The FedX located at 133 east ave K-6 is not very helpful! They can not even print/scan the return code on my phone to process return! Online it said show code to ANY FEDX EMPLOYEE AT ANY FEDX LOCATION! This is the second fedx location we went to and both are not able to process return. The first fedx location is inside Walgreens on ave k and challenger in Lancaster Ca.

I have come here to drop off several packages and the staff have been helpful.

I am a professional toy photographer that is constantly getting packages sent to me from all over the world and from all different shipping companies. The only shipping company that doesnt seem to know how to ship to a condominium (not gated by the way) is the FedEx drivers. AT LEAST once a month I get a notification saying wrong address, no apartment number. Its not an apartment FedEx, Im sorry I dont know how teach your drivers the difference.The thing is, my address comes up very easily on Google Maps and other navigation apps, so they must not know how to use basic technology either.This shows poorly on FedExs training of their drivers too.I know they dont care but Im tired of paying two day shipping to not have my package because a driver doesnt know how to find a condo address on a smart phone.Scary the world we live in.

I had a 2 day expedited shipping that required a signature Dover two days waiting for it when suppose to get delivered FedEx never came to my door and in the tracking they put not deliverable twice I couldn’t get thorough to speak to a rep when I called I had to go pick up my packages shockingly it’s wad at the shipping location and later they put in the tracking that the package was delivered and signed for when actually it was it was not delivered, I picked up,

Truck drivers are lairs never attempted to deliver 3 times this has happened had office unlock all possible doors or barriers also had family scattered around the apartments not once did any FedEx person even attempt to go onsite of my building maintenance and janitors were in one building and in another building where managers and the main building was me and family scanning for FedEx person or trucks when my phone notifies me about failed attempt to deliver customer unavailable or no access at 338 which we were outside since 304 so pletely all false please hire people that want to work and that are honest false gun scans and lying updates are bad for business

I come here once a month to ship packages. Staff is friendly never had any issues.

There are normal employees everywhere, and there are (to put it nicely) rude people everywhere too. And every so often you get a GREAT employee or an exceptional employee. Sometimes its simply a matter of getting to know the person a little, other times its a matter of them just being great. Overall FedEx delivery far surpasses UPS and the USPS, as they are the only one who has never lost one of my packages or delivered it to another house or giving me someone elses packages. And in the specific FedEx I go to is a woman named Teresa who is such a good employee and who I think thats such a good job that I actually bought her a gift card. She takes the time to help you package things and to make sure the box is opened and folded right and to make sure that things wont get damaged, and she follows the rules but at the same time will try to work with you if theres any sort of issue, and she is honest which I know because I forgot my wallet there and she immediately called me to let me know. All employees should do that but most wooden most people dont return money, but she did. Shes even let me stay a little bit past closed just to finish taping up a box that I needed to ship, and so because of the delivery service and one employee FedEx is the best delivery service that I know of. I give the delivery five stars and I give woman five stars and I give the rest of the office 3 and a half Stars. Theres no really bad employees there, just one thats better then the others, IMSHO (In My So Humble Opinion) 😉

Not good

FedEx absolutely sucks. Always takes a week to delivery packages. Wont ever delivery packages early, will hold packages even if sitting at the FedEx facility. UPS is a much better delivery service hell even USPS is better at getting packages to customers. FedEx is always the slowest to deliver packages. I wont order from businesses that ship FedEx only.

This is the worst business out here, the customer service lacks and the representative it so unhelpful. We were waiting there over 10 minutes with the business empty with no one around even the front desk personnel gone. After their break she comes back claiming she cant take my package and sorry for it. Unbelievable

They are awful, the drivers lie about addresses they supposedly can’t find even though a package was delivered the day before. Now they have had one of my packages for 4 days and every day it says it’s on a truck. The manager there needs to be replaced and they need to fire the drivers who are lying and not getting packages out. Been on the phone with the 800 number twice a day trying to either get my package delivered or let me come pick it up!RIDICULOUS!!

