broken phone and I was able to pay for my accessories!! Go see Craig if you need great service!!!
