I just want to say the lady that help me was very nice. They didnt give me the box truck that they said so I had to take another. Which I was fine with, but when I got in it. I took a picture because it was under a half a tank. You put the gas back in that you use which I did. But the guy still charge me for a half of a tank which was not in it. So no I would not recommend them at all. Didnt care to look at the picture or anything!!

This is the most unreliable place I have EVER used 4 storage being as how I can only get into the unit 15/30 days so Im calling their main office in the A.M. and demanding that they return a portion of my money back cause I do not feel its fair to pay for 30 days rental when Im only able to access the unit thats FALSELY ADVERTISED AS24/7. Im starting to believe that their24/7 is for the 7 days u can actually get in the unit and the 24 is the days youll be locked out. I DO NOT recommend this place 2 Ne1.

It is a great place but the whole 24/7 storage is pointless. I only say this because I work night shift and the only extra time I have to bring my stuff to my unit is after hours and 1 out of 10 times im lucky to be able to enter my unit without it saying to call on site manager and doesnt let me in. Its honestly very annoying

Staff always helpful friendly makes things easy to understand would highly recommend

Decent place ok customer service this establishment is now owned by uhaul and storage on river valley circle by the holiday inn express
