Great experience. Had my truck ready and checked me in quickly. Got all the gear and equipment for me. When coming back I was met outside and was checked out there also very quickly. I was given a nearly brand new truck which was great to drive and I truly appreciated the whole experience. Ive had storage here before and that was great as well. Will return for all my transport and storage needs.

ALWAYS CALL THE LOCATION AND VERIFY YOUR UNIT IS ACTUALLY AVAILABLE.I will start by saying that my issues is not with the employees at the location but with uHaul website and their customer service call center. The employees here did try to help but there is little they could do.I reserved a unit over the phone with uHaul customer service for a specified size (10x15x6) for my move roughly 1.5 weeks before my move. The website and the customer service rep confirmed there was availability of the unit I needed so I booked. After driving 12 hours of traveling from my old apartment I arrive here to turn in the truck i rented (no issues) and place my things into storage.I was then told that the unit I reserved was not available. In addition, there was another family earlier that day that has the EXACT SAME ISSUE. They said that the closest uHaul storage facility with that size unit was over 45 minutes away…I could not do this because it would essentially be an hour from the unit to my new home when this location was a few minutes…I refused.The only pleasant thing was the man (I’m sorry but I forget his name) that took the brunt of my frustration. He tried his best to do what he could but there really wasn’t much he could do.I was incredibly upset. It is outrageous that a company would conduct Business like this. There is a very high likelihood that i will never use uHaul for anything in the future. Regardless of price.Thankfully there is another storage facility close by that I was able to use. I was told that this is a frequent occurrence with this uHaul location as they get many people coming to them from uHaul. If you don’t want a headache, avoid this location at all costs and if you do use this location, verify with the actual store NOT the website or customer service.

I went to the Lancaster ohio Uhaul store to have a hitch installed that was gifted to me. The two workers I met there supplied the Absolute best customer service I’ve ever had, they where extremely nice and friendly on this slow Easter Day. They went over the top with their amazing customer service, the work area was extremely clean, and the store was outstandingly well kept and they stocked it to the best of their abilities. It was all neatly placed out and everything was even stacked evenly. Overall I was extremely impressed and I hope they receive some sort of monetary bonus for keeping such a well kept presentable store. I will make sure to recommend everyone I talk to about how they did such an amazing job. When my truck needed some modifications for the hitch to fit, they contacted me and discussed what needed to be done, when we arrived to approve said modifications, the installer, I believe his name was Shane, walked me through what my options were with a great detail to be sure I understood. The lady that worked the desk, I believe her name was Jamie supplied outstanding customer service answering questions that we had.I thoroughly enjoyed shopping at Uhaul, and enjoyed my visit at the Lancaster Ohio location.

Had ordered a trailer hitch online that I liked for our Kia Soul and scheduled U-Haul to install. U-Haul also installed wiring harness as well. Great customer service, friendly staff and got to check out install as it was going on. I would recommend to friends and family for sure, thanks U-Haul!

I stored everything I owned in this place for a year while I was deployed. I loved not having to worry about my belongings. The security here is top notch, if you pay for it. No reason to give this place less than 5 stars.

They were extremely accommodating. We rented a trailer and the owner took the time to help us with the hitch and make sure the lights were all wirking. Very friendly and helpful.

I rented a Uhaul and a tow dolly for my car for a move from Ohio to Louisiana. Emily, the manager there I presume, was impressive to say the least. She was so knowlegeable, had a friendly and outgoing personality, and above all she was so so helpful. She made sure my things were all hooked up right and took her time with me even though it was POURING rain outside. She acted like it didnt even bother her. She showed a true professionalism and work ethic that I rarely encounter these days. Thank you Uhaul and above all thank you Emily. Moving is not fun, but she really made that part of our move a breeze.

Everyone there is great the staff does an outstanding job great service very knowledgeable and all done in a timely manner very hard workers sometimes when you call there you get the call center in Phoenix Arizona and the call center has no idea what they are talking about Cody should be the GM

Honestly, I have never had any issues with the Lancaster, Ohio Uhaul, until my latest rental. I had returned the truck 11.5 hrs early, left it with a FULL tank of gas, only half was required., and still got charged extra money after paying up front 117.00. All I can say is WOW!! DISAPPOINTED!!

Went to fill grill propane tank. Had to wait 20 minutes. Attendant acted like I was wasting his time. He didnt crack the bleeder screw to fill tank full. Propane was $1.20 more per gallon than other local places. When I asked how much it was a gallon, he stated he wouldnt know till he rung me up. I wont be going back there for ANYTHING!!!!

Tried to reserve a Uhaul truck and the lady was very rude, she seemed to just “love” her job. Then the lady HUNG up on me lol!? So I called back and another lady answered, this lady thought that the customer being hung up on NBD. Lol go into that place you will see they could care less what is going on.

Fist off I would like to personally thank Cody he seems to be the only one at that place that knows how to do anything he was super busy and no one was around to help and he was getting people out the door as fast as they was coming in all while also filling propane he should be the General Manager of that place if you want a great experience see Cody hes the man that runs that uhaul

I belive i left money in the truck and they say i didnt. I filled the truck all the way. back up . they didnt reimburse me for it. Place is real shity . full of dishonest people and rude.
