Kevin responded promptly to an email and when he came to the house to give a quote, he was professional, knowledgeable and even arrived early! Regarding the quote, I appreciated that Kevin did not upsell me and instead gave me three clear, easy to understand options at different (and I believe reasonable) price points. Once I selected an option, the work was easy to schedule and the installation team was efficient, helpful in explaining how to use my new equipment and simply put nice guys. I had Platinum come out and install a control 4 system for my house and my home theater and I could not be happier. They got all 5 of my tv’s, 2 Apple tv’s, 1-Roku, blu ray player, security cameras, security system, and thermostats all working together as one unit from one controller. I can also access it all from my iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch, and it all can be controlled by my amazon Alexa! It truly is amazing! I cannot wait until I get all the light switches in my house to be Control4 so I can have them setup those as well. Awesome company to work with. I can not recommend them enough!
