Sarina Silva the manager helped me order a storage for two bedrooms over the phone. First as I left a message for a call back for a price, i didnt think they would call me back. As soon as they opened at 9:30am, I rec a call. She was very patient with my asking questions for this is my first time renting a storage. When I had to discuss the price with my family and to call her back hours later,, She was there to help me and remembered me. I recommend this place. Excellent service I received.

Had the most wonderful experience here! I had my items in storage here for over a year and everything was always safe! Gate always worked properly and the staff is so friendly and kind. When I was ready to pull my things out of storage Cathleen was so helpful and lovely. The process was easy. I appreciate everyone here and 10/10 recommend them!!! :)

I was moving things with the door open for better lighting and without me saying anything 2 of the girls from the front desk came over and switched out the light above my unit. (I didn’t even ask them too) They were kind and went the extra mile at Extra Space Storage! THANK YOU!!!

I went in the location on Avenue J8 and Sarina was able to help alot with locating a storage unit. Then in walks Cathleen and finishes the transaction of help with getting the lease agreement signed.(Because her computer was operating faster.)So if you need to rent a storage unit this is theplace to go.

Very pleased with the way I was treated during my short visit in the office. Best storage every. Customer service was great and she understood what I needed and what I was going through. She was able to provide detail information on the storage unit and the size that she had, she also did a walk-through of the store sharing with us and explain which wildly feel best for us where all of the things that we had that we needed to placed inside. I was able to book a storage unit that was 15 x 30, and it was able to fit everything in a four bedroom house.I will recommend the storage unit to anyone that is looking for a clean an open unit.

I have always been treated with respect and excellent customer service.

I was relocated due to my job and during the process I had to upgrade my storage unit to a larger unit. After upgrading I realised I needed the smaller unit as well. Unfortunately it was double booked so I caused a lot of issues because I couldnt move out my things. Sarina quickly squared away all the issues and allowed me to rent both units. Her Customer service was superb. She put in allot of effort to correct my mistake and i am grateful for her efforts. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage for your future storage needs.

I am very happy with my experience at this Extra Space location. I had to leave some of my belongings behind when I moved to Texas and the storage I rented was spacious, very clean, and reasonably priced. The staff members are extremely helpful and friendly. They were patient and understanding when I decided to move-out and communicated with me consistently when I needed help or had questions. Also, the location is great, there is little-to-no traffic and easy access to the facility. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for storage in Lancaster!-Erica