Worst experience Ive ever had with a commercial carrier - Id give them a NEGATIVE 5 Stars and that would be generous!I purchased an item from Amazon with a two-day delivery, the item arrived at their location the morning it was to be delivered but they rescheduled the delivery for the following day to be delivered by 8:00 PM. The item wasnt delivered, however, it was on the truck (according to the notification) at 9:14 AM returned back to their facility that evening at approximately 7:30 PM that same day. I received another notification that the item would be delivered the following day by 8:00 PM. Moving to the following day, the item was still at their facility with no possible delivery in site. The two-day delivery developing into a 4+ day delivery.It appears FedEx (at least this location) takes no responsibility, accountability, nor offers compensation for their lack of customer service. Since it appears the common customer has little to no significance, I will no longer use or recommend FedEx - never had an issue with UPS or DHL. You can bet if there was a two-day delivery scheduled at the White House, actor, politician...it would have been delivered on time or even ahead of the scheduled delivery.

This Fed-Ex shipping center is fast and convenient. There is rarely much of a with. There is convenient, free parking.

They did a really good job they got my package to where it needed to go when it needed to go there and there was nobody there in line in front of me so there was no wait time and the girl that waited on me was very very thorough

I dropped off a return package to USPS on June 25th, it was picked up by FedEx on June 27th and there it SAT for 2 weeks! The package was sent out of Lancaster FedEx on July 9th! Then it was in transit to 13 other locations before it arrived at its final destination on July 16! I called the Lancaster facility and asked why. She said they have 3 weeks to get returns delivered. She said return packages are called smartposts when they go to USPO first and then to FedEx or vise versa. She was very nice and cordial, but the fact that FedEx thinks 3 weeks if acceptable is nuts (and not so Smart).

I had to make an emergency visit to mail my sisters phone overnight down to LA. The employee that helped me was wonderful. Such a friendly, fun, and professional woman.

Pretty easy to find, associate was helpful, and made sure everything was done correctly before asking for payment.

FexEx Shipping Center is helpful, convenient, their customer service representatives are attentive when a customer needs help and/or assistance. Shipping, receiving and picking up all of my packages, notarized letters, and the gift wrapped boxes (thats for me). Its easier to send out or mail out my important paperwork and documents that I need to mail out or ship out to my family, friends, and important paperwork and important documents. For me, the FedEx Shipping Center Co. is very convenient because of the easinessi. it is for me to ship, receive, and pick up I am comfortable with dropping off, leaving all my packages, paperwork, and documents, and I would also like to apply for an open position, whichever position is open and available

These individuals never bring my packages on time even though my arrival date on the tracking says one day, it usually takes an additional four to five extra days. The management team at this location is horrible and when you call them they never have a straight answer and love to respond with their rude manners. If I could give them negative stars I would. They should be more like UPS, Ive never had an issue with them always friendly and timely

Dropped off a box and didnt wait for receipt, as I go here all the time (ship thru fedex for ebay). The item never got scanned in and of course never delivered. It disappeared into thin air. Had to refund customer. My fault, should have waited for a receipt so I had proof, but I trusted them. Then today I went in to drop off a package and wait for receipt. FIVE people in line in front of me, nobody behind desk. Waited for 5 mins and still no one came out, so left.

No help at all the Lady there on sat was complaining about her life while I stood there the other worker had to tell her to assist me only to tell me to go to Walmart lousy service!!!

Do not come here if you dont have a label. If they make your label double check it at least 3 times.

I bought a package that i had to sign for and the tracking says its going to arrive at 10:30am and I waited around all day until 6pm and it still hasnt arrived and the tracking has not changed the date they are coming, hell my neighbor got 3 packages delivered by ups, wish i could have choosen my service. Never again will i use FedEx.

FedEx wow over the years has become a huge disappointment when it comes to deliver. They will leave your package in a unsecured location, they do not leave that little tag that tells you that theyve been by. Their drivers are more like Indy car drivers and less like delivery drivers. And this has got to stop.
