WOW!! If I ever find myself looking for storage in the AV I will come back here every time. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Access in and out of the units is very easy and the location off the 14 FWY is very convenient.

West Side storage has the best location, staff and facility. The staff was helpful in everything and answered all my questions. They made sure my unit was clean prior to me moving my stuff in. The price was great for the unit size and the place is secure 24/7. Will come here again if I ever need anything stored in the future.

Worst place in town I would not recommend this establishment to anyone they look down on homeless people and a worker by the name of Andrew is very disrespectful never go here this is the worst place in town and management does not care how the public feels Andrew is always right hes a liar and does unscrupulous things in the office they have a worker there by the name of Vanessa shes excellent very helpful and kind but Andrew just took the cake and made my experience at this location hell would never recommend this to anyone in the antelope valley or anywhere else

Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff. The rates are a good value for the size of the units here and they are well kept facilities. There is secure entry and exit gates, and on-going surveillance.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They helped explain everything from the use of the keypads to variety’s to make payments. They made me feel like no request was too small or too big. The grounds are very clean as are the interiors of the storage units. I feel that my belongings will be safe and stay clean here and recommend it to anyone needing to store their belongings.

The employees at West Side Mini Storage have always provided us with outstanding customer service. They are friendly, they answer all questions thoroughly, and best of all...they always give us the best prices. We couldnt be more pleased with this facility. It is always kept clean and there is never loose trash. They offer the most convenient and affordable self storage units. We totally recommend them!

The front desk girl was professional however my review is based on the early termination fee which cost just as much as another month of service. $60, but I paid it anyway to avoid being stuck in any contract with these people. They overcharged for such a small unit, literally smaller than a closet. They force you in for more months than you need and charge you to get out of your contract. They magically asked permission to cut my lock and charge me for it because apparently I didnt close my unit right, all in all just a shady business and with the thousands of other local choices I recommend you attempt to go elsewhere. Place is prone to leaks and flooding and doesnt have air controlled storage.Also, they dont offer 24 hour access to your rental and the perks just arent there. They act like theyre the only business in the AV. Where I come from, storage places are a dime a dozen and actually offer you incentives for renting with them.This place had a rental truck which was BROKEN when we asked for it but was nearly parked at the business looking ok? I decided against putting money in their gas tank anyway and made multiple trips. You see, I ended up here as a last minute decision and thats the only reason I went with them bad decision. If u have a choice go elsewhere

This is not a good storage there is a 100%chance your valuables will be stollen or destroyed, and the camera only goes back 30 days so you practically will be screwed using this unprofessional place. Any storage would be a better choice at using than this one. No stars is my real rating.

It is a storage place. Typical, gated entry.I had a large space for a year. One thing that really frustrated me, was the people who maintain the area use a leaf blower. And ALL the dirt gets blown under your storage rooms door! I ended up covering my stuff w tarps to avoid the dirt.Mentioned it to staff, they said the AV is dusty. True. But please don’t leaf blower it under my door!Be careful you leave on time or they will lock you in.

Horrible customer service, started charging my account $19 more a month for what they said was protection but theyve had my homeowners insurance on file every year. I went in the office and was treated like I was in the wrong. The woman kept putting blame on someone else and never reimbursed me for them stealing from my account.

YAY! Westside offers the best deal in town. Friendliest management Ive ever seen. Local and satisfies my needs for storage. I would highly recommend this facility, swing by and check them out if youre in need of a low priced unit, with a variety of sizes. I also got a free truck which saved me tons of money! YAY!
